Chapter 10

The car stopped he got out first then opened the door for me. I got out of the car with my trembling feet and looked around . It looks like a villa but it is so beautiful and aesthetic. It has an old vibe , trees all around the place , the road that leads in is beautifully written with stones and the scent of soil is so mesmerizing. God I am flat over the entrance only. "Such a lovely place."

"This is my hideout, I come here once a month to escape from the city . Come I'll show you around." He extended his hand and firmly took my wrist then leaded the way. This place is absolutely wonderful. So many birds and animals around.

" These are your pets?"

" I love animals, they are a better companion than humans." I felt so sad for him I don't know why but I feel that he's just ..so alone ... deep inside the great president the young master Ruan is very alone inside. There are many cats and dogs around the garden and a small pond surrounded with hill stones . I was watching the whole place with wonder . I never knew there can be such a peaceful place.

" I love this place. It's so...it's so peaceful..."

He just smiles at me while I was walking ahead of him and enjoying the beauty.

She was roaming around the place like a cute little bunny. She really is the definition of cuteness. Her deeply flushed cheeks and her big eyes filled with wonder , posses a different kind of attraction .

* A distant sound of roar*

" Did I just hear...*screams*"

She screamed then immediately jumped on me seeing my tiger.

" Liyan we are going to die there's a tiger here!"

For a moment I couldn't understand anything. On the blink of eye she jumped and cuddled me like a koala bear. I hugged her back because she was literary cuddling me with her tiny legs and arms , she hid her head behind my neck and kept trembling in fear. For a moment I felt as if everything has stopped except for her and me. I felt like my heart skipped a beat when she touched me. It's the first time she touched me. She relied upon me in her fears. It's a victory for me , a step towards winning her heart.

" Shiyi it's my tiger. You don't have to be afraid." I slowly patted her back , I can hear her heart beat rising when she slowly realized her situation where she couldn't get off me because of my tiger and she couldn't even kept clinging to me because of courtesy.

" This is my pet. I call her kitty. Look at her." She nodded her head as no instantly.

" You don't have to be afraid. I promise kitty is a nice girl. She doesn't bite."

I , holding her thighs , walked towards kitty then slowly patted her neck and head. Shiyi slowly turned around and saw that, she left a breath of relief but still wasn't sure to get off. " Why do you have to keep a tiger!? Isn't there any other animals in the world!?"

" This is my girl , don't say anything against her she will get mad."

*Kitty purring on Liyan's touch*

" See she's such a lovely girl."

" Please ask it to go away. Please." She said with a puppy face requesting me to get kitty out of that place. But seriously she looks like a bunny. An adorable little bunny.

* A staff came and took kitty away from there.*

She immediately got off him then fixed her dress. In embarrassment her face turned red along with her eyes which were ashamed and facing the ground.

" Don't worry, she's a good girl .She doesn't bite , unlike me." He wispered in my ears. And seriously this guy can cause my heart flutter with his slightest detail. I can't believe I jumped on him!

" How long do you have that 'kitty' here?

" She's only five years old. I got her from Africa. She was seriously injured when we saved her from butchers. She was just a cub back then."

We sat on the pool side while talking about kitty. He really is attached to that tiger so much. And that tiger also seemed to love him a lot , it was purring around him and licking and hugging him to show her love.
