S.H.I.E.L.D. Helicarrier

Karito Pov

I pondered over my options, carefully weighing the possibilities. With a firm resolve, I made a definitive choice. It seemed apparent that Steve, my comrade, would be venturing into the clandestine depths of the carrier. Intrigued by the unfolding events, I felt compelled to offer my company, curious to witness the outcome firsthand.

(Karito) "Hey Tony, I'm gonna go and check on Steve."

(Tony Stark) "And why would you? Stay with us, he's boring."

(Karito) "I came here with him, so as his first friend here, I want to check on him. I'll be back and mess around for a bit."

(Tony Stark) "Alright, suit yourself."

(Karito) "I'll be back before you know it." Waves

(Tony Stark) "See ya."

(Dr. Banner) Nods

I departed from the laboratory, my mind focused on retracing Steve's recent whereabouts. As I strolled along the corridors, memories formed a vivid map in my consciousness. Recalling that Steve had taken a left turn upon exiting the lab, I deduced that venturing towards the left would lead me closer to his current location. My gait remained composed and unhurried, blending seamlessly with the ebb and flow of passing individuals. Gradually, the number of fellow shipmates dwindled until I found myself enveloped in the dimly lit recesses of the vessel.

Proceeding with cautious determination, my senses sharpened, attuned to the faintest disturbances in the air. An inexplicable intuition guided me towards a specific area, where a subtle presence emanated. A resounding crack shattered the silence, confirming my suspicion that Steve had ventured into the armory. Uttering his name in a hushed whisper, I beckoned him forth. Startled, he swiftly turned, a fleeting tension softening upon realizing my familiar presence.

(Steve) "Jesus, you surprised me Karito. What are you doing here?"

(Karito) "Well, for the looks of it. The same thing as you. Wanna go and look for it together?"

(Steve) "Are you stealthy?"

I turn invisible and he sighs audibly.

(Steve) "That's rather convenient."

(Karito) Invisible "I know right? Anyways let's go."

As Steve led the way to an unoccupied sector, I trailed closely behind, my senses attuned to the absence of human presence in the surroundings. With remarkable agility, Steve executed a graceful leap, effortlessly grasping onto a suspended rail above and propelling himself onto the elevated bridge. Meanwhile, I chose to remain below, opting to maintain a lower profile as I continued onward, my invisibility skill concealing my form from prying eyes.

Loki Pov

Restless within the confines of a cage fashioned to contain a furious, emerald behemoth, I paced to and fro, my movements a reflection of the boredom that had gripped me. Yet, as if on cue, a surge of anticipation rippled through me when I detected a presence approaching with remarkable stealth. Curiosity prickled my senses, for who could possess such consummate skill as to elude my notice? Surely, this interloper couldn't be the infamous Spider-Man, whose agile antics had often vexed me in the past.

(Loki) Smirks "There are not many people who can sneak up on me."

(Agent Romanoff) "But you figured I'd come."

(Loki) "After whatever tortures Fury can concoct, you appear as a friend, as a balm. And I would cooperate."

(Agent Romanoff) "I want to know what you've done to Agent Barton."

(Loki) Shrugs "I would say I've expanded his mind."

(Agent Romanoff) Starts approaching the cage "And once you've won, once you're king of the mountain, what happens to his mind?"

(Loki) "Is this love, Agent Romanoff?"

(Agent Romanoff) "Love is for children. I owe him a debt."

(Loki) "Tell me."

Agent Romanoff thinks about it for a moment and continues the conversation.

(Agent Romanoff) "Before I worked for S.H.I.E.L.D... I... Well, I made a name for myself. I have a very specific skill set. I didn't care who I used it for, or on. I got on S.H.I.E.L.D.'s radar in a bad way. Agent Barton was sent to kill me...He made a different call."

(Loki) Nods "And what will you do if I vow to spare him?"

(Agent Romanoff) Scoff "Not let you out."

(Loki) Chuckles "No, but I like this. Your world is in the balance, and you bargain for one man."

(Agent Romanoff) "Regimes fall every day. I tend not to weep over that. I'm Russian...Or I was."

(Loki) "And what are you now?"

(Agent Romanoff) Sighs "It's really not that complicated. I got red in my ledger, I'd like to wipe it out."

