Chapter 1 Rise of the Fallen

Creed, Saku, and Elphia stood around a fire burning high into the midnight moon. When out of nowhere the flames turn from bright orange and red to a bright blue and purple. Elphia's eyes grow wide what the! she thinks as Midnight appears just past the flame, her eyes one silver the other bright blue half of her body was see-through gray the other half was midnight gray almost black. " Midnight is that really you?" Elphia said a low growl turns into a sigh " Yes it's me!" Elphia walks around the flame over to midnight shadow " I don't believe you made it back alive! I thought you were dead after you got hit by that boulder from the catapult!" Midnight reached for her side " I completely forgot that happened, but there was this healer. Unlike anyone, I've ever heard of. Her name was Akela, she also had a sister named Keela that was butchered right in front of her, so she's still going through some things." she said Elphia looked down " that's horrible!" Midnight nodded and walked around the flame towards Creed and Saku. " hi Creed and Saku! did you miss me?" they nodded yes. Saku looked in shock " I thought you didn't make it! where did you go?" she answered him "You're not going believe me if I told you. . . . ." Saku replied " try me! I beat an eight-foot ice troll that everyone called father. With the thought of dying with one blow!" She shrugged "okay, okay!" she replied " I went to the shadow realm and you're not going to believe who I found there and brought back with me, all this time this person was there and I never would have thought it was him!" she finished saying " who did you see Midnight?" Creed asked. She pointed past the flame into the shadows" see for yourself!" she replied, he focused on the tree line and saw two bright ice white eyes " that can't be! Is that. . . . . I thought he was dead!" Fang walked over from where the others had laid him just past the trees. There was something different about him, he was more confident, mature, his posture was better " Fang! what happened to you? We thought you were dead. You stopped breathing after the silver punctured your skin!" he looked at Creed and replied " Creed! I know I gave you all a scare and for that I'm sorry! Once that silver hit I felt it going into my bloodstream and the more I felt, the more I faded, but I didn't die as you can see! I went into the shadow realm, I met this shadow assassin named Uri, two healers Yana and Akela, and found out about how you were being protected the whole time going through the soldiers. Then they trained me to control my emotions better, especially during a fight not to mention to be more aware!" Saku attempted to sneak up on Fang and a light misting gray shadow came out from his ancestral blade as he turned to meet Saku's ice blade " yep! Whatever happened there it did make him more aware!" Saku said. Fang began looking around and saw what could have been more than a hundred other hoods then looked back at Creed with a confused look. He noticed the look and told him how all these people came to be here fighting for the cause. " Listen you have been away for a couple of years now! " Fang was taken back by the fact that it has been that long of training and bickering and more training, " You mean to tell me that I've been out for two years! Did anyone try to wake me? Was I in a coma?" he said, Fang felt himself getting upset, stopped and took some breathes and calmed down, Creed nodded " We all tried Fang! it was no use, you weren't waking up for nothing so I left and started finding others that were willing to fight with us against those that oppose us!" Creed a little shocked when Fang calmed himself down. "What did they teach you in the shadow realm, Fang? You never did that! Whatever happened I'm glad, you seem more mature!" Never expecting those words to come from Creed, a master assassin. Creed turned and walked out into a tent, Fang noticed while he was in the tent, that Creed began to disappear what in the. . . . . he thought. Fang walked over to Midnight and asked " what is wrong with Creed? Why does he disappear when his not around anyone?" She sighs " well eventually you are going to have to hear or had to see it for yourself, however, I don't think you were supposed to see that! Well you see what happened was; there was one night that me my pack and him were out running for the night, cause you know us wolves like to run for the fun of it. Anyway it was a full moon and he had just had the wolf stone absorbed into his blade, it had taken a while, like four or five days and something began to happen. His body began to change form, not knowing what was going on so he Hollard for me, so I walked over to him. He was hunched on a branch in a tree and half of him was a shadow and the rest of him was turning a different form, but quickly turned back to man. Like he was battling himself. honestly, I think that Wolfblood stone is completely changing him." Fang looked at Creed with worry in his eyes " Is it going to kill him?" he asked she shook her head no, " but it will force him to be something he's not meant to be if we don't help him, and you can not tell him that I told you!" Fang nods and begins to walk off when. . . . . "FANG, MIDNIGHT, SAKU, COME HERE NOW!" Creed yelled. The trio came running over and before any one of them could get a word out " Midnight I did not realize you saw that, how much of it did you see?" Creed asked she replied " enough to know that you need a family to help you get through the days and help you keep your cool!" not realizing that Elphia heard it all as well so that's why he's so powerful she thought.
