The Galge System

I dunno, comment a synopsis for me? But I don't claim ownership on any of the materials included in the story, excluding the originals mentioned within. If an original somehow resembles your idea, I am now stating that this is all a coincidence and we can have a discussion on the matter.

Glimpse into the void

We're now back to my house, after my (not-nominal-anymore) student passed my character check. What I did may have an effect to what happened (removed his hesitation), but, really, hesitation can be whittled down the road. Unless something drastic happened, his character won't be changing anytime soon. Which is a more or less, acceptable within all kinds of margin of error.

I still haven't asked for his name, but that can be solved when he woke up, but we already passed though any trivialities or rather, I skipped it.

The demon? Dead.

The aftermath of the battle? Do I care?

Possibilities of other demons? For the future me.

Other people questioning where did my student came from? They didn't question mine though.

Wrapping everything else for recording's sake, I received a quest, gave a trial for the otherworlder, and accepted the otherworlder as a student.

So while waiting for my student to wake up, let's do something to kill time.

Standing in the courtyard, I stayed still and focus.

"Sight" is acquiring information through "image".

Just as "smell" to "scent", "taste" to "flavor", "hear" to "sound", "touch" to "feel".

Information acquired varies from each sense: red, foul, sweet, loud, or hot.

And each sense can receive varying information: shape, color, or size.

That is why, when processing information and studying phenomena, unnecessary information always increases time it takes to aim for the result or process a result within a study.

That is why we uses specialized tools to filter out such unnecessary information to focus only on the necessary information.

I closed my "sight" and opened them again.

What came into my view was the familiar scenery as it is the thing that occupied my attention for a while now.

Everything is "black".

No... the color black is the only thing that fills my "vision" because it is the color that represents "emptiness" for me. As I recall, "space" is the absence of matter within a specific area.

So whenever I try to "see" "space", this is what always fills my "sight":

The "emptiness" of "matter".

Not "lines", "shapes", "colors", or other things that may represent the complexity of space itself.

But rather, I see "space" in my definition (the simplicity) of space itself.

I pondered upon why do I see space as it is and rejected many conjectures:

1. This is how I see space: If I change how I perceive space(or emptiness), what I see should also change according to what I thought. But the result stays the same, so this conjecture is still not complete.

2. This is how "space" really looks like: Since space never really changed no matter how I see it, this should be how space really is, but how would an individual interact to such "space"? This is a rather confusing thought that I am still stuck on how to treat this discovery.

3. "Space" differs according to reality: Since I never saw "space" from other realities, this thought is the same as No. 2, stuck.

This time I changed how I perceived ""space", no, I will change my perspective in "seeing" "space".

I will "see" "space" how "the world" "see" it.

What I saw overloaded my mind, it exploded, literally.

[You Died.]

That hurt.

But... I finally see another road to progress.

So "space" changes in who or what interacts with it.

So what is the difference between my perspective to the world's?

...!

The number of "individuals" interacting with it!

The space I see is limited to what "I" see because I am the only one who I interacting with it.

The space I see with how the world see it is expanded by all the individual's interacting with it.

...?

But as far as I can remember, there are only a limited number of individual who interacts with the concept of "space" in the world of Demon Slayer.

How did "the space the world see it", end up like... the current state of Facebook full of advertisement?

That is a rather creative way of seeing it and is not a definite way of interpretation, but nonetheless gives image to the situation.

Ignoring such thought (too confusing), I move into the next experiment.

What is the difference in the space "I" see, to the "space" the "world" see?
