Chapter 1: foundation of a kingdom

Solomas pov:

As I laid on the ground relaxing after a day of fighting bandits and we needed a break but my head was in the clouds as it always always, was, so nothing was out of the ordinary but something was especially clicking for me. I had over 2000 men with me all from peasant background and our only mission was to get rid of the bandits that has been plaguing our land but what if there was more?. "Solomas?" my dear friend Gad called to me snapping me out of my thoughts. "Yes gad?" I replied to him. "You have that face again," he said to me which to which I replied "I was just thinking what if we had more to grab than just taking down a few bandits." He looked at me with a curious look and said "What more is there, we have an army and we are bringing Justice to those Who don't follow it," he said to me which I looked at him and smiled. "What if we build our own kingdom we have the army we can conquer stuff around us and be kings," he looked at me as if i was crazy. But he just started laughing hysterically and then said to everyone "Hey guys, Solomas wants to be a king!" Everyone else started laughing as well and to say I was embarrassed was an understatement I was humiliated beyond measure. It seems they started to notice my visible fury so gad just looked at and said "Come on it was just funny if you want to become a king so be it, you started this whole thing." This calmed me down as I stood up and yelled "All eyes on me!" Everyone looked at me some I woke up some and made some excited. "Yea that's right I want to be a king and I will be one you were all laughing but I created this I made you!" I said which made everyone start yelling. "So will all of you follow me to greatness!" I yelled which they all yelled "YEAAAAAAAAAA!" I looked on to the crowd as I raised my sword in the air. As they all looked at me I said "I want my helmet shaped into a crown," I said one of the soldiers as I sat down as everyone started talking. I smiled to myself as it was time I Fulfilled my duty to my mother.
