Guest?!

I was sitting in the booth awaiting for my food to arrive; I occasionally take a sip of the alcoholic beverage that is on the table in front of me. Just as I thought I could enjoy a peaceful dinner at this expensive yet highly delicious restaurant, a young women all of a sudden walks into the restaurant and walks towards my booth.

This young beautiful woman that walks through the front door, is actually an attractive blonde Elf from the Tetrad Confederation. She briskly walks over to where I am sitting and sits across from me and has a waitress also bring her a drink and food.

"I didn't think you'd find me here or followed me here, Jessica. How did you find me again, after last time?" I ask as I sigh at the impeding headache that will soon follow.

"Zen, you know that I won't stop until you tell me everything about the ancient races. Nobody in the entire galaxy knows what happened in the past and everybody barely even thinks that the ancient races even existed in the past. So I want to know everything, and I know you are one of the ancient races. Oh, and I followed you since Huvarra." The Elf woman Jessica states to me as she starts taking notes using the watch on her wrist that shows a holographic keyboard and screen.

"I already told you last time that you and everyone else in the Galaxy don't need to know about the ancient races and what happened in the past. And Jessica, stop following me around everywhere I go. It would be bad if Elven royalty got hurt while following me around." I calmly say as I stand up and walk out of the restaurant, no longer having an appetite.

I decided to stop my delicious vacation short as I don't want to deal with this reporter that is always trying to get a story out of me and my past. To this day, I still don't know how she figured out that I'm apart of one of the five ancient races that haven't been seen in billions of years. There are only two living beings in this galaxy that know that I am of the Immortal race; those two people are Sarah and the last member of the Leviathan race who is currently living out his days in hiding. Jax knows a little about my secret but doesn't know the full story or anything as such so I have no idea how Jessica found out about it.

I sprint back to my Fighter ship, and quickly fly back to the Evanescent. I want to get away as soon as possible so that she cannot follow along anymore, and hopefully she might give up eventually.

As soon as I step foot on my ship, I call ADP-01 on the communications system to let him know of what happened and to get us out of here. I told him just to send us to the last known location of any Space Beast as we are gonna hunt one.

The moment I hear that we made a jump into a hyper lane, I relaxed and casually walked towards the bridge to see where exactly we are heading and how old the last sighting of a Space Beast was. Too bad that as I walked away I did not notice that a young woman had jumped out of the compartment box on the back of my fighter plane. Somebody had stowed away on the ship and no one has noticed as of yet.

It doesn't take long for me to arrive on the bridge where I quickly ask ADP-01 as to where we are going.

"So ADP, where was the last sighting of a Space Beast and how long ago?" I ask while I sit down in the captains seat.

"Master Zen, we are heading into the territory of the Tetrad Confederation to an asteroid belt called the "Vertigo Belt" and is a small mining facility of the strange Vertigo ore that is rarely found in the galaxy. A Space Beast was sighted two days ago eating some asteroids, and some miners had reported the sighting to their superiors." ADP-01 systematically reports all his information to me, where I just silently nod in satisfaction.

Too bad I did not get to enjoy any meals in the culinary capital of the galaxy, but I guess its best that I stay away from that abnormal Elf. I also hope that the Space Beast is still there when we arrive as I would love to finish my current project and move onto the next one.