(Loki) "Can you? Can you wipe out that much red? Dreykov's daughter, S?o Paulo, the hospital fire? Barton told me everything." Stands up and slowly walks toward her "Your ledger is dripping. It's gushing red and you think saving a man no more virtuous than yourself will change anything? This is the basest sentimentality. This is a child prayer. Pathetic! You lie and kill in the service of liars and killers." A warning sign shows on all screens of the bridge telling that someone is attempting a hacking sequence on them "You pretend to be separate, to have your own code, something that makes up for the horrors. But they are part of you. And they will never go away." Slams his fist into the glass of the cage startling Agent Romanoff "I won't touch Barton, not until I make him kill you! Slowly, intimately, in every way, he knows your fear! And then he'll wake just long enough to see his good work and when he screams, I'LL SPLIT HIS SKULL!"

Agent Romanoff backs away in complete shock and I smile at her fear and continue my statement.

(Loki) "This is my bargain, you mewling quim."

(Agent Romanoff) Sniffs and quick gasp "You're a monster..."

(Loki) Chuckles "Oh, no. You brought the monster."

The moment I said that her attitude did a complete 180. Did she trick me? Loki THE God of mischief? HOW?!

(Agent Romanoff) Composed "So, Banner. That's your play."

(Loki) "...What?"

(Agent Romanoff) Turns around and quickly starts leaving. She touches her earpiece and starts her report on her interrogation "Loki means to unleash the Hulk. Keep Banner in the lab. I'm on my way. Send Thor as well."

I quickly start going in the same direction as her but I'm limited to my glass cell only being able to glare at her from afar but then she stops and looks at me one more time.

(Agent Romanoff) "Thank you for your cooperation."

...THAT LITTLE BIT-

Karito Pov

Continuing our clandestine exploration of the heavily guarded premises, I maintained a vigilant gaze as we meandered through the restricted corridors. An impulse seized me, compelling me to abandon my veil of invisibility and approach an innocuous-looking crate that beckoned my attention. With a calculated motion, I pried open the container, the contents within revealing themselves as anticipated: an arsenal of weapons bearing the unmistakable mark of HYDRA. I beckoned to Steve, drawing his attention to the discovery that lay before us, silently conveying the gravity of the situation through a shared glance.

(Karito) Points at crate "They have HYDRA weapons man. Is it possible that HYDRA is working in secret with S.H.I.E.L.D.?"

(Steve) "It might be a possibility. You guys were right in being suspicious. We should ask about this."

(Karito) "Tho, don't blurt it out in front of everyone. If there was a person that's legit here. It would be Nick Fury, Agent Coulson, and Natasha."

(Steve) "You sure? We just saw HYDRA weapons in these crates."

(Karito) "I'm positive. But that doesn't mean that we can ask questions about what they are hiding. What I'm guessing is that they want the Tesseract to weaponize it just like how HYDRA did 70 years ago. Anyways, let's head back. I'm gonna take one of these weapons as evidence."

(Steve) "Alright, follow me."

We retraced our steps, navigating the labyrinthine corridors until we returned to the sanctuary of the laboratory where Tony Stark and Bruce Banner resided. Time seemed to stretch as we waited in the familiar surroundings, the air heavy with anticipation. Moments later, the authoritative presence of Nick Fury materialized before us, his penetrating gaze fixed upon Tony. The question he posed bore the weight of his knowledge regarding Tony's audacious hacking of S.H.I.E.L.D., hanging palpably in the room.

(Nick Fury) Walks into the lab "What are you doing, Mr. Stark?"

(Tony Stark) "Uh, kind of been wondering the same thing about you."

(Nick Fury) "You're supposed to be locating the Tesseract."

(Dr. Banner) "We are. The model's locked and we're sweeping for the signature now. When we get a hit, we'll have the location within half a mile."

(Tony Stark) "Yeah, then you get your Cube back. No muss, no fuss." The computer in front of Tony beeps and shows new information "By the way, what is "Phase 2" ?"

Our moment had arrived, the signal for Steve and me to step forward. However, it was hard to ignore the seething anger emanating from Steve's demeanor. Nonetheless, we had a mission to fulfill. With a firm yet calculated motion, I placed the HYDRA gun onto the table, its weight echoing the gravity of our discoveries within the restricted sections of S.H.I.E.L.D. The room fell silent as all eyes turned to Steve, the anticipation palpable. He began to recount our findings, his voice steady but laced with an undercurrent of intensity, as the secrets of the locked areas unfolded before us.

