The Goddess of Time

Asera Odinsdottir. The first daughter of Odin. She was gifted in not only the arts of a warrior but aswell as the use of magic. Of course, most of her prowess in the use of magic comes from her eyes that glow brightly green, and seem to hold the power of the cosmos. Follow her journey through Asguard and the rest of the MCU. The story is being rewritten as I didn't like how I wrote the previous version. I hope you enjoy the new and hopefully better version more. Also, I should note that this is a crossover universe. The universes are the MCU, Percy Jackson, Fate, and Harry Potter. I don't own the cover.

The Battle for Asgard

697 B.C - Asgard: Throne Room

Asera rushed her father, stabbing her spear at him, only to for him to parry her attack with Gungnir.

Asera quickly recovered only to be blasted by a rune that Odin had seemingly drawn instantly. Crashing against a pillar in the throne room.

Asera coughed up a bit of dust that had entered her lungs before standing up. She ran back to Odin, none worse for wear thanks to her healing factor.

Asera slashed Gáe Luvi at Odin, it cut through his armor like butter, but it didn't end up piercing the king's skin.

The two combatants continued battling, spear against spear. Odin swung his spear against Asera with far more mastery than Asera had, the only reason Asera still hung on in the fight was her greater agility and strength.

Odin drew a 'Slowness' and a 'Weakness' rune, casting them onto Asera, trying to even their physical abilities out. Odin was a master tactician, and he knew he would lose the fight, if it turned into a battle of who could last longer. So, he tried to lower her physical abilities to make it so he could end the fight quickly with his skill.

Asera felt her body slow down considerably, until she was just slightly slower than Odin. Scowling in annoyance, she continued to fight against Odin, not having the option to use the magic she had saved for this very moment.

The two combatants disengaged. "Asera, if you surrender now, your sentence can be reduced. But, if you chose to continue with this fruitless Rebellion, you will end up rotting in Asgard's cells."

Instead of answering, Asera rushed back, hoping to hit him whilst he was speaking, but since her speed was reduced, she miscalculated the speed at which she would arrive, and Odin had time to write a blast and empowerment rune.

Asera shot through the walls of the throne room, landing on a staircase in another area of the palace. Asera coughed out blood from the impact, shakily getting back up, slowly making her way back to the throne room where Odin stood, glaring at his daughter.

"Very well then daughter. You could have been a great asset to Asgard." Odin said, brandishing Gungnir for one final attack.

"That's just it." Asera said, causing Odin to stop slightly. "I've only been a thing to you. At first, I was a danger, so you sealed my power. Then, I was an asset when you saw my potential. Never have I ever been a person in your eyes. Then, you replaced my mother when you failed to protect her. You replaced the one person in all of Asgard who I cared for with a Fake Queen. So, no, I never would have been an asset to Asgard. And I would sooner die than serve it while you still live."

Asera began to slowly run at Odin, only for when she arrived at his position, to be stabbed in the stomache by Gungnir.

Odin removed Gungnir from Asera, the girl falling to the ground, a pool of blood surrounding her. Odin removed the bounded field around the room, calling medics into the room and cancelling the alert that was placed upon Asgard.

Medics entered the room, placing Asera onto a stretcher without question, while Odin went back to his throne, thinking upon his daughters words.

697 B.C - Asgard: Medic Hall

Asera woke up, her whole body sore. She felt that her magic was still currently sealed, taking away the girl's first escape plan.

Then, when she tried to sit up, feeling her whole body had been healed, even if it still hurt, she found that she was currently chained to the bed.

Asera began to try and formulate an escape plan, but she couldn't even think of a way to get out of the chains. She may have been fully healed, but her body was still weak from her fight with Odin.

Then, the curtains opened to reveal a battalion of guards standing there. The first one unlocked the chains on the bed, putting simple Asgardian handcuffs onto the girl and began dragging her somewhere.

After a brief walk, and one that caused Asera more pain than she would admit, the girl found herself in the nearly demolished throne room once more.

Asera was set standing in the middle of the hall, guards aiming there weapons at her while Odin looked at her, a paper to his side.

Odin looked upon his daughter, picking up the paper and began reading out loud. "Asera, you have committed crimes against Asgard and her people. Today we will view these crimes and sentence you to prison for however long needed."

"First, you mortally wounded the Gate Keeper of Asgard, Heimdall. Even though you healed him, that is blatant treason, do you have anything to say for yourself."

Asera shook her head.

The trial went on, going from her many crimes that she had committed during her short Rebellion. Asera never said anything against to try and lighten her sentence, after all, she knew she probably deserved it.

"For all of these crimes, you normally would be administered the death sentence, but as the good will you created from your time as Princess, you will be sentenced to 10,000 years inside of Asgard's dungeon."

Asera nodded, not even trying to fight for a lighter sentence. The girl complied as the guards dragged her down to the dungeons and through her into a white cell, energy preventing her from leaving.

The goddess sat down in a chair that was inside of her cell, wondering if that Rebellion could have possibly gone better.

Shaking her head, the girl chuckled, happy that she had given her first mentor her book on the time healing rune before she got imprisoned. After all, she won't ever have a chance to see her again.

Well, that's how Asera's rebellion went. I wonder if any of you expected this to happen. PS. I wrote this chapter before I posted the start of the rebellion so I don't actually know.

Anyway, I wonder how Asera is gonna get out of this mess. Will she wait out her prison sentence? Get some help? or break out all on her own? Find out on the next episode of Dragon B- I mean The Goddess of Time
