Auction House (1)

In a forest near Lyon city,

A young man with a thin body was cultivating. He had long blue hair. He did not look anything special and had pitch black eyes.

Four people were hiding near him , observing his every move.

Su Chenyu had reached the location where Zi Han was digesting the treasure.

"How did he find the treasure? Did he have a map?"Su Chenyu asked.

"No young master, he didn't have any map." replied the servent who was tasked with following Zi Han.

"So he was just lucky?"

"Um young master, I know it's hard to believe but he suddenly stopped here while traveling. It's like he suddenly was very sure that there was a treasure here."

Su Chenyu frowned.

He was confused and couldn't understand how he knew about the location of the treasure.

Soon they saw Zi Han start going towards Lyon city. They followed behind him.

Hu Ming and the servants were confused as to why they were doing it but they didn't question their young master.

Soon they saw him stop once again.

Zi Han cut down a long tree and uprooted it. Underneath it they found an elixir. It was a rare elixir which could increase the strength of a cultivator.

Su Chenyu was dumbfounded.

'He really can sense treasures!!'

'How is this possible?'

'Did he gain an ability to sense treasures from his fortunate encounter?'

Su Chenyu had long accepted the fact that in the fantasy world, anything was possible with enough strength. His system was the best proof of it.

Su Chenyu was convinced. Zi Han could indeed sense treasures!

Soon Zi Han left his house , Su Chenyu followed him secretly with his servants.

Zi Han entered an auction house.

They saw him meet the manager of the auction house and then he went in the hall where the auction was going to take place.

Su Chenyu understood that he must have sold some of the treasures he had and was planning to buy something from the auction.

He had already heard that an auction was going to take place there that day. It was the largest auction house in the city and it held auctions once every week.

The auction house had VIP seats for people with powerful backgrounds. Those seats were usually covered to protect the identity of the person inside.

Su Chenyu had a few masks in his storage ring . He wore one and also made his three servants wear them.

Zi Han was sitting on the ground floor in the normal seat while Su Chenyu went to the first floor where the VIP seats were present.

He could see Zi Han from his seat.

He sent a message to Hu Ming who was sitting in one of the normal seats on his orders.

"Whenever you see Zi Han bidding for anything, immediately bit for it no matter the price. Got it?"

"Yes Young master." Although Hu Ming was confused but he had also figured out by now that there was something wrong with Zi Han.

The lights in the auction room dimmed and a middle aged woman appeared on the stage. She looked stunning and the crowd was immediately bewitched.

"Welcome to the Golden Valley auction house! As always we have many exciting and valuable things to be auctioned off today."

After the welcome speech, she signaled to a servant who then brought a sword to the stand which was in the middle of the stage.

" I welcome you for the first item for today , a Third grade sword"

The auction continued and the soon the fourth item was brought up.

It was a big rock that looked perfectly normal but there were hints of qi in it.

"This is a rock that was brought from a mysterious place. Although we could not identify the use, it is guaranteed to be to a good treasure.

The starting price will be 10 medium grade spirit stones."

Silence followed. Nobody wanted to buy it.

"15 medium-grade spirit stones!"

Su Chenyu looked at the bidder. It was Zi Han.

Immediately Hu Ming also put his bid after him.

"15 medium-grade spirit stones!"

"20 medium-grade spirit stones!!" Zi Han immediately increased his bid.

The surrounding cultivators were surprised to see two people fighting over the unknown rock.

Su Chenyu understood that Zi Han had sensed that the rock was a treasure.

'Hehe I can use him this way to obtain treasures.'

"30 medium-grade spirit stones!"Hu Ming also increased his bid.

Zi Han's expression looked ugly.

He saw Hu Ming who was sitting a little further away from him wearing a mask on his face. He said, " Fellow cultivator, I know how to use it. On the other hand you probably don't know about it, so why don't you give up."

Hu Ming replied, " How did you know I can use it or not? Moreover I have the money so I will buy it, if you don't have then don't bid for it."

Hu Ming had his cultivation suppressed to Golden Core Realm as ordered by Su Chenyu.
