-Dio pov-

I just ignored the situation, it was none of my fucking business, and walked past them to the monkey bars to do some pulls ups.

The ash blonde hair kid, which was young Bakugo, called out to me saying "Oi, pale freak, I am the boss of this park! You can't use it without my permission!"

Oh my fucking god, I'm gonna beat this kid's ass. "Bro, I will literally fold you in seconds, leave me the fuck alone." I said lazily.

This seemed to get him agitated, he rushed at me whilst making small sparks appear on his hand. He swung his right fist at my face which I causally sidestepped outta the way.

Before he recuperated I kicked him in the stomach, like how adult Gon did to Pitou, sending him flying a few feet in the air. When he fell down, I punched him in the face sending him trampling across the ground, unconscious. 

"Dumbass kid, y'all better not be as stupid as him and try to fight me!" I said towards the trembling lackeys who just meekly nodded.

I went back to training while the dark green hair kid, Izuku, just watched me train in a daze. After a few hours, I left the park and went back to the orphanage to eat dinner and go hunting for a blood source at midnight.

-late at night-

I was in my bat form looking for a blood source (thug) once I found one I knocked him out with [The World] and sucked his blood and it was as intoxicating as ever. After the meal I went back to the orphanage leaving behind a bloodless husk.

-??? Pov-

"Sir Naomasa, we have found a lead on the bloodless thugs case!" Said a short outta breath cop.

On the other side of the desk sat a man with short black hair, and black round-square-like eyes. He wore a white shirt with his sleeves folded upward, and black suit pants. This is Detective Naomasa Tsukauchi.

He and his team of cops have been working on this case for a whole year now with a little to zero leads. This new information is a pleasant and needed surprise for the team.

"Good, what did you find?" Asked Naomasa. The short cop brought out a tablet with CCTV footage. On the clip is a small child-like figure wearing a black hoodie and sweatpants with a black surgical mask sinking his fingers into the knocked body of a thug. The body aged and withered rapidly as if all the blood in the body is being sucked out. The child licked his bloodied fingers acting as if the blood was the tastiest thing he has ever tasted. After the child finished his business he turned into a bat and flew away.

Naomasa was shocked 'the person behind these incidents is a…child?! But why? Why is a child doing this? What pushed him to hunt people for blood? Is it his quirk?' He thought.

'We must immediately find this child and bring him in for help! We must, as adults and people in power help the younger generation especially children like him!' Naomasa thought to himself.

"We Immediately find this child! Let's go we have no time to rest!" He ordered his team.

The next day after breakfast and doing my chores at the orphanage, I went to the park to train specifically [Hamon]

I sat down in a lotus position and started absorbing sunlight unbeknownst to me I started glowing a golden aura around me.
