CHAPTER 19. THE CONFRONTATIONAL BETWEEN DAVID AND JAMES WITH HIS SECRETARY

after they ate at mega g foods david took him to the hospital again.

david had already parked his car in the Hospital parking lot.

he stepped out the door of his car and he turned toward the door of the passenger seat.

"Come inside". Shaine teased the young man.

and david smiled at what she said.

"oh wait" said david because it looks like someone forgot to give it to him.

he opened the back seat door of his car and took out four paper bags containing its take out burger.

"Let's go" with a smile he said.

shaine just smiled because of what david did. david walked with him to the entrance of the hospital.

while it was carrying four paper bags with only burgers.

david was silent when he saw that there were only a few patients there and only a few nurses working there.

david turned his gaze to her.

"Where are the others working here?" it asked.

"She has a patient, he's in a bad condition" she said as shaine's eyes widened.

"He's in the Operating Room bess, I need your help" she said and turned to david who was just standing behind shaine.

"okay bess, wait for me in the Operating Room I'll just fix it" she ordered her friend she ignored what her friend asked her.

Her friend no longer spoke and walked to the Operating Room.

shaine walked it to the door of her office.

while david just followed it behind her.

david's lips parted when suddenly a woman came out of James' car. and the woman's appearance seemed familiar to him.

"Lara," he was right, that lara was his Secretary.

"What are you doing here?" He asked in astonishment.

david kissed her first before turning his attention back to his Secretary and to James.

"she's my girlfriend" James introduced to Lara.

lara smiled and walked over to James.

lara ignored him as if she didn't know him.

go away, animals come with you "he said.

David wiped the tears from his eyes.

"Schatz" david calls to shaine. which was the size of his Secretary's eye.

"Home" he said and stared at james and his Secretary.

"Go away," he ordered.

"dog babe" said lara and she suspected james.

"We're not done yet Shaine, if that's what you think" he shouted before he started his car.

shaine sobbed as she hugged david.

David's handsome face was replaced by an angry face.

he could not bear to see the woman he loved crying.

he can't be bothered in his position to follow James to get revenge on shaine but he restrains himself because the woman he loves is with him. he doesn't want to be bad in his eyes.

they hugged for a few minutes until her crying stopped.

the pain of shaine's heart that James experienced with him again just now was replaced by the rapid beating of his heart because of the thrill he felt at what he said.
