Chapter 3: limping forward

Edward's P.O.V

The fact that the dagger-gun in my thigh is no longer bothering me and deciding that the best thing to do right now is to observe my surroundings and see if there's anything I can use to stop the slow bleeding on my thigh.

While looking around I see that there's only rubbish like empty crisp packs and drink cans along with a empty cookie bag and seeing that there's nothing I decided to just relax for a bit, while relaxing I just realized that the moon in the sky is broken and leaving behind chunks of moon rocks next to the permanent crescent moon, which makes zero sense as the gravity should bring them closer together because of gravitational fields along with the sea becoming wired.

After being done with that thought I started the hard task of taking off my belt while wearing a suit and while having the dagger-gun inside my thigh since Candle made me wear the suit for the mission, after struggling to take my belt off I started rapping it around my thigh that had the dagger-gun inside then tightening it as much as possible so less circulation will happen.

Waiting for a minute or two I started talking the weapon out of my now numb leg and also taking off my long sleeve shirt and using the dagger-gun started ripping up the arms and making sure there clean used that as a sort of bandage so too stop the bleeding.

Taking the wrapped belt and re-wrapping it on the wound in a sort of X shape with the makeshift bandage absorbing any of the escaping blood and the belt acting as a sort of pressure so it won't get loosened, now with my leg now becoming numb and my hands being covered in blood alongside my ripped clothes I looked like a psycho.

Now that my leg wound is dealt with and not having to run I finally start thinking of which world I'm in and I think it the RWBY show or more precisely the world of Remnant filled with negativity and death alongside two immortals who are having a shadow war while the two different Races are fighting over themselves because of the racism, alongside the MC's not actually solving anything.

'Just fucking great I'm in a world full of death, great why can't I just live my life in peace unbothered by people so I can sleep and dream happily *sigh*' struggling to get up I carefully make sure that my thigh isn't too pressured so that way it wouldn't get more injured.

Using the walls as my support I slowly make my way out of the alley while also being careful to listen out for the man who was chasing me as he could still be looking for me.

Slowly limping forward and trying but failing to avoiding the eyes of people who are looking at me properly because of all the blood on me so as I looked around the street and hoping to find and get to the library so I can learn some skills and knowledge along with some things that the show didn't tell.
