Naotsugu's sister and he seem to be a good match.

Erika is a beautiful young girl whose short, bright red-orange hair, which became longer over time is worn in a ponytail, and has distinct facial features that amplify the impression of her being a lively girl.
She is bright, optimistic, and a person who gets carried away easily.
Even for people whom she has just met, she often addresses them in a friendly manner — Tatsuya thought of it as being 'overly familiar' — of speaking.
Her frank and seemingly arrogant attitude, however, often gets her into countless arguments with her classmates, Saijou Leonhard in particular.
Erika was Naotsugu's little sister.
Personally, I wouldn't want to hurt her if given a choice.
She has become a little sister to me throughout the past two years.
But that doesn't mean that my resolve would flatter if she came in between me and my plan.
No matter what happens I will go through with my plan.
I truly believe that my plan is the best way to protect people, magicians, and children…!
Anyone who tries to foil it, whether they are my friends, siblings, or my own children… I won't forgive them.
"I agree with you, but dammit, weren't you just about to smash my hand, too?" (Leo)

Kitayama Shizuku is a girl whose face and voice are rather deadpanned. Her way of speaking lacks the normal voice inflection, so even if she personally doesn't intend to, she still comes across as being solemn.
