True Friendship

{this chapter was written in a rush, so if there are a lot of mistakes please point them out. I will get to them as soon as I can.}

The video of class 1-A vs. 1-C quickly began to start trending all over the world, with the most eye-catching person in it being Sora. Sora did many things that shocked everyone, he mastered his strength to the point where an attack of mid-C tier showed the strength of low A tier, but he even did the same for his speed. allowing him to quickly reach Alice before she could use her trump card, and lastly his brain

Such a prodigy... and to think the Phoenix clan disowned him. With him seeing out a new name, everyone jumped at the chance to have Sora enter their family, either through marriage or a contract. they didn't care, it would be foolish of them not to even try and attempt to win over his talent.

But I ignored all of them. instead after meeting with my sister, I went to my room where I looked at the gains from the battle. you may ask what were the gains. well, I managed to hack Sai and take some control over its system. Now I simply needed to gain the master control over Sai.

to say the least, it was going to be super hard. but as someone who had even made the smartest person from my old world cry, such a person being Lex Luthor, my intelligence rivaled him. sadly, the heroes kept me away from the goddess of wisdom... I of course had my super suits. I would have made the gods sing for me.

Anyway, hacking this A.I. was hard, but I spent the past week reading about the A.I. of this world, and many other things, I was getting ready for the chance to enter that VR world. there when my mind was as close to the A.I. as possible, I overloaded my thoughts with all types of things, causing it to glich and for me to quickly take the chance to hack it.

"an ever-growing maze of traps. every growing and evolving A.I." I said softly seeing so many traps that made it hard for a person to hack this thing, but after some time I was able to do just that, and quickly made myself the absolute leader of this A.I.

I went on to get my hands on all of the spells that were stored away within the A.I. top secret stuff, and now I have my hands on nearly every speed and recording of them. I looked at the speed which I wanted to most,

Liquid Metal magic is magic that allows a person to control and create a metal that could be like water, but holder than any metal with but a thought. I easily mastered which magic along with a few other magic, and with it I went on to use them, leading to Ink black armor quickly surrounding me.

why was it ink back you may ask? this was so that the sun light and be absorbed, and transformed by me. I cast the S Tier ABility, Gate. which allowed me to create a gate to anywhere I have seen or could picture. this was easy with these eyes, as they can create a hologram of any place you want to go, I pictured the Goldenheart family, once I got a good look at its surroundings.

Within the sky of the Goldenheart family, a gate opened which instantly alerted those within the Goldenheart household as their secret system acted quickly. As I stepped out of the gate, I was already surrounded.

"Who are you? don't you know that using the spell Gate to enter near another family land is illegal?" the guards yelled while glaring coldly at me. I looked at him for a moment, before an ink-black liquid appeared in my hands, taking the form of a sword

'he cast a spell without the need of words or hand seals? No, it must be runes.' He thought he was shocked, With a smirk behind the mask, I moved at high speed cutting off everyone's arms and legs within the blink of an eye.

their pained screams filled the air, before they fell to the ground, Closing my eyes, I enjoyed their pained screams for some time while letting out a soft moan. it has been far too long since I enjoyed such music.

"Space-Time Lock," I said calmly, The space around the whole Goldenheart family was suddenly blocked off after which I cast the spell Heaven Wrath, and from the sky, everyone watched in horror as countless asteroids came falling to the ground, a barrier quickly came to life, but it was nullified the next moment by the A.i. shocking everyone

Boom

the asteroids fell all over the city, destroying countless buildings and killing countless people, The cries of horror and pain filled the whole city. many were strong enough to destroy the asteroids, but many normal people couldn't, leading to many old and young to suffering greatly

"Who dares!" A ranged roar filled the city, and from the Goldenheart family, a group of S-tier level powerhouses shot out, quickly acting to destroy all of the asteroids before turning their attention towards me. among them was Alice's father, the head of the family. he released a golden light, which quickly began to heal everything in the city and store it back to normal, Those who were not killed by the asteroid were saved, meanwhile, those who died were died.

"Greetings sir Micheal Goldenheart. I hope you don't mind that I made my first appearance to the world by slaughtering your whole city and family." I said with a gentle smile, which couldn't be seen due to the mask. Micheal face turned cold hearing my words, With a flash a sword made out of light appeared in his hands, and he instantly went in for the kill

how strong was I? I had 2 days to absorb solar energy and was able to focus all my strength, allowing me to show power far above what should be normally possible. of course the higher the tier, the greater the gap of power.

but just a few days of me absorbing solar energy allowed me to show B-tier levels of stats, Add an extra 14 days on that, and my stats should be in the A tier. adding the fact I have been secretly trying to fuse magical energy with the solar energy in my body, what was sure that when going all out, I could focus my strength to a point where I should rival someone at the peak of the S tier. but Micheal was not an S-tier level powerhouse, he was at the SS tier low SS tier. Michael's stats should be something like this.

