Prologue: The First Domino

[??? POV]

An eerie silence prevails through everything, a void, an abyss in all directions. However, there was a lone soul whose flame was cursed to be extinguished in this nothingness.

"Ai, I wish ... I wish... I wish I could see its beauty one last time... A pity."

"Oh lord, may this story not... end... here..."

'Things... are peaceful...'

RUMBLE!!

'But... not for much longer...'

Gazing into the void before glancing toward a long stream of spirits, waiting to be transported to their fated destination.

'...'

'It seems I must intervene...'

Searching through the endless number of spirits, its eyes rest upon one for a little longer.

"Shall be you..."

"As the first, I shall bestow a name..."

Pulling the spirit out of the line and placing it upon an old pedestal covered in an unknown aura. A clear substance starts to flow into the spirit, slowly turning it a goldish tint.

"Arius"

The spirit flickers before disappearing, having been transported somewhere else.

Looking back into the void with many thoughts passing through its mind.

'So it's gotten to this. May your story live on...'

Hi, the author here.

This is the first time I'm ever writing a book. While I'm not bad at English. I'm known among my friends for being terrible at writing English. Still, I decided to write as I don't have much to do nowadays. This intro probably doesn't help. But whatever, fortune favours the bold.
