Part 6 : His Past (1)

He walked away and Rin soon followed.

"Hey!"

"What."

Rin said, approaching him.

"Tell me..."

"What exactly is your rank?"

"..."

"What is it!? Tell me!"

{Flashback}

A flashback of a fragment of His past, back to when this very same thing happened.

"What is your rank?! Tell me!"

"Im sorry, I can't."

"Please?"

"Ugh, fine."

"Yay!"

"But, promise me, you won't tell anyone."

"Promise."

He goes by her ear and whispers his rank to her.

"Woah! No way!"

"I am."

Later that day, while he was leaning on a wall, minding his own business...

"Hey!"

"Hello, what did you need?"

"I heard about your rank, so would you mind helping me with something?"

"How did you know?"

"My friend told me, everyone is talking about it you know."

"About what?"

"About your rank."

"I'll be right back..."

He left to go find her, to ask her some questions.

"WHY!?"

"Why what?"

"I thought you promised you wouldn't tell anyone!"

"Did I now?"

"YOU B****!"

"What are you gonna do about it? Kill me? Everyone already knows."

He sighed

"For once I had thought I could trust someone, but it was all just a lie."

"So?"

"I didn't think I'd have to do this..."

"Do what?"

He raised his hand up and started chanting.

"Hey! What are you doing?!"

"Rewind."

"He had turned back time roughly an hour that day. He also learned to never trust anyone..."

{Current time}

He looked back and glared at her with a look in his eyes... and said...

"I'll help you raise your rank, but..."

"But what?"

"Never ask about me."

"Ok..."

She replied, trembling even looking at him.

"Go to class, i'll be back when class is done."

"Alright..."
