Finally here, our princess

"Lan Yu Yu!" Hearing that it was the daughter and not the son Chen Zi Ye couldn't help but let out a scream at the top of her lungs. Why couldn't it be the boy!? The boy! Were the havens so cruel to her that it wouldn't even grant her this single payer of hers.  

Li Ahn let out a sigh upon hearing this but at the same time her eyes held concern for the little girl who had just been born. 

The old master and the prime minister let out a sigh of relief upon hearing the news. Not only was the first born son safe but Concubine Han as well. 

The old madam on the other hand looked over at Chen Zi Ye and was as angry that she was. Only then did she notice that Chen Zi  Ye had started to fall towards one side. 

"Quickly! Someone quickly support Ye'er" shouted Old Madam. 

ryeA maid quickly ran towards Chen Zi Ye and caught her just in time. 

"Madam!? Madam!?" Shouted Qian Wei

The prime minister stepped forward to take Chen Zi Ye's pulse before shouting, "the madam has only fainted after some rest she'll be fine. Someone come and take madam to her courtyard!" 

Seeing the chaotic scene in front of him the monk could only shake his head and say, "Amituofo" before he started to turn the mala beads again. 

After everything settled down a little,  Lan Mu Shan looked over at the wet nurse carrying Lan Yu Yu and spoke in a serious but stern voice, "you are free of your contact as of today. See Old Ge for your allowance. Also your allowance will be doubled if you take that child out of this household to its next destination." 

"Yes master" replied the wet nurse

"Amitoufo, seeing as to how my duty is done here this one shall move along as well." Says the monk as he slowly turns around. After taking a few steps he stopped and turned to say in a serious tone, "Prime Minister Lan, there is one last advice this one has to tell you since this will be the last time our paths cross."

"Hmmm?" Lan Mu Shan responded as he looked over at the monk. When he looked over he finally noticed that this was the first time the monk had opened his eyes while he was there! Not only that but the monk was blind! Seeing the monk look at him with the white of his eyes and hearing the serious tone in his voice that Lan Mu Shan felt as if he had truly met someone divine. Yet at the same time I felt chills run down his spine.

"Amituofo, no matter what you decide to do know that all of this was destined by the heavens. Whether the events that occurred today leads you through good or tough times ahead know that in life thus is all but a part of our journey. A path that all living things must walk and karma is something we face along the way."

Lan Mu Shan couldn't help but scoff at the monk's remark. Even if all this was destined or fated he would fight against it until things went his way. He didn't believe that heaven was all that great. Since the life he currently had was due to his own choice in life and not the choices made by heaven.

The monk could only shake his head in response to seeing how Lan Mu Shan reacted to his comment. 

"Amituofo" he said as he turned around to leave.

"Old Ge please lead the monk out" said Lan Mu Shan as he turned to face the wet nurse holding Lan Yu Yu. "Take this cursed child far away and get rid of her. The prime minister's household does not need such a jinx in the family."

"Yes master" replied the wet nurse as she bowed 

Old Ge on the other hand stepped forward to lead the monk out of the residence, "wise one if you would, please follow me"

The monk just nodded his head as he followed Old Ge. As they started walking he heard Lan Mu Shan's orders, "inform all the servants that on the night the twins were born the young miss was born unhealthy thus had just passed. From this day on the fifth young miss no longer exists! If the servants says anything else other than this about the fifth young miss they will face a severe punishment"

"Yes master" replied all the servants present

Old Ge could only let out a sigh as he heard the order given by the master but what can he do he's only a servant. 

"Hehehe, she's our now. Since she was abandoned by you humans, you humans no longer have a right to her. She's finally here, our princess" a eerie voice said

The monk stopped in his tracks and looked to a corner in the courtyard. Seeing as to how the monk suddenly stopped and looked over at a corner in the courtyard. Old Ge also followed suit but saw no one in the corner. Just as he was about to ask what happened the monk suddenly said "Amituofo" and shook his head once more before continuing on his way.
