Generally during promotion of a core disciple, a few elders come to see the age and cultivation of the disciple.

Core disciple requires a person to be below 40 years in age and have a cultivation of Nascent Soul realm or above.

The elders were usually there to see if they took any interest in the disciple and took them as their personal disciple.

This was to help the disciples get more help, afterall the core disciples were the future of the sect.

The elders who took interest in the disciple undergoing the promotion came to oversee it.

In case of Su Chenyu, he had already reached Nascent Soul in 16 years of age! Although he took help from the inheritance in Grand Xia Dynasty, he had high talent too. His was destined to reach a high cultivation in the future. This is why many core elders and even the sect Master had come out to see him.

He had heard that the elders were divided into outer elders, inner elders and core elders. They were below only the sect master and the ancestor!

Soon Su Chenyu returned to a new residence which was alloted to him.

Core disciples stayed nearer to the core region of the sect than inner sect disciples.

His protection also increased as there were 2 Soul Refinement Realm protectors added by the sect.

That night, he called Hu Ming to his room,

"Here, take this ring. It has 115 high grade spirit stones, exchange everything for low grade spirit stones."

"Understood Young master."

Hu Ming nodded his head and went out.

The Sect had given him 5 high grade spirit stones which was the salary of core disciples per month, moreover his master Yi Ming had given him 10 high grade spirit stones. Also his father had given him 100 high grade spirit stones.

Soon a few days went by.

He practiced walking on air. It allowed him to jump a few steps in air and then he had to come down. He could make the air behave like a solid platform from which he could jump up. This was a technique the ancient Su family was famous for.

The realms after that were Void Realm, Firmament Cloud Realm, Skyscraping Realm, and then the Empyrean Realm which was the 11th major realm.

The highest person in the Seven Star Sacred Land was also in this realm. In fact a sect was called a Sacred Land when a cultivator in the Empyrean Realm was present in it.

It was unknown if there were any Empyreans present in the ancient Su family. Ancient families like Su or the Wu did not appear much in public and were mysterious. So not much was known.

However he knew this much that there were no Empyreans present in the Grand Tai Dynasty or atleast none that were known to public.