(Steve) "You almost broke the gun. Want to break the table too?"

(Karito) "What? You said to grab everyone's attention in the lab so I did."

(Steve) "Anyways" Looks back at Nick Fury "Phase 2 is S.H.I.E.L.D. using the Cube to make weapons. Sorry, the computer was moving a little slow for me."

(Karito) "That's what a boomer would say."

(Steve) "Karito, get serious."

(Karito) "I am serious."

(Steve) Facepalms

(Nick Fury) "Rogers, we gathered everything related to the Tesseract. This does not mean that we're making..."

(Karito) "Bro, stop caping. Tony, give me the screen." Tony passes me the screen containing weapons "Nick, we know already and we know how humanity gets boners for extraordinary power. So if I were you I would start telling the truth because we are losing our patience to be here any longer." Shows the screen "You're fucking lying."

(Steve) "I was wrong, Director. The world hasn't changed a bit."

While the heating argument continues, Thor and Agent Romanoff entered the lab. Bruce looks at Agent Romanoff now suspicious of her.

(Dr. Banner) "Did you know about this?"

(Agent Romanoff) "You want to think about removing yourself from this environment, Doctor?"

(Dr. Banner) Chuckles "I was in Calcutta. I was pretty well removed."

(Agent Romanoff) "Loki is manipulating you."

(Dr. Banner) "And you've been doing what, exactly?"

(Agent Romanoff) "You didn't come here because I bat my eyelashes at you."

(Karito) "Hold the fuck up. What are you on about Romanoff? He's sane right now."

(Dr. Banner) "Yes, and I'm not leaving because suddenly you get a little twitchy. I'd like to know why S.H.I.E.L.D. is using the Tesseract to build weapons of mass destruction." Points at the screen that Karito is holding

(Nick Fury) "Because of him." Points at Thor

(Karito) "Are you fucking serious? Thor?"

(Thor) Confused "...Me?"

(Nick Fury) "Last year, Earth had a visitor from another planet who had a grudge match that leveled a small town. We learned that not only are we not alone but we are hopelessly, hilariously, outgunned."

(Karito) "I'm pretty sure Thor came in peace. Even though our first meeting was a misunderstanding, but hey that got solved rather quickly!"

(Thor) "My people want nothing but peace with your planet."

(Nick Fury) Looks at Thor "But you're not the only people out there, are you? And you're not the only threat. The world's filling up with people who can't be matched, that can't be controlled."

(Steve) "Like you controlled the Cube?"

(Thor) "Your work with the Tesseract is what drew Loki to it, and his allies. It is a signal to all the realms that the Earth is ready for a higher form of war."

(Steve) "Higher form?"

(Karito) "I think what Thor is saying is that, because of Nick's fuck up on tempering with the Cube, it indirectly told the other worlds who most likely have better tech than Earth's by years and years that our unprepared ass told everyone that we can fight just as bad as the other worlds are. And the way Thor is describing them, they are most like beings like gods or monsters that will snap us like a fucking twig. Did I explain myself clearly?"

(Nick Fury) "They forced our hands. We had to come up with something."

(Tony Stark) "A nuclear deterrent. Because that always calms everything right now."

(Nick Fury) "Remind me again how you made your fortune, Stark."

(Steve) "I'm sure if he still made weapons, Stark would be neck-deep..."

(Karito) "How did this change into Tony?"

(Tony Stark) "Exactly. How is this now about me?"

(Steve) "I'm sorry, isn't everything?"

(Thor) "I thought humans were more evolved than this."

(Karito) "No, we fucking aren't Thor. Right now Steve and Tony are arguing amongst themself because Steve doesn't like his attitude. Nick here was so fucking paranoid that he decided to grab a Cube from outer space and experiment on it for power. We fucking make wars on ourselves because one person hates a race with a passion. World War 1, World War 2, the Vietnam War, the cold war, and a shit ton of other things. We, humans, pick fights for ANYTHING it's fucking dumb! Thor, there are a lot of good things about humans but there are just as many as bad! Goddamn, some humans protest because they don't like meat, FUCKING MEAT! If I keep listing how disappointing the human race can be, I would be here forever. At least some people give hope to humanity, so we aren't completely hopeless. But WE ARE GETTING VERY SIDE TRACKED HERE! WHAT THE HELL IS THE SCEPTER DOING?!"

