"Good. I only want what's best for you" I clench my fists as I stare at my feet as I can feel him staring at me.

"Thank you but...are you sure you're okay with it?"

I felt tears starting to stream down my face but I hide it as I calm my voice and try to act sincere.

"Yes I'm fine. I just needed to get that little rant out. Sorry. You know I have a bit of a temper." I lied to him, which I have done a lot yet it still broke me on the inside.

"I am going to go now. Goodbye, Luna. Take care" I heard his footsteps disappear as he walked down from the roof as I still stood there, clenching my fists more.

"Goodbye...Alex..." I fall to my knees and sob on the cold floor of the roof as the one I love walked away to be with someone else.

I chased him away. I knew I was too much but I didn't even listen to my own instincts and now he's gone.
