The start of the academy 1/3

[Third person POV]

Arisu sat down in her room preparing an assortment of Shinobi and Kunoichi weaponry that was dulled for training purposes. Her face held a usual emotionless expression despite disliking the idea of it.

'It would be better if we used actual Shuriken and Kunai, after all we wouldn't want these young kids to not know how potent these weapons truly are and accidents out in the field will happen because of the stupidity of these people.' She fumed in her mind before putting on her clothes ready for the academy.

A dark red leather jacket over a completely black shirt with dark blue shinobi trousers which are normal trousers but built to keep a persons flexibility. Her Bokuto was strapped to her back in a sheathe of shaded brown.

Her eyes scanned a mirror in front of her as she smirked though it was fake it looked incredibly real. Her skills in faking expressions improved massively since she gained emotions associated with them.

Her orbs looked elsewhere as she walked out of the room. Her mind focused on how best to do her introduction to the class after all she was sure she was so far ahead of everybody in that class already.

She was already Genin level if one looked past the fact that she had created a new Jutsu based off of the Gokyaku and had possessed reserves comparable to high level Jonin of the Uzumaki clan perhaps beyond that.

She possessed Sharingan and had just recently revealed the fact to her parents using a clever deception to mask the fact that she had already long since possessed them and had entered classes for their usage though she has yet to level up the skill.

Her Taijutsu skills were considered to be on par of most Chunin and perhaps Jonin if she gained more strength and speed and her Kenjutsu Skills were better then that at this point.

In essence she was only going to be there for a year or so before becoming a Genin it seemed.

Walking into the living room she met up with 4 people 2 had giant smiles plastered on their faces 2 had a small graceful smile with the smaller one being slightly bigger than the other one's face.

"Well then you should be fine I presume?" Kyoujuro asked.

"Yeah, should be fine." The girl answered a beautiful smile adorned her face the man also smiled deciding to stay silent since the others had something to say.

"Arisu make sure you hold back enough to give other people a chance maybe help them out and make some friends." The mother told the child.

"I mean I wouldn't be able to if I made myself seem too powerful to have them in the first place." Arisu stated her eyes focused on the mother showing a seriousness in the onyx spheres that were at one point lifeless and dulled.

"Good." And with that the next one interjected with the vigour of an overly excited child.

"Be sure to introduce your friends to us." Minimi stated with a tone befitting the usual way she was.

"Well you sure sound excited nee chan." Sighing, Arisu spoke these words before thinking on it for a second.

'I do need friends though if I am to fit in even if I don't think of them as more than pawns.' Her thoughts lingered on that thought a bit longer than she wanted it to but she just turned her head to face the last one in the room.

"Figures I'd get to speak last. Listen I don't have anything these 3 haven't already mentioned but please listen to them and remember to not flaunt the power you hold after all you are practically a genin already and I wouldn't put it past them to have you graduate as soon as possible anyways." The calm collected tone of which the older brother uttered the word made Arisu wonder why he looked a bit saddened at the mention of that particular fact. Shinobi life was what she was preparing for after all.

"Well I can already tell that they would do that. Though the idea of that makes me wonder if I should even make friends since I won't see them often after I graduate early maybe it'll be a good idea to wait and make friends later on." Her voice actually gave the 2 girls a sense of overwhelming responsibility before her eyes looked down to the floor for a singular second before she spoke again.

"I'll train the friends that'll stay by my side and have them graduate alongside me." A conviction showed in her voice there as she decided what to no what she must do. 'Though I have to hold back a lot more for that."

Generally speaking people are more likely to talk to or interact with someone with high capabilities to put them down because of envy and jealousy or try and get on these people's good sides to use them for their own purposes. This is human nature after all. Selfishness over selflessness, yet most don't realize it because they lie to themselves constantly.

Yet those that do may use their inherent nature to answer humanities most sought after questions. Did a persons nature dictate their potential or was it the environment in which they were raised in that dictated potential? Questions like that one could be answered by accepting this selfishness.

Yet there are individuals that are truly pure though rare they existed such people however are confined, trapped, contained never to reach the top of the top in the world and if they do.

How long would it take for them to be corrupted by the power they hold?

"Right I should get going I'll see all of you later." The young girl ran out of the house and began jogging to the academy making sure that she was prepared for her introduction.

'How should I go about this? Should I act excited? Do I act nervous? Do I make a joke? Do I say my name and sit straight back down? How do you even introduce yourself properly." She knew that she wanted to make a bad first impression so that other students in the class would not only avoid her but showed her their true motives from the start.

It was what she did in ANHS now she would have to do the same here.

Before long she had decided to scrap that plan already she was good enough at psycho analysing normal people by now that she need not to put that plan into action.

Arriving at her intended destination she was escorted to the field that was soon to be used for a speech. The field was vast with a platform of wood in the middle with children gathered around whilst talking and forming superficial relationships. The girl focused on a newer and unique way to introduce herself to her class whilst the lively the atmosphere was lively.

Soon a man would arrive and everyone turned their attention to him most not knowing who he was for the most part. He calmly looked over everyone that was new stopping on Arisu and 2 other individuals before moving on. His quietness as he stared caused some to become nervous so some laughed at like he was a joke.

"Did you get nervous?" An insult was thrown at the man.

"Did you forget how to speak." A second was launched and soon many more joined in using other more common insults against the man who was being slandered did nothing.

No trembling. No reaction. Nothing. The laughter continued but stopped.

"What's with this guy?" Remarked an astonished guy as the whole field that buzzed with activity came to a close as if some chemical reaction had taken place. Tension in the atmosphere rose further as the man kept quiet completely still as if he was a statue himself.

Arisu found herself amused as the man stayed there motionless, his sharp gaze directed at the crowd before him. An unbelievably tense and muted atmosphere formed over the field. No orders had been given yet this man's authority seemed to take hold of them all. Nobody dared to speak, after all they felt true unadulterated fear for the first time in their lives perhaps. This continued on for a full minute before the man spoke.

"I'm the Sandaime Hokage Sarutobi Hiruzen." The man said an elegant tone to his words as he spoke further.

"This academy aims to make you all Shinobi of Konoha however there is much to learn. Your first lesson is by myself. The will of fire. Some of you may have heard this term before but none of you understand it's true meaning." The tone he took as he spoke was serious yet pleasant at the same time.

"The will of fire dictates that everyone who lives in Konoha is family. Brother's, sisters, daughters, sons, mothers, fathers, uncles, aunts, grandparents and more though we may not be connected through blood we are connected by this flame that burns in our hearts. This flame burns brightly, beautifully and it is the sole reason I alongside all of the shinobi in our village fight. To protect the one's we love."

'Though I know that this is more than likely indoctrination talk I can't help but wonder how true that is after all the duty of the Hokage is to lead the village and protect it even if it cost's them their life. heh I wonder if I too will be capable of feeling that strongly one day.' Arisu thought to herself.

"Now then you may find yourself asking why should we think of everyone here as family? Simple answer is that it is our nature that allows us to do so. Every single one of you are akin to my own children despite the fact that I have yet to marry." The man chuckled heartedly at his own joke lightening the atmosphere in the process.

"Now then I should get going children I am quite busy after all I wish to see you all become fine members of the family that is Konoha." The man took his leave as another one came one stage announcing the classes of each child present and admitted that day.
