Results of quest and meeting Fugaku properly

Katon: Gokyaku has leveled up to level 10 damage has increased by 5 points you can now use the fireball's flamethrower variant

I fell to the ground on my back out of raw exhaustion as over the last 11 hours and 50 minutes I spammed the Jutsu non stop just grinding it and now I was finally done. The only reason why I was able to even do it was because of the meditation skill and the concentration I had to the task at hand.

My breathing was unsteady but I got it under control easily. 

I checked the skill to just see the difference with the flamethrower variant. 

Katon: Gokyaku no Jutsu LVL 10/50 - Upon completing the handseals, inhaling a large amount of oxygen and molding chakra you exhale a massive ball of flames about as tall as yourself or larger than 4 metres. The range is around 120 FT or 360 FT. The flames burn quicker than normal ones do.

Costs 100 - 300 Chakra points dealing around 50 - 200 depending on the amount used. Flamethrower variant costs 100 chakra points per second to deal 50 points of damage per second.

So I'm going to need more Chakra Control before I attempt the flamethrower variant fully but I have access to it now at least.

My chakra grew massively as I felt something change for a second as my eyesight grew hazy.

Due to possessing so much chakra at such a young age you have unintentionally forced your Sharingan to awaken. 

Sharingan LVL 1/15 - The Sharingan is the kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan and it is what makes the clan strong, The Sharingan has 2 properties each having it's unique abilities. The eye of insight allows a person to perceive and see chakra as a thin aura around the body, predict movements, see things as if they were in slow motion and though not as capable as the Hyuuga's Byakugan it can perceive Chakra through some obstructions. It is this ability that allows users to copy techniques as the user gains a photographic memory through the Sharingan. In other words the eye of insight gives the user an incredible sense of clarity. The eye of illusion allows somebody to cast Genjutsu with mere eye contact performing what is known as Sharingan: Genjutsu. This can allow the user to make someone dizzy, suggest thoughts or actions, coerce someone to divulge information or act in a peculiar way potentially without the users knowledge. Your current Tomoe level is 1 tomoe in each eye meaning you only have the most basic of abilities of the Sharingan. 

I immediately deactivated my Sharingan as sight returned to me. In that brief second I noticed the heightened clarity, I noticed the increase to my perception and that was all nothing else honestly. Only the basic abilities of the Sharingan and that was it.

I stayed still for a few minutes letting the strange feeling of Chakra going through my Photoreceptors, Retina, and optic nerves to increase my visual capabilities even stranger when I felt my irises change to the signature eyes of the Uchiha. 

My brain patterns have also seemed to change massively although it couldn't be because of the photographic memory part since I already possess something better then it a perfect memory if you will. 

"Hey how did you do that?" A kid randomly appeared in front of me. No wait that was Fugaku.

"What do you mean?" I asked back.

"That thing sensei showed us a few months ago you did it and now I want to learn it." Okay Fugaku was a brat in the past.

"Listen here brat you don't have the chakra capacity to even attempt the weakest version of the Gokyaku." I stated acting as a slightly different person.

"Um I do." 

"How long can you hold the Leaf on your head for during the leaf exercise?" I asked incredulously.

"About 3 minutes why?"

"You need to have it be at least 5 minutes before even thinking of attempting this Jutsu at your current level, you'll die immediately if you use it even once." That was a partial lie so long as he was careful but giving a child a cool weapon often results in the death of either the child or other people.

- Then again I suppose that line of thinking either didn't apply to this world or it was because the children in this world were forced to be more mature earlier on in life. -

*Quick explanation for those that don't know Em dashes like these - are used to convey a character having two separate thoughts at the same time.* 

The most recent war in my old world proved that it was likely the child that was sent to die. And people were rooting for the one that exploits children for war. 

I wondered if the Whiteroom was right in my old world's eyes since it too killed children in it's pursuit of creating the perfect being. A human that stood above all others. A leader that world reform the world for the better with only logic. No emotions to seep into decisions, no emotions that others could take advantage of, no emotions meaning that there was only rational decisions made. 

Machiavellianism. The mindset that is all about the ends justifying the means and it is commonly associated with great military generals like Sun Tsu the creator of the Art of War and Nicolo Machiaveli by which the mindset is named after. This was the mindset the Whiteroom utilized. 

So did the ends actually justify the means? Those who base themselves solely off of emotions and empathy would likely say no yet those who use logic would say it's complicated nonetheless they would say something along the lines of yes once they saw the results such a facility produced. 

"But why do you know it then?"

"I have probably got like 10X the Chakra you do and even if you did have more Chakra it's best if you learn another Chakra Control exercise before it."

"I see so that tree thing you do during the clan's training." 

"Yeah that was a more advanced control exercise and I suggest you attempt to learn it. I'll even give you a hint. Too much chakra and the bark breaks, too little and you'll fall off what you need is to find a balance to stay on the tree for as long as possible." I explained thoroughly.

"I see. Thanks for the help." He thanked me rather strangely before running off to who knows where.

That was strange though.

Still I now had a tool that made me confidant that I could enter the first dungeon I knew about.

But first let us get those other Jutsu I'm meant to learn.