Everyone looked at me in shock for a minute after my outburst but looked at the scepter once I asked what it was doing.

(Nick Fury) "Karito, what are you talking about?"

(Karito) "I hear this ringing in my head. It's my 6 sense. There's danger nearby." I walked to the window and my eyes widen "There coming."

(Steve) "Who?"

(Karito) "Loki's squad just got here...TAKE COVER!"

In a split second, chaos engulfed the helicarrier as the devastating blast tore through one of its wings. The sheer force of the explosion reverberated through the entire structure, threatening to shatter the very foundation on which we stood. Reacting swiftly, my instincts kicked into overdrive as I propelled myself into action.

With calculated precision, I used my web-shooters to create a web cocoon, shielding everyone in the lab from the impending devastation. In a desperate attempt to mitigate the impact, I directed my shots towards their chests, using the webbing as a lifeline to anchor them to safety. As the explosion erupted, the unleashed fury unleashed a torrent of destruction, obliterating everything in its path.

The concussive wave shook the helicarrier to its core, causing the lab to crumble around us. The upper floor provided some respite for Steve and Tony, allowing them to maintain their precarious footing. However, the same could not be said for Dr. Banner and Agent Romanoff. They plummeted through the gaping hole torn open by the explosion, their fate uncertain amidst the chaos.

As my senses gradually returned, I fought against the haze obscuring my vision. Blinking rapidly, I tried to make sense of the blurred scene before me. It became apparent that Agent Romanoff was trapped amidst a jumble of rubble, her leg painfully pinned beneath the debris. To compound matters, Dr. Banner's ever-precarious control teetered on the edge, his transformation threatening to engulf him in a primal rage.

Time was of the essence. With determination burning in my eyes, I summoned every ounce of strength to extricate Agent Romanoff from her perilous predicament. The weight of the situation pressed upon me, urging me to act swiftly and decisively. The seconds ticked away relentlessly, heightening the urgency of the moment.

(Agent Romanoff) On the earpiece "Where okay...right?"Looks at Banner and then at me "...Right?"

(Karito) "Nope." Easily lifts the debris that was pinching Romanoff's leg "The green guy is gonna come out, we need to run."

(Agent Romanoff) "But Bruce, he-"

Dr. Banner's struggle against his inner turmoil intensified, manifesting in erratic movements and anguished cries. His hands clutched his head, as if attempting to quell the torment within. The very air crackled with an electrifying tension, signaling the impending eruption of an uncontrollable force.

In a display of raw, unfettered power, Dr. Banner's wrath surged through his veins, causing him to unleash his pent-up rage upon his surroundings. Steel pipes, once rigid and unyielding, bowed and crumpled beneath the might of his unleashed fury. Each impact reverberated through the chamber, a thunderous echo of the internal battle that raged within him.

As the metamorphosis consumed him, his physique underwent a dramatic transformation. The fabric of his shirt strained against the growing mass of his bulging muscles, unable to contain the sheer strength that coursed through his body. His skin, once tinged with human hues, now morphed into a vibrant hue of green, an outward manifestation of the beast within.

And then, in a chilling moment frozen in time, Dr. Banner's gaze shifted. Eyes brimming with a primal fury locked onto a point in the distance, a focal point for his ire. The intensity of his gaze spoke volumes, conveying a potent cocktail of rage, despair, and unyielding determination. The beast had awakened, and the consequences would be felt by all who stood in its path.

(Karito) "Shit! ROMANOFF GET ON MY BACK!"

With Agent Romanoff secured firmly on my back, I propelled myself forward, my muscles straining against the weight and the urgency of the situation. Every fiber of my being focused on navigating the treacherous path that lay ahead.

As I ascended the stairs, the Hulk's relentless assault tore through the very foundation of our escape route. A massive section of the stairs hurtled towards me, a deadly projectile threatening to obstruct our path to safety. Instinctively, I twisted my body, evading the oncoming obstacle with split-second precision.

Yet, the Hulk's wrath knew no bounds. The stairs that once provided a route of escape now barred our way, their twisted remnants forming an impenetrable barrier. Panic surged within me, threatening to disrupt my focus, but I couldn't allow fear to paralyze me. I had to find an alternative path, a way to outmaneuver the Hulk's relentless pursuit.

