The help

Then, a man appeared with a purple half-moon on his cheek beside David, followed by two warriors.

"Well! Well! I finally caught one of you, Brown."

"What do you have against my family?"

"From what I have heard, you are with one of the Atheaus. Why don't you come to our side?"

"Do you mean Chad? He is a nice person."

The man laughed and then waved the hand, making the guards open the cell, but before she could talk, they grabbed both of her arms and dragged her until they were out of the dungeon. While they were in a massive corridor with red and black walls, David stopped suddenly, turning around and giving a hit at the back of the guard's neck before gifting Diana a bottle with a pink substance and protecting her with his dark blue wings opened.

"What is that?" she asked, confused.

"It makes you a ghost for some time. Make sure to make good use of it."

"A while ago, you were against me, now you want to help?"

"It's complicated! Just drink it."

"Now you are betraying us, son." the man asked, surprised and angry "You better give her to me."

"Or what?" David tested with a defending pose "I never lose a fight."

Diana was unsure if she should drink the weird potion or take a risk and see the man's plans. But as soon as father and son started to fight, Diana made the decision.

With trembling hands, she took the lid off the bottle and drank all of it. She felt lighter as her body turned half-transparent.

"GO!" David screamed, jumping on the back of his father, with the hands on his neck "Before I lose control of."

Diana started to float away until she was outside, but right when she arrived at the village inside the castle, her body began to change back to normal.

"GRAB HER!" a guard shut as he went in her direction.

Because it was the first time it happened, she was so terrified that she froze. Moments later, she opened her fingers to see a man with a light yellow cloak fighting everyone who got near her. She was embarrassed that she needed someone to help her.

"How can I be so weak? Why did I not run?" she asked herself.

"How are you?" a familiar voice asked beside her "I came as fast as I could! And I brought some help."

"You do not know how happy I am to see you." Diana said, after realizing who it was "I never thought that someone would want to chase me."

"Don't worry, kid!" Green assured her "He is one of the best and will take you out of here."

"And who is he?"

"Eric Greenwood! The prince of Atheaus."

Eric was struggling with two guards when he saw warriors approaching, so he ran away. The boy walked to the girls and picked Diana up before opening his wings and flying away. Right behind them was Green.

"Wait for me."

"Hello there." he said when he saw Diana fixed on him "It is a pleasure to meet you, finally! Princess."

"Princess?" Diana asked, confused "But I am not one."

"I see that you do not know..." he informed before becoming silent.

Diana looked around as they passed by an enormous house before plains full of white and yellow flowers, making her astonished.

"Do you like it? I can land there if you want!"

"Really?!" she questions with brilliant eyes, anxious.

"Yeah. We are save in this side of the map. When we arrive, let me look at your hand."

"Okay." she accepted without taking her eyes off the flowers.

Once they landed, Eric pulled her hand softly and turned it around where it could see a burn on the palm.

"It is a birthmark. At least it was what my mom said." she told him.

"I can assure you that she is lying. Let me show you."

"How?" she questioned, suspicion.

He didn't answer, grabbed her hand, and pulled her back from where they came.

"This place is an academy created by the founders. Liam lost his mind, so Henry was in charge of the construction, this side guardian."

"This side?!"

"If you didn't notice, there is a barrier that divides the world in two. The planet is divided into two parts, dark and light."

Diana looked up and saw that he was telling the truth.

"How did they do that?"

"For what we know, it was with the help of an unknown family."

She got more curious as they approached two big gates.

"My brother disappeared! You were the last one to see him. I guess that he regretted what he started."

"And what was it?"

Eric didn't answer and continued to walk. Diana was afraid to ask more about it. She was sure that Eric would leave her.

A while later, they were in front of the gates.

"WOW! So big!"Diana said, looking up, surprised "It is five times bigger than me."

"I am glad that you liked it! You are going to study here."

"What?!" she shouted, caught by surprise.

Meanwhile, a man was walking backward and forward inside an office with his hands behind his back.

"How dare he disobey me! Bring him alive. I need him!"

"Yes, your majesty!" a warrior said before walking away, annoyed "As if I would obey."

The warrior walked around, then the door beside him opened suddenly. He predicted it and walked away from someone's hands.

"You know how dangerous it is to be here? And why did you disobey the guardian?" the warrior asked, walking inside.

"How could I!" Chad said, closing the door before leaning on the wall dreamily "She was gorgeous."

"So... you found them, the Browns?" the warrior asked "She must have charmed you."

"Oh! She did it!" he exclaimed. Plonome rolled his eyes as he crossed his arms "I am sure that she isn't evil."

"Just hope that Eric doesn't find her first. " the warrior warned, making Chad silent "You have to be very careful with your decisions, friend."

"Don't worry. I am!" Chad assured Plonome, before opening the window of the place and flying away "No one will take her away from me."
