She is...is alive!

Tang Yuhan stood stunned and every uncomfortable feeling of him which he has been feeling ever since he woke up, came at once in his mind.

He stumbles holding his chest feeling dizzy.

"You should be resting?".

Tianxian looked Tang Yuhan suspiciously and he is on guard. 'Why is he...wait! How can he STAND after that injuries?! Is he a human?!'.

Tang Yuhan hisses and watches blood oozing from his injuries.

Tianxian is so scared to face his Chief's worst enemy face-to-face. He suggests carefully sensing Tang Yuhan's anger "See..You are injured...I think you should rest. You are not recovered completely yet!".

Tang Yuhan forwards his blood stained hand and asks weakly "Help me to get a car".

Tianxian almost shivered seeing his hand towards him. He faced Knight's subordinates once and he is well aware of their ruthlessness.

'I should not make him mad...'.

But seeing Knight's helpless condition, he didn't dare to think twice before handing him his car key. He had no idea why did he gave the key without asking Lu Cheng.

Before he snapped out from his thoughts, he finds Knight already disappeared. Tianxian whines "God! I should inform Chief!".

The Cemetery.

Lu Cheng is standing with a bouquet of flowers.

He clutches his other free hand and kneels down to keep the flowers.

He closes his eyes and a drop of tear escaped his eyes while he hurriedly closed his eyes.

Since he saw Knight in the sick bed, he couldn't ignore the flashing images of Jing. His panic filled face while staring at him.

'You had suffered a lot son....'.

His heart physically felt the pain while recalling the last day of Jing in this world.

'I failed you son! I couldn't be a good father to you. But please don't hate your daddy...I tried..everything..you know that right? I had been so stupid ...I shouldn't have done any of ...'.

He hangs his down defeated and shakes his head "Sometimes I really wonder why all these things are happening to me...You..Tang Xi....now Knight! I thought you would be just a donor of heart for my ...her then...but ...I thought Tang Xi was just a random person in my life who came to betray me eventually but...I thought Knight was my very horrible enemy and I always wanted to kill him when he appears in front of me...But...".

Lu Cheng looks at the tombstone longingly "I never thought I would hate someone like a father for me one day..I never thought I would throw Rouxi so easily from my life without hurting my heart...I never thought someday I would run to save Knight desperately! ...I never thought ..You would leave me so soon..you should've been alive..with us...for us...We miss you..you know that right? I miss you..in my other way".

He broke out a painful smile "I was stupidly jealous of you..But now I have your mommy wholly.. still..I couldn't hold her heart completely..I still wonder..Would she forgive me if I say her the truth?...and I know...Whatever we are today..whatever between us ..is just because of that one decision...Sometimes I regret it ...sometimes I don't...If there wasn't you...Tang Xi wouldn't be in my life..I don't know if I have to thank you or apologize to you..But I love you son....".

He grits his teeth and stands "I promise to keep your mommy happy ..forever..".

Private Villa.

Lu Cheng walks into his room tired, removing his shirt slowly. 'It's been a long day...'.

He looks at Tang Xi's lonely figure sleeping, hugging a pillow and walks into the bathroom hurriedly.

He finishes freshening up and throws his damp towel aside. He walks towards Tang Xi with a big smile.

BUZZZZZZZZ

Lu Cheng looks at his mobile vibrating and closes his eyes "Not again!".

He looks at Tang Xi longingly and takes the call.

Tianxian says "Knight took my car and he is driving towards his base!".

Lu Cheng hisses getting out from his room "Took my car my foot!!! Why is he awake and why didn't you inform me earlier?! Wait! How the f*** did he get your car?!".

Tianxian gulps and diverts him "He..was suddenly standing when I came back instructing the team.. When he left..he was bleeding and I tried to stop him but-".

Lu Cheng ends the call cursing "F***! F***! What the hell does he want now?! Does he wanna die?!".

He gets out of the villa half naked and his hand holding a shirt and a gun.

He hops into the car and drives towards Knight's base "I swear..If you die ..I am gonna wake you alive and kill you again!!

I will knock some senses in your head this time!".

Tang Yuhan presses his hand hard against his injury to stop bleeding and drives with his other hand.

'She must be okay...She ...She should have ran away seeing my condition! She couldn't be brave enough to wait for me even after seeing them carrying me...'.

He felt his body going numb and hits the brake suddenly. He clutches the steering hard and looks before him solemnly 'I can do this.. '. He starts his engine again after taking a deep breath.

Tang Yuhan slams the break hard when he reached the base. His heart tightened at the sight before him.

'She shouldn't have obeyed me...and didn't stay under that stupid table...did she?!'.

He steps out of the car weakly and falls instantly when he tried to stand on his own.

He kneels slowly and struggles before standing. He almost crawls yet keeps moving towards his 'room'.

Tang Yuhan falls to the ground weakly seeing Su Ran sandwiched between the damaged wall and the ground.

'No way! She....can't die..she just can't!'.

He uses his whole strength to lift the stupid wall but falls weakly on the ground.

He curses under his breath repeatedly and almost behaving insane.

He darts his eyes all over the wall and the table crushing her. His whole body turned cold seeing the blood frozen near her face and crawls towards her.

He didn't realize he was already in tears and touches the blood with his shivering hand.

He never used to cry or curse so easily. In fact he never reacted for anything this way. Strange!

He forwards his hand towards her face but reluctantly withdraws to lift the wall.

'I can't...I have to save her! At any cost!'.

He grunts loudly lifting the wall and gasps hearing Su Ran's weak whimper as she felt the sudden weight on her removed.

'She is...is alive!'.