In the midst of chaos, my eyes scanned the environment for any opportunity, any opening that could grant us a chance at survival. My gaze fell upon a network of pipes, their interwoven structure offering a fleeting glimpse of hope. I leaped and bounded, deftly traversing the ever-changing landscape of metal, each pipe a fleeting foothold in a desperate bid for escape.

The Hulk's thunderous steps reverberated behind me, the ground shaking with the ferocity of his pursuit. Time seemed to blur as I darted between the pipes, my movements fueled by a blend of adrenaline and determination. I knew that any misstep, any hesitation, could spell our doom.

Finally, the maze of pipes gave way to a near-open space, a narrow corridor that beckoned me to sprint with all my might. The path stretched before me, a daunting straight line that offered no shelter or respite. I gritted my teeth, steeling myself against the onslaught of destruction trailing in our wake.

Without a moment's hesitation, I surged forward, my legs pumping with primal intensity. The sounds of devastation echoed behind me, a symphony of chaos and destruction. I dared not look back, for even a fleeting glance could prove fatal. My focus remained steadfast, locked on the path ahead, driving us forward in a race against the Hulk's relentless pursuit.

Through sheer willpower, I propelled myself onward, the rhythm of my pounding footsteps synchronized with the rapid beat of my heart. The world around me blurred into a whirlwind of motion and danger, the only constant being the urgency to keep moving, to keep running, no matter the cost.

A surge of warning emanated from my spider senses, alerting me to the imminent danger closing in. Time seemed to slow as my instincts kicked into overdrive, guiding my movements with precision and agility.

In a split second decision, I made a decision, swiftly detaching Black Widow from my back and guiding her to safety. She gracefully rolled and landed on her feet, ready to face whatever came next.

But before I could fully assess the situation, the Hulk's immense form bore down upon me with thunderous force. The impact was jarring, my body colliding forcefully with the unyielding wall behind me. The weight of the Hulk pressed against me, his hands closing around my throat, constricting my airway.

(Karito) Gasping "NGHH HA...HA NGHHH THOR ANYTIME NOW!!!"

In the blink of an eye, Thor materialized before us with thunderous might, his arrival heralded by a powerful charge that sent the three of us hurtling through a sturdy steel door. Momentum carried us across the floor, our bodies tumbling and rolling in a chaotic dance of force and impact.

As we came to a rest in this new area, the surroundings revealed a labyrinth of gas tanks, their metallic forms creating a hazardous backdrop. However, my attention remained fixed on the formidable presence of the Hulk. The gas tanks, inconsequential for now, faded into the periphery of my focus as I honed in on the immediate threat.

The weight of responsibility settled upon my shoulders as I realized the critical role I must play in this encounter. With Thor now at my side, a powerful ally in this formidable battle, my purpose became clear. I had to create openings, exploit weaknesses, and coordinate with Thor to subdue the raging beast before us.

Mentally equipping my Spider-Man suit, I activated its enhanced capabilities, empowering myself with an array of tools and heightened senses. My body shifted into a battle-ready stance, muscles coiled with controlled tension, ready to unleash a precise and calculated onslaught.

(Spider-Man) Equips suit "Thor, I'll try to give you openings."

(Thor) "Appreciated Spider-Man."

With precision and agility, I swiftly shot a strand of webbing towards the Hulk's face, eliciting an audible grunt of irritation from the raging behemoth. Seizing the opportunity, Thor surged forward, delivering a powerful haymaker to the Hulk's visage. The resounding impact reverberated through the air, each strike echoing with a symphony of force.

Undeterred by the Hulk's immense strength, Thor continued his relentless assault, raining down blow after blow upon the hulking figure before him. The sheer power behind each strike was palpable, as the Hulk struggled to withstand the relentless barrage.

In a display of raw might, the Hulk tore the webbing away from his face, his anger reaching a boiling point. With a thunderous fury, he attempted to bring down his massive hammer-like fist upon Thor, seeking to crush him beneath its weight. But Thor, resolute and unwavering, defied the Hulk's onslaught, his unwavering strength holding firm.

The very ground beneath Thor trembled and groaned in protest, the sheer force of their clash threatening to shatter the foundation upon which we stood. The crackling tension in the air mirrored the intensity of the battle, as two titans clashed in an elemental struggle for dominance.

