MI5 headquarters, Joint Terrorism Analysis Center. 

The British Muggle Prime Minister John Major has decreed to open a secret Taskforce at MI5. The British Monarch, the Queen has consulted with the Prime Minister and agreed to open the Joint Terrorism Analysis Center.

In November 1991, 36 civilians have died due to the Acromantula attack. Therefore, in order to prevent the future threat from the Wizarding World, the Prime minister had a secret meeting with the queen, proposing to open a task force under the disguise of Joint Terrorism Analysis Center. 

The Joint Terrorism Analysis Center (JTAC), has one purpose. To study the movement of the Wizarding World and eliminate the possible threats to the country. The modern internet and technology have enabled them to communicate with each other and spy on the Wizarding world. 

Due to its secrecy, the Prime minister only uses the Internet in order to communicate with the Queen. Even though the Queen wanted to reject the idea to use the internet, she couldn't demand to use other methods. Because the wizards could be infiltrated in the Government as an ordinary person monitoring their every letter and movement. 

The JTAC has gathered all Secondary students' data from 1960 to 1991. Each year 11-year-old students have disappeared from the records of the British schools. In each year, from 20 to 40 students have transferred from the British school but not enlisted to another School, not leaving the country but being registered. 

"An E-mail from the Prime Minister," said an officer from the JTAC saluting. 

The Director of JTAC was the previous director-general of MI5, Sir Antony Duff. 

 "The Wizards' minister has a portrait in my room. On the first day of my office, the minister of the wizards asked me to have a meeting through the portrait and appeared at my office through my fireplace. He introduced himself as Cornelius Fudge and had a conversation with me. In accordance with his speech, Every year some citizens of our country, or as they call Muggles give birth to wizards and witches. Therefore when they reach 11 years old, they are enlisted to a school that is named Hogwarts. 

Find a British citizen wizard that cares for his country, preferably from a military background and find out the military capability, power, and every detailed location of the Wizard cities." instructed the Prime minister. 

JTAC Director Antony Duff memorized the instruction and deleted the e-mail immediately. 

At first, when Antony Duff received a call from the Prime minister to have a meeting, he didn't think that his duty was to spy on Wizards and Witches. But after the Prime minister and the Queen herself has made a secret meeting with him and affirmed the fact, he understood that magic is possibly real. 

But after seeing the Sattelite footages that have been sent to him regarding unusual events such as a person with a wooden stick suddenly appearing at a random place, gigantic spiders attacking Scottish cities he now has a firm belief that the Wizards are a huge threat to the British Sovereignty. They can assassinate whoever they like, they can erase memories of whoever they want and leave no evidence! 

The JTAC has enlisted only military officers. Since they could be fooled by the wizards, they have only chosen the officers directly at the military base. 

Director Antony Duff was holding an extended list of names that has detailed information on it. It includes the muggle-born wizards that should have graduated or studying at the School named Hogwarts and working at British Companies.

He studied most of the names on it and discussed a suitable candidate to choose from with his staff members. 

Alderton Smith a manager at the local pub in London. Age 32,  His father is William Smith a former sergeant at the Royal Navy. He seems to be a suitable candidate said Antony Duff with a smile. He puffed his cigarette and asked to bring Alderton in a polite manner. To prevent memory erasing spells, Antony Duff has installed bug cameras in the meeting room and whatever happens, memory keepers or the record keepers should watch the meeting in real-time in order to keep the information about what happened.  

JTAC two officers arrived at the local pub in London, and after finding Alderton Smith, they politely showed their MI5 insignia and asked whether Alderton Smith is available for a talk. 

William Smith, former sergeant at the Royal Navy and the owner of the Local pub after overhearing that MI5 agents want to meet with his son said

"Alderton! My boy, hope you didn't make any trouble! But the agents seem to be very polite! Go and have a talk with them. They are sworn to serve the Queen. They will never harm a citizen!" William Smith urged his son and asked him to leave the business to him. 

Alderton Smith was surprised to see MI5 agents at his work. They had a very luxurious limousine and treated whiskey to him during his transportation. After arriving at the secret meeting room at Thames house, Alderson saw the decoration that resembles royal decorations, Alderton understood that this is not an interrogation but instead really a meeting. 

He is interested in with whom shall he meet and was waiting with an excited face. 

Soon, a JTAC officer saluted Alderton and said "DIrector is waiting for you!" and opened the door.

When Alderton entered through the door, he saw an elderly man with a short white beard and costumes.  The man shook hands with Alderton and offered drinks.

"Tea or coffee?" asked Antony Duff with a smile. 

"Tea please," said Alderton with a smile and was curious on what matter the director wants to meet with him. 

Antony Duff introduced himself as an MI5 department director, he asked him about his family, his current life, general view about his country, the royal family, and his allegiance. 

"As a British citizen, I am loyal to the Queen and my country!" said Alderton with a smile. 

Antony Duff becomes more satisfied with Alderton's answers and counts as the end of Icebreaking. 

"Alderton, the particular reason why I have summoned you is to ask a sensitive question. I am not sure whether you can answer my question," said Director Antony Duff. 

"What question it may be?" said Alderton. 

"Our British Government and the Queen is aware of the Wizarding World, and I am curious whether you can talk about the Wizarding world with me? If you can talk, we can reward you and hire you with a high salary!" said Antony Duff. 

Alderton understood why he is here. The British Government wants to know about the wizarding world. In accordance with the Statute of Secrecy, casting a spell in front of a muggle is prohibited. But even though talking about the Wizarding world is a breach of the Statute of Secrecy, Alderton knows that there is no way to monitor every wizard's speech. The Ministry of Magic can only register spell casting in front of a Muggle! 

"Director Antony, I know this is sensitive information. And I believe this will break a lot of wizarding laws. I may go to Azkaban or the prison of the Wizarding world if I talk about it" said Alderton.

But when Antony Duff heard about Azkaban, he understood that Alderton in front of him already exposed information regarding the Wizarding world which is the break of the law of the wizards. He becomes a little alerted and was looking at the surroundings whether wizard police suddenly pop up and erase his memories. 

Alderton saw Antony Duff's reaction and laughed out loud. "Mr.Duff, don't worry. If I use magic in front of you, the Ministry of Magic will know. But talking about the wizarding world is untraceable!" said Alderton   

When Alderton said this, the monitoring officers took a note and wrote down that talking about magic is untraceable!

"Alderton, can you please describe your experience about Hogwarts the school you have attended..." 

Soon Alderton Smith and Antony Duff had a long conversation. Antony would refill Alderton's drink of glass, order dinner in the meeting room, and provide whiskey to Alderton and let him smoke his Leaf Cigar. 

At the midnight, Alderton becomes a bit tipsy but has his own rational mind. Sir Antony Duff saluted to Alderton and shook hands with him. He has hired Alderton at MI5 JTAC as a consultant with 20,000-pound sterling monthly salary!
