Chapter 20 - Letter

With her curiosity in its fullest, Mina picked up the letter.'Dear baby of the house' was written on it.Mina's eyes widened in surprise"Mom,dad!"Those two words fell out of her mouth absentmindedly and she covered her mouth as a sob threatened to come out

Li Min Juan's eyes widened upon hearing Mom and dad falling from Mina's mouth.He was so shocked upon hearing that Mina isn't an orphan.

Due to the box,clothes, jewelries and brands,it seems Mina's parents are very wealthy

Han Sichuan could feel her fluttering sad mood.His lips was pursed in a straight line and his heart aches at the sadness oozing out of Mina

"Excuse me!"Mina suddenly said ,picked all the things and ran into her room.A tear slipped past out of her eyes as she closed the door

"Is she fine?!"Li Min Juan asked worriedly

"No!"System 101 suddenly appeared in Li Min Juan's face, saying the No in a horrific tone

"Damn,you scared me, robot!"Li Min Juan almost jumped out of his skin in shock.He glared at System 101 so much that he could have burn system 101 if he had a power

Facing anyone apart from Han Sichuan is always System 101's favorite as it always has the chance to brag and do whatever it likes since its opponents are just ordinary and powerless mortal"I'm a system!"it spat out in anger

Li Min Juan rolled his eyes and sat on the chair boredly"A useless one!"

During System 101 and Li Min Juan's bickering,Han Sichuan stood up and walked to Mina's room.He heard a sobbing sound and he quietly entered the room

"Han Sichuan ?"Mina called with a sobbing face,a lost and surprised look lingers in her face

Han Sichuan silently sat on the bed and pulled her to his embrace"I'm here!"He muttered in a gentle voice

"I..!"She bit her lips in hesitation as she looked into the man's eyes with her teary own.Her heart was beating fast as she leaned into his embrace comfortably.To say,she's at her happiest with this stranger!

Han Sichuan raised his hand and brought it to Mina's face.With his long fingers he rubbed away her tears"You can cry all you want,I'll be here to be your shoulder!"

Those sentences became like the key that unlocked the dam of Mina's tears.How many times she have wished for someone who'll say that word to her?How many times she have cried and wished that someone would say they're here for her?How many times have she wished she could be free to someone without any fear?She have wished so many times that she lost count of it but finally someone came for her at her wit end

A saying goes and Mina now believes it's true ; 'A person you just met might move you more than a person you've known all your life!'

"Han Sichuan !"She clenched his strong arms tightly"Han Sichuan,it hurts!It hurts!"Mina finally revealed all the past heartaches she had to held by herself since her teen

"I'm sorry!I'm sorry!"Sorry for not being there whenever you're hurt but i promise you I'll always try to be here for you.Han Sichuan muttered comfortingly, patting her back.He kissed her forehead comfortingly

"Han Sichuan.I dunno why but those voices,those voices lead me away, I ran away.It is my fault.Hm.huh.I made Sis promise me but they kill my sister.They should have killed me instead.Kill me!"Mina whispered incompletely.Her heart aches so much,she couldn't finish the words.She remembered how everyone says it's her fault and how she ran away from home without caring for her parents

"No,it's not your fault.!"Han Sichuan said"Everything happens for a reason!!"

"I..!"Mina tried to argue but before she could say a word Han Sichuan's lips fell in hers and kisses her passionately

"Han Sichuan !"She called softly and wrapped her hand around this neck,with her tears streaming down her cheeks

Han Sichuan nudged Mina silently and with a trembling hand Mina finally tore open the paper"Everything will be fine!"

It's been years.We knew you ran away from everything because you couldn't take the rumors and everything happening,it's okay.

Even running out of the state, it's okay.

We know you didn't want to remember everything but must you hide from us.You know we never blamed you!It's not your fault,even if you and your elder sister didn't plan to go out that day, the kidnappers may try to do it another time.We are just lucky that you were able to come to us alive.

You're so cruel, baby, leaving your old mom and dad here without even a bye, without a single call?

We could see all your achievements on TV and we are so proud of you but we must see you home before the end of the week or we shall see you on the TV!

Mina suddenly laughed out loud with tears in her eyes.Her parents even tried to threaten her."I'm so sorry,mom and dad.I missed you so much!"

Heard you've gotten yourself a man,you dare not bring him on your way back

"Guess it is momma's hand writing!"Mina chuckled loudly,her chest heaving rapidly.She suddenly showed a shy smile and hold Han Sichuan's hand.Mina made a pout and said cutely"You can see what my parents wrote, I have to bring you…!"

Han Sichuan drew her nearer before she could finish and capture her lips.Such a captivating beauty and bewitching one, Han Sichuan thought
