The delays of DW SMP season 3

The owner of the SMP announced this when it's the appointed time of the delay, he declared that he will delay it again due to the lag and tts of the server, so the owner and admins worked really hard to fix the problem in a week, which they did fix the lag and tts by quite a bit but then there are crashes when we beta tested 2-3 days before the SMP appointed time again, which the admins couldn't fix the problem, and again the owner closed the SMP and then delayed it to another time, and when that time arrives the server crashed less but it still crashes from times to times.
