Chapter 27

Matthew hated himself. If everyone knew the truth about him they would hate him too. He wouldn't judge them. Everything was okay with Beck, but there was a little problem. The problem was him. He just couldn't stop being twitchy. The itch was just there to stream. He felt like an addict. How he had fallen. He never thought once that he would want to take his clothes off willingly and get praised behind the camera. He had been lying to himself the entire time. When he said that it would only be a while.

Now he thought so much of what strangers thought of him. Their opinions about him mattered. Beck was really wasting his time on him. There was one thing that he needed to do though. Dad and he still barely talked, but since he had been feeling happier lately he made more of an effort to say something. He didn't want their relationship to be forever ruined. Not like him and his mum.

Speaking of mum.

"Hello Matthew" she said and her voice sounded terse.