(Thor) "Banner, we...are not." Grunt "Your enemies."

As Hulk disregarded Thor's words, his rage-fueled determination remained unwavering. I swiftly countered his impending punch by delivering a venom-charged strike directly to his face, causing him to be propelled backward and crash into a sturdy steel container. Unfortunately, this only seemed to intensify his fury. With a resounding roar, Hulk charged toward us once again, his unyielding momentum propelling him with immense speed. In a direct assault aimed at me, Hulk lunged forward, but through a combination of reflexes and luck, I narrowly evaded his grasp. Without hesitation, Hulk swiftly changed course, delivering a powerful kick that sent Thor hurtling through a barrage of crates. The relentless assault continued, with Hulk's attention now focused solely on me. I frantically evaded his relentless attacks, relying on instinct and quick thinking to narrowly avoid his every strike. However, amidst the chaos, a momentary lapse in my focus allowed Hulk to seize my leg, forcefully slamming me into the ground, generating a resounding crack that echoed through the air. Disoriented, I found myself careening through a nearby pillar, eventually coming to a stop beside Thor, who was now regaining his footing.

(Spider-Man) "Ngh HAA FUCK! Where's your hammer, man?! Quickly call it here!"

(Thor) " I'm already on it!"

In a swift and fluid motion, Thor raised his right hand, palm open, as a beacon for his loyal hammer. With precise timing, Mjölnir responded to his call, hurtling through the air and effortlessly finding its place within Thor's grip. Anticipating Hulk's imminent airborne assault, Thor swiftly rotated his body, harnessing the hammer's power to build momentum for his impending strike. As Hulk propelled himself toward us, his intent clear, Thor unleashed a devastating blow, connecting with unerring accuracy directly beneath the left side of the Hulk's formidable jawline. The impact reverberated through the air, showcasing the mighty strength that Thor possessed and momentarily staggering the indomitable Hulk.

Hulk, propelled by the force of Thor's mighty blow, was sent hurtling through the air, crashing into the jet with a resounding impact. The colossal beast rose unsteadily, his fury burning brighter than ever. In a fit of rage, he seized the jet's wing, wrenching it free and launching it toward us with devastating force. Reacting swiftly, both Thor and I evaded the projectile, narrowly avoiding its destructive path. Seizing the opportunity, I unleashed a barrage of electrically charged webs upon Hulk, though the effect merely served to agitate rather than incapacitate him. Amidst the distraction, Thor's hammer found its mark once again, striking Hulk squarely in the chest and sending him crashing to the ground.

Undeterred, Hulk fought against the webs that momentarily hindered his movements, tearing them apart with his tremendous strength. He lashed out with wild punches, yet we managed to elude his powerful blows. Seizing a strategic opportunity, I swiftly leaped onto Hulk's back, utilizing a web rope to constrict his airways while Thor relentlessly assaulted him with hammer strikes. The Hulk thrashed and bucked, attempting to dislodge me and evade Thor's unyielding assault. His furious struggle culminated in a desperate act as he seized Thor's hand and, with a tremendous display of strength, burst through the ceiling, tearing through layers of concrete and steel.

Caught off guard by the sudden upheaval, I released my hold, hurtling to the floor of the Research area on Level 4. My suit bore the marks of battle, bearing cuts and a cracked lens, a testament to the intensity of our encounter. Thor too found himself in a similar predicament, his formidable presence shaken by the Hulk's onslaught. Without respite, the battle raged on, with the Hulk mercilessly flinging us about the laboratory. I retaliated with a barrage of web shots, aiming for the Hulk's visage, but his recovery was swift, leaving little time for Thor to strike.

In the midst of our struggle, an audacious pilot in a jet outside the lab made a daring move, unleashing a hail of bullets upon the Hulk. Thor sought cover, while I used the Hulk himself as a shield to protect myself from the onslaught. The Hulk bellowed in rage, preparing to leap at the jet, but my webs swiftly entangled his legs, causing him to stumble precariously at the edge of the shattered window. Though he attempted to rise, I took advantage of the chaos, utilizing the ceiling as my launching pad, propelling myself with a surge of bio-electricity. In a display of sheer strength, I unleashed a venomous punch upon the Hulk, striking him with unyielding force and shattering the floor beneath us. The Hulk plummeted from the helicarrier's precarious edge, while I swiftly shot a web inside the lab, halting my own descent. Assisted by Thor, I regained my footing within the safety of the laboratory, and our ordeal momentarily concluded.