[Attack Potency: Peak S tier

Speed: Peak S tier

Durability: Mid S tier

Stamina: Mid S tier

Accuracy: Low SS tier

Intelligence: Mid S tier

Charm: High A tier]

His speed, attack, and accuracy were the stats needed to rank him among the SS tier, With great power fueled by speed, and accuracy, he could bring down an SS tier being, and many times he had defeated many SS tier level beings

CLANG

A golden light sword and an ink-black sword met, and the shock wave from this was enough to create shock waves that rocked the city. Micheal looked at me in shock, and before he could do anything, lesser beams shot from where holes in my eyes should have been, hitting Micheal in the eyes, 

Micheal screamed in pain, and I quickly took the chance to, using my heat vision, destroy part of the brain responsible for him using magic. with a kick, I sent him rocketing to the ground,

It was a dirty trick, How could Micheal have guessed that my eyes were visible, but hidden by an illusion that made it look like my face was fully covered? he looked up, while I had already charged up a heat vision aimed toward him.

I quickly moved, dodging a golden arrow that nearly hit me, The arrow turned around to follow me. I waited for a second, and just went the arrow was about to hit me, I switched places with one of the S tiers before me. that was a spell called Switch, an S tier spell.

it allowed the caster to switch places with a target, but if the target resisted against this spell the chances for it not casting would increase. but since it was instant, it meant that when caught off guard, a target would be given to chance to resist

I moved, shooting towards another one of the S tiers, meanwhile, the guy I switched places with was hit in the back by the arrow and was sent falling to the ground, his heart was hit, and he was using all of his magical energy to remain alive...

a few minutes later, a new video hit the world, where the world saw it, the scene of a man covered in all back torturing the members of the Golden Heart Family. what sent chills down everyone's spine was that this person was not doing it out of rage, but out of joy. This guy just loved to hear people scream,

Who was the Goldenheart family? By the name, they were a family with golden hearts, a kind family that used the power of Golden Heart Magic, a magic which allows grow stronger based on the goodness in one heart. they were kind people, yet for them to fall like this?

and for those who managed to sit through that hellish nightmare, they got to see the masked man turn toward the camera and make his speech

"Well, I hope you all enjoyed that as much as I did. truly, they were pure souls. sadly towards the end, your soul was filled with hatred. Anyway, called me Nightmare. Don't worry, you will all have your turns. so sit tight and await the coming Nightmare." That speech sent chills down everyone's spine

powerful experts went to check up on Goldenheart city, only to see it was destroyed. There were no leads to follow, and not even Sai had caught anything note-worthy, as the man in dark armor was invisible in every recording but the one recording it made of itself.

they tried to use magic to bring the dead back to life, but they quickly found that the souls of everyone were taken away. so they could only study the body to get information on who Nightmare might be...

the next day, in class. I was lost while looking outside the window when something caught my attention. looking to the side, I saw Alice entering the classroom. everyone looked at her, pity filling their eyes. In just one day, she had just lost all her family members, yet she was still coming to class.

"... Alice, can we speak?" I asked as I walked up to her, stunning Alice for a moment, but she nodded with a gentle smile that masked her emotions. so we left the classroom and I brought her to the pond outside of the academy, 

"What did you need to talk about?" Alice asked softly, to which I just looked at her with a worried look

"You haven't cried..." I said softly, making Alice look at me with a bitter smile. but with those words, she couldn't help but start to cry. All I could do was give her a shoulder to cry on, after all, I was just a good friend,

"i... I will try my best to find him," I said softly, stunning Alice who looked at me slightly in shock before shaking her head. 

"You're my friend, even if you don't want me to help, I will help you... because thats what friends do. We are there for each other." I said making Alice bite her lips, trying her best to hold in her tears, but in the end, she just burst out crying while hugging me. I hesitated for a moment before hugging her back,

'Only I can be the only thing in your heart, be it love or hatred, only I should take up the biggest part of your heart. Everything else shall become fuel for me to take up more parts of your heart.' I thought while hugging my dear friend...
