Another prison.

As I peered inside I was appalled by what I was seeing. Five men standing around a pedestal wearing dirty cloaks, one of the men held a heart in is hand, raising it to a glowing red point just above the pedestal.

THUD

A body was pushed off the table before the man moved to a Conner in the cave.

I quickly took notice of the many women in the Conner the man was heading to.

My shock quickly turned into a burning rage as I noticed Lorrie among the few remaining captives.

As the man took out a purple glowing stone with the intentions of placing it on a young girl, a sword cleanly cut through his neck.

One of the remaining four noticed the oddity before turning to the entrance, "shit! They found us?"

"Stay steadfast, we cannot let them stop us now- wait a minute, it's only one person!? get him!"

The person I assumed was the leader quickly noticed that I didn't have anyone behind me.

"Die!" as the three people came running at me with nothing but wooden clubs.

For only a second I hesitated if what I was about to do was excessive, but that was quickly blown away by a pile of dead bodies laying in a small corner.

My weapons flew forward easily finding there mark in each cultist's chest.

"what the fuck are you bastards trying to do?" I shouted at the person standing behind the pedestal.

"We will not falter! none believers cannot understand our great mission."

The man started preaching about his great mission or something. But at this point I was too pissed off to actually care, so with a thought one of my swords swiftly moved to end the mans life.

Suddenly a red glow surrounded the man as my sword drew closer.

Shhhnnggg

An eerie sound rang in the cave us my sword met a slight resistance, but the next second the sword went through the man like the rest of his men.

'What the fuck was that.' My shock was quite apparent after that, it was the first time I met any type of resistance.

So it was quite strange that someone could actually delay my [Absolute Sharpness] enchanted sword.

After a second I come out of my thoughts before I started moving towards the captives, all of them lay on conscious.

"Nooooo!" a booming voice resounded from the middle of the cave.

I quickly jumped back, away from the voice only to notice the red point that the cultist were using was now larger.

"how dare a piece of shit like you stop my release!"

"who the fuck are you?" I asked looking at the light, my first thought was that whatever being was behind this was definitely not from this world.

'A god maybe? Shit, I really hope not.' I thought to myself.

"Please! I just need one more virgin soul and I will grant you anything you desire!" the voice pleaded.

"yeah not going to happen." I said mostly to myself as I got the ropes tied to the captives hands loose.

I kept an eye on the red light as I tried to start untying the leg ropes. Suddenly the red glow grew bigger before a pulling force erupted.

"If I can't be freed then you will die with me!"

Strange energy coiled around me and the three remaining girls.

"shit!" I screamed as tried to resist the pull by using my large sword shield; Barrier, to pull me out.

As I tried to resist, I quickly realise that the force is to strong for me, seeing my inevitable lose I thought of every way I could escape. I had two swords on my abdomen pushing me back and my shield on my chest doing the same but alas I still slowly crept closer to the light.

Realising the fact that I wasn't going to make it I quickly made a decision. With a thought Barrier flew off from my chest in the direction of the girls behind him.

They took were being dragged and my other great sword was the only thing stopping there immediate demise.

Barrier with no baggage flew swiftly before ramming it's handle into my other great sword with enough force to send them flying out.

With that act I had thrown myself into whatever doom I was heading into. The world seemed to darken every second until no light could be seen.

....

THUD

I felt my back hit solid ground after what seemed like forever, I had been floating in endless darkness for a period of time I couldn't distinguish.

As I lay there confused in the dim lit cavern an angry shout echoed.

"Finally!"

Looking towards the voice I notice a tall humanoid figure rushing towards me with a large bastard sword.

I didn't plan to get chopped in half, so I raised Barrier in front of me to meet her attack head on. As our swords clashed I realise my mistake a little too late as I was sent across the cavern before hitting my back against the wall.

"Do you have any idea what it took for me to get that far!?" she said. "No matter you are here too. Even if lose here you will die in this accursed prison!"

As I heard her words, many thoughts swelled in my head. Apparently where ever I was, I had little to no chance of getting out.

As I thought I noticed that the being in front of me was a strange humanoid wearing purple armour, the only part that was visible was it's face. A rectangular face with long blood led hair, it's eyes glowed with a golden light.

Looking closely I realise whatever race this being belonged to it was definitely female. Long eyelashes, plump rips and a slightly lifted chest.

Its skin blended with it's hair, red. It looked at me with it's glowing eyes with absolutely hatred but also a faint touch of helplessness.

With a bust of strength it charged at me with it's sword raised, I called forth my two swords to assault it, but it seems strength wasn't it's only strong point. In quick succession she easily swatted my swords away, but in the process of swatting my last blade, she made the mistake of meeting it's edge, her sword was easily cut in half.

The shock was obvious on its face, and I didn't dare leave such an opening, I grabbed Barrier by the handle before charging forward. She quickly noticed me and slapped sword with her bare hand.

Sadly it was too late with swing I easily cut through it's shoulder. As I stared at the strange being, I noticed it's lack of blood and made sure not to lower my guard.

Sure enough after a minute the facade was lifted as she opened her eyes, I quickly raised my sword before plunging it into it's remaining shoulder.

"How can I get out of here?" I asked without a glimpse of remorse on my face.

With a mocking smile the large woman said, "we can't, am the only one with the power! But I don't have any energy left, I will die soon and you will rot here without my me!" she shouted at me as purple tears flowed from it's eyes.