(Spider-Man) Heavy breathing " I'm...not...doing...that...again!"

(Thor) "What do you mean? You did great! Well, I do recommend a new suit now. It's damaged due to this battle."

(Spider-Man) Controlling his breathing "Yeah...I know...I'll eventually get a new one but I'll get this one...fixed for now."

(Man in the jet) On coms "Thank you Spider-man, you saved me."

(Spider-Man) Waves "No worries John, just doing what I have to."

The tremors reverberated through the helicarrier, signaling its impending descent. The realization struck me like a bolt of lightning. Hawkeye, the master archer, had undoubtedly managed to infiltrate and compromise the ship's systems. As the helicarrier tilted, threatening to topple from the sky, I relied on my arachnid abilities to maintain my balance. My sticky fingers adhered effortlessly to the walls, granting me stability, while my heightened senses compensated for the shifting environment.

(Spider-Man) "Thor let's check on Loki quickly!"

(Thor) "Alright, Spider-Man."

We sprinted with fervor, our footsteps echoing through the corridors as we made our way to the floor where Loki's prison resided. As we arrived, a sight awaited us: Loki, the trickster god, emerging from his confining glass enclosure. With a surge of determination, Thor hastened towards his brother, driven by the desire to maintain Loki's captivity.

(Thor) "NO!"

(Spider-Man) "THOR WAIT!"

Driven by instinct, I swiftly unleashed a web line, aiming to secure Thor's back and offer support in his confrontation with Loki. However, as Thor phased through the illusory form of Loki, my web line was ensnared by the cunning god. With an unexpected display of strength, Loki exerted force, yanking me towards him. Helpless in his grip, I felt the brutal impact as my face collided with the unyielding floor, leaving a visible dent in its surface. To further exacerbate the situation, Loki propelled me into the confines of the glass prison, where Thor had attempted to flee but was unable to escape in time. The door swiftly closed, sealing us within its transparent confines. A surge of frustration welled up within me; despite our efforts, we had failed to apprehend Loki. Curse it all.

(Loki) "Not this time Spider-Man, I'm more careful now because of you and I'm not gonna be taken down by you again."

(Spider-Man) Rubbing the back of my head "Damn it, you had to slam me that hard?"

(Loki) "Of course, you did knock me out with whatever your electricity is in one shot. Now on to my brother, are you ever not going to fall for that? Heck, even Spider-Man noticed but because of you, you are both now in the prison."

Undeterred by our predicament, Thor mustered his strength and delivered a mighty blow to the glass prison, hoping to shatter its confining walls. However, his strike merely resulted in a small crack forming on the surface, eliciting a shudder from the fragile structure. In that moment, it felt as though the very foundation of the prison threatened to give way, threatening to plunge us into a perilous descent.

(Spider-Man) "You do know this was built for the Hulk right?"

(Thor) "Tch."

(Loki) Chuchkles "The humans think me and Thor as immortal. Unfortunately for you Spider-Man, you're just human so this would be a fun test on how durable you really are." Walks toward the console that controls the glass prison

Before Loki could drop us 30k feet to the ground, Agent Coulson knocked out Loki's lackeys that freed him earlier and pointed a...what the fuck is that? That shit is the size of his torso!

(Agent Coulson) "Move away, please." Slowly walks toward Loki "You like this?" Shows off his gun "We started working on the prototype after you sent the Destroyer. Even I don't know what it does." He starts charging the weapon "Do you-"

Wait...THIS SCENE!

(Spider-Man) "COULSON DODGE HE'S BEHIND YOU!"

Coulson, displaying his quick reflexes and resourcefulness, swiftly raised his gun in defense, intercepting Loki's attack with precision. However, Loki, ever the master of deception, used his illusions to create a diversion, seamlessly manipulating the environment around us. In a sudden and unexpected turn of events, the hangar floor beneath us vanished, exposing the depths below. In an instant, our hopes of thwarting Loki's escape were dashed as gravity took hold and we unceremoniously plummeted into the skies.

