Chapter 13

"What the fuck is this shit?!?! You fuckers actually did this?!" Julius yelled out in rage towards them.

"Our population problem-!" Sirzechs was quick to respond.

"-Population problem my ass! What? You ran out of motherfucking High-Class Devils, so you just ignored the rest of your race and instead poach Humans instead?! And it all just happened for them to be 'selected' Sacred Gear users, huh?!"

Sirzechs started to get angry, he was the leader of an entire race. How could he just allow himself to be scolded like this.

"Stay out of Devil's affairs, it has nothing to do with you!" He yelled out in response.

Julius went quiet, his face turned annoyed, "Nothing to do with me eh?"

Afterwards his face became enraged with some veins popping out of his forehead, "The fuck did you Say?! Nothing to do with me?! It became my fucking business when all you fuckers started treating my species as nothing more than livestock! The second that God died! Robbing us of the only, motherfucking tools to defend ourselves! Against all you bitches for what?! Your races' selfishness?! So What in the fuck do you mean it's not my business?!?!"

"But noo, you took it a step further! You fucking enslaved them!! And then based the fucking system off a tabletop game?! And if they tried to escape, they go splat?! What the fuck!? I've only been gone for Seven Hundred Years and everything went to shit?!"

"You fuckers are even older than me! But I still have to scold you like children! Fucking hell."

On Sirzechs' face was the expression of pure anger, his aura leaking out, black-red lightning emerged from his aura affecting the fabric of reality as it was erasing the space surrounding it, "We never enslaved anyone! We may have targeted Sacred Gear users, but it's not to weaken humans!"

Julius responded by leaking his own, a gray aura burst forth to life, manifesting itself as a dragon which was starting to devour Sirzechs' one...,

"Bullshit, it was! Not weaken humans my ass, it's Sacred Gears for us and only us to fucking protect ourselves from you fucks!!" Julius turned to Rias' Peerage before yelling out in anger, "Then tell me! Why the fuck does everyone in your sister's peerage have a fucking Sacred Gear?! Or a special ability?! Are you telling me that this is a Coincidence as well?!?!"

"Leave her out of thi-"

"Fuck off! I bet you fucking poached them at the right times! And fucking brainwashed them!"

Sirzechs was pissed and a bit guilty but not nearly pissed as Julius, he retracted his Aura as well as Julius did.

"Don't talk like that about Buchou, asshole!" Issei yelled out in rage while running to attack Julius.

Julius simply activated his Touki into his hand before back hand slapping Issei across the room.

Everyone took in a gasp as Rias' peerage became enraged.

"Stop!!"

Julius walked towards over Issei, using his right hand picked him up by the collar of his shirt and looked him dead in the eye, "You're pathetic, us Humans back then worked so much to build a good future for humanity and protected it with our lives… yet you simply abandoned it for a pair of tits."

"That's not true! Buchou saved me after a Fallen Angel killed me!"

Julius looked over Azazel who meekly looked away,

He then dropped Issei appearing once more at the table, glancing back at issei with a pitiful expression, "Azazel's incompetency aside, did you really think that a group of Fallen could sneak in a town that is owned by two Devils who, mind you, are the heiresses of clans and not only that but also little sisters of the Satan's?"

Issei listened on in confusion, "-Wha?"

Julius sighed then shook his head before uttering some words towards Issei, "…Kid, you got swindled."

'Kids' gonna be furious once he ends up knowing why he was reincarnated and probably go into Juggernaut Drive if I tell him. Haaa... troublesome.'

Leaving Issei to realize the implications of this information on his own, he turned back towards the faction leaders,

"You fuckers are lucky due to the peace treaty. If I ever find you or one of the fuckers under you, exploiting more humans, I will kill them."

"I'm gonna visit your factions and do a little 'check-up' soon, and if I find any shady shit, I will fucking erase it, from the roots, no exceptions..."

He glanced towards Michael, "I bet God would be disappointed in you Michael, don't forget why Angels were made in the first place. To guide and protect humans through him, not to fucking exploit them. Julius spat out in disgust as Michael's face seemed to turn into a mix of guilt and anger.

He then glanced towards Sirzechs, "Most of my problems came from your race, one more mistake of you fucks, I'm going on a purge."

A/N: I actually wanted Julius to beat the shit out of Devils after this chapter but part of me wants it after the visit on the Angels first, fallen next, then devils, basically on chapters 20+

I'm not really the best writing fights, only learning more and more as well as Julius is basically a caster though he can still fight but he's more of a caster...

As well as Julius tells Issei the truth, but some part of my brain disagrees with me since this scene was 'perfect' to really express Julius' rage & protectiveness for humanity. I already have a scene like that in my brain instantly when I thought about it for like 3 minutes or so lol.
