"Well if it wasn't for you holding out the mobs, it would have been a different story"

Theo felt proud for chiyo's achievement because for theo it was like raising a little sister

"but still you did great!"

Since Chiyo was not used to praise, it made her blush and feel shy

"Well if you insist Theo"

Theo was mesmerized about what he is seeing right now, it seems like Chiyo has an incredible increase in amount of Stats, without even distributing the status points, her stats growth are unbelievable, unlike Theo who doesn't have a stats growth he can only increase his stats by allocating stats points he earned from leveling up and attribute bonus from equipments.

But for Chiyo it was something else, everytime she levels up, her stats increases along with her levels.

each level chiyo gains 2 to all stats except the int stats in which she gets 5 int per level, on top of the 5stats points and 2 skill points that you can manually allocate per level.

so if you're going to add the stats points bonus from leveling up she can allocate it to other stats, since she gets 5int every level and 2 on the other stats.

"Chiyo, I think you have a talent for this, I'll make you a known adventurer!"

"R-really?! you think so? well if you say so I might try harder."

Theo thought that it would be a good idea to proceed now so they can kill more mobs and chiyo will level up more efficiently.

after walking a few more steps, they entered a large room with nothing inside except a huge door made of stone with sculptured skull on the door itself.

Theo Slowly approached the door to see if he can open it, since most of the rpg games he played scenarios like this will end up with a trap being triggered or a boss suddenly appearing.

"Use skill Quick Save 1!"

System: Saved successful.

Theo put his right hand on the skull sculpture on the door and its eyes shined a dark crimson color.

" Muahahahahahaha! I see that you managed to find this place puny mortals, I, Avarice, The gate keeper of this place have been guarding this gate for 300years and no mortals managed to open this gate."

Chiyo was trembling in fear, because of the atrocity coming from the skull sculpture.

"T-Theo I don't feel good about this, let's hurry back since we can't proceed further!"

"What are you saying Chiyo, at times like this, something is hidden behind this door that's why it's locked it must be a rare item, all the reason to continue."

Avarice was getting annoyed because he's getting snobbed by the 2.

"In order to proceed you have to find the three seals hidden in this room, But I'll tell you now no one has ever passed through this Doo-."

"Is this one of the seals?"

Theo noticed one of the tile not too far from the door, is a bit strange compared to the others, this kind of puzzle has been used by so many rpg games.

Avarice was pissed off, because of theo's impulsiveness.

"Let me fini--!"

"Bang!"

Theo broke the strange tile, revealing a triangle rune embedded on the stone.

"Is this it?"

Avarice tried to feign ignorance.

"I-I don't know, doesn't look like it, maybe you should try to look for something el--"

"swooosssshhh"

Theo touched the rune with his right hand and it shined a bright green light, indicating that it was activated.

"W-well that is only 1 of them, can't give you anymore clues can I"

Avarice shamelessly declared.

"Hey Theo this wall seems weird"

Chiyo touches the wall that was out of place and it activated a yellow light shaped like a Square.

"Now there should only be 1 more rune left"

Avarice stayed silent as the two of them tries to find another one.

"We already found two of them there should be 1 more left, we checked the floor and the wall, we haven't check the ceiling yet so it might be there."

Avarice was dead silent and doesn't care anymore if the door is to be opened up.

"Look theo, there really is one!"

"Good job Chiyo, but how are we supposed to do that, we have no skills that we can use to fly."

"Well you don't have to physically touch it, you can activate it by hitting it with any object like a rock or something."

Avarice suggested in a monotone voice.

Theo slowly approached Avarice, he grabbed avarice and pulled hardly, separating avarice from the Door. He aimed at the rune and threw avarice with all his might.

"H-hey what are you doing?!! Noooooooo!...."

Avarice Flew all the way to the ceiling, which activated the last remaning, it shined a red color in the shape of a Star.

All the three runes shined synchronously, after a moment the huge door, opened slowly making a loud sound, like 2 stones grinding against each other.

"Well not so hard aye?" said Theo

"You'll pay for this!"

Avarice exclaimed in a ghostly voice.