(Spider-Man) "OH FU-"

With a series of expletives and a growing sense of dread, I found myself hurtling through the air, trapped inside the glass prison of doom. Each impact sent waves of pain coursing through my body, as if I were a ragdoll in a particularly brutal game of pinball. My head collided with the unforgiving surfaces, leaving me dazed and disoriented. It was a cacophony of "ow"s and "ouch"s as I helplessly ricocheted from one side to another, like a hapless bug caught in a jar.

In the midst of this chaotic descent, my suit suffered further damage. The cracked lens that had managed to hold on valiantly finally succumbed to the forces, leaving one eye exposed and the other cracked, giving me a less-than-stellar pirate aesthetic. Blood trickled from my injured eye, adding a touch of dramatic flair to my already battered appearance.

Just when I thought our painful freefall would lead to our untimely demise, Thor, ever the god of thunder and handy rescuer, swooped in to save the day. With a swift motion, he snatched me from the jaws of certain doom and carried me through the fractured opening he had created earlier. Our escape from a bone-shattering impact was successful, but our landing left much to be desired.

Crashing down with a resounding thud, we left a series of impact craters on the ground, as if some cosmic giant had decided to play a rough game of darts with us as the targets. It was a less-than-graceful conclusion to our impromptu skydiving adventure, leaving us battered, bruised, and in desperate need of some ice packs and a good lie-down.

(Thor) "NGH, ACK"

(Spider-Man) "AGH, NGH!"

As the words left my lips, a remarkable sensation coursed through my body, like a surge of energy rejuvenating every fiber of my being. I could feel the bruises fading away, the cuts sealing themselves with an invisible hand, and the wounds closing up, leaving behind faint but resilient scars as a testament to the battle I had endured. The once crimson trails of blood on my skin dried up and vanished as if they were mere illusions of my ordeal. Even the throbbing ache in my head subsided as the wound healed from within, leaving no trace of its presence.

Though I had hoped for my newfound vitality to extend its benevolent touch to my battle-worn suit, it seemed that its miraculous effects were limited to the restoration of my physical form. Nevertheless, I stood up slowly, feeling the renewed strength coursing through my veins, ready to face whatever lay ahead. With a resolute spirit, I beckoned to Thor.

(Spider-Man) "THOR! YOU GOOD?!"

(Thor) "I'm alright Spider-Man. How did you heal so quickly?"

(Spider-Man) "I focused on my healing factor."

(Thor) "That's useful. I still can't believe we failed. I hope Coulson survived, he did block Loki's attack with that big gun."

(Spider-Man) "...Yeah...I hope so too."

With determination in my eyes, I allocated the stat points to boost my endurance. Now, it was time to unlock a new skill. I scrolled through the options, eager to see what awaited me. After a moment of suspense, the details of the skill appeared before me. I grinned, pleased with the outcome, and excited to put it to the test.

Skill obtained: (Level 10/100) Mark Of Kaine: Karito can channel energy endothermically through his hands and leave a severe burn mark on a person by making skin-to-skin contact with enemies.

I contemplated the newly acquired skill, a gift from Scarlet Spider-Man himself, Kaine Parker. It held an intriguing power: the ability to unleash fiery energy capable of scorching flesh. Though tempting, I knew better than to wield such destructive force indiscriminately. Instead, I envisioned more practical uses for it, like incapacitating adversaries or perhaps even using it as a precise and unconventional method of grooming, just as Kaine did. With a sense of gratitude for the skill's potential, I noticed that it had already reached level 10. Now, with my preparations complete, it was time for Thor and me to make our way to Stark Tower, the anticipated battleground where Loki awaited our arrival.

(Spider-Man) "Thor, we are going to New York. That's where he's gonna be."

(Thor) "How do you know?"

(Spider-Man) "Making a throne on the city that never sleeps and the fact that Stark Tower is there. It's bound to cause attention and that's what he wants...we are going to war. Give me a ride?"

(Thor) "No problem my friend. TO WAR!"

As Thor summoned the electrifying power of lightning, a magnificent display of raw energy enveloped his hammer. I watched in awe as his armor materialized, adorning him in a formidable guise befitting a warrior about to face a momentous battle. Sensing the imminent clash, I swiftly shot a precise web line, latching onto his mighty weapon, and held on with tenacity. Together, we ascended into the heavens, propelled by the combined forces of his hammer's propulsion and my web-slinging prowess. It was a surreal and exhilarating moment, soaring through the skies, ready to confront whatever awaited us in the imminent clash.
