Matatizo with the growing business he decided to go to the government to acquire a business permit in order to work under government laws and regulations. This was after he decided to open up a hotel. He registered a double business permit to manage the fruit shop and the hotel. With all these at hand, Matatizo was good to go. Working with a diverse customer was his priority hence he decided to install comfortable chairs in the hotel which would give him an upper hand in hosting special customers like university workers and lecturers. He chose green to be the colour of his hotel thus painted the wall with green dura coat paints.

After everything was in position, he decided to source for skilled and unskilled labour within the school. Around the area, he had heard of the famous short man who was known for cooking delicious meals in the entire region. Matatizo approached the man with courage to employ him despite him being expensive. The bargaining power Matatizo had helped him to hire the cook at a fare price. Once a teacher is somewhere then knowledge will just spread, Matatizo did not see any need for sourcing other skilled labour but rather sourced for three unskilled employees to aid the chief cook in other chores. He began the hotel work immediately with first day offering free cup of traditional porridge to each customer visiting them.

The free offer for the first day attracted customers to the hotel which was at a strategic position. He decided to use the same pay bill and till number in running the two business. At every face of the customer were fliers written on the procedure for payment. These was the menu in the hotel. Matatizo received many customers making his room small to accomodate all of them. This made him to expand his business knowledge and sourced for a tent which he placed at the far end of the hotel to host other customers. At this time he had just finished his studies and all his efforts were in business as he waited for graduation. As a general manager, he was keen in ensuring that no coin is lost in the two businesses. He set the workers to be causual rather than permanent. With the centralized governing system he knew he will always be in charge of all key decisions in the business systems. Being a millionaire, he had raised his living standards and moved from a low class house to a better double room house. Managing a bigger house appeared a problem to him because he was not used to it. He decided to look for relationship which could lead into marriage because his age had also gone. In the income generated highly, Matatizo tirelessly continued with investment with expectations that one of the fine days he was going to be a better person.

In newspapers under business page, Matatizo ensured that his business name never missed. With this marketing and sales promotions through daily news largely extended the market reach from local to international. His business attracted partners from developed countries. Before signing such partnerships, the young man decided to graduate from Blackjack university. This was essential to him for the purpose of credibility and trust from the white community. People say that money is not everything but here is a different case. Matatizo used money to graduate with the other cohort leaving behind his colleagues who were set to graduate the following year.

People may assume that this was some sort of corruption but in really sense it's not. The British lady by the name Olivia got attracted to Matatizo because of his expanded mind in business. The imperfect English from Matatizo didn't discourage him from loving Olivia. He used his local English accent but clearly knowing that he would soon change and adapt to the British accent . He then graduated with a first class owners degree in forensic science but the big question was that is he going to leave his business for official work. Setting up the hotel was purposely to maximize profits because everything there could automatically be expensive. Matatizo had left a large packing space for customers because he knew all the visitors will be driving. At the gate was a gratuate in English literature to easily understand customers and talk to them well.

The hotel had only professionals due to its high standards and the customers who were from different walks of the world. The connection from Olivia made the hotel to host mostly British tourists which encouraged Matatizo to strengthen the relationship with the lady and decided to marry her at the age of twenty five. The hotel had been branded with a name "OlIMA" meaning Olivia and Matatizo. This was a clear indication that the two were in deep love and nothing could stop them from getting married and living together happily.

Close friends to the couple will advise them not to get married for they were still young but Matatizo strongly believed that he was a grown up man in mind and only the body was young. The little knowledge he had in marriage could just expand while in marriage since experience is the best teacher. This could still give him a problem because how can you marry a woman from abroad in the local way. Come we stay marriage could not work here so he decided to wait for sometimes to gather for enough capital from his hotel business which was giving him alot of money each time. Money was not a problem even to Olivia but Matatizo had biblical knowledge that a man is the provider in the family so he didn't want to let God down by letting Olivia to pay bills. The man was left in a fixed state with expanding responsibilities since his family largely depended on him for everything and already they had raised their living standards. Matatizo finally decides to enter in marriage. But before he did this he decided to set up a beautiful structure. He bought a new house design from one famous Chinese engineering company. with this house design, he was unavailable to trust local engineers hence hired Chinese Engineers to construct for him a modern house. Wise men always state that cheap things are always expensive prompting him to hire expensive engineers. With around eighteen millions in his business account he makes rough budgeting of the construction needs. In in a private room in the hotel, Matatizo is ready with a blue pen and a note book.
