Lucifer

"How on earth can you lose a dozen children? They aren't exactly quiet!" I screamed in a servant's face.

"I don't know,Sire!" He covered his face with his paws.

"Go find them or so help me god you will be part of the display for the feast tomorrow." I shoved him down the corridor and straightened the cuffs on my button up.

Mother and father were to arrive home today. They had specifically asked for both of 'their boys' to have dinner with them.

I, being the favorite son, didn't hesitate to invite them to my palace. But I did hesitate to tell them Paimon is nowhere to be fucking found due to my useless servants.

"Malinda!" I called in a cheery voice.

"Yes sir!" She was in front of me in an instant.

Malinda is one of my very loyal succubus. Although she helped cook and clean too. She would make the perfect house wife if she had even an ounce of royalty in her blood.

"Could you go make up a room for my parents?" I gave her a sweet smile.

"Of course." She bowed and spun on her heels.

Adorable.

"And Malinda?" I bent down to ear level,"Wait in my room when you're done."

Malinda let out a giggle and nodded.

She would learn soon that being cute wouldn't save her down here.

"Lucifer!" Hades came stomping across the dining room.

Was he still here? Why?

"Hades, I thought you returned home." I crossed my arms and glared at him.

I didn't have time for his shit. I had too much stress with my parents and Paimon.

"I did. And then when I realized half of the gods and goddesses are missing!" Hades' face was bright red with anger.

But that wasn't what I was focused on.

The gods were missing?

"What do you mean?" I motioned to the large wooden table next to us and we took a seat.

"I monitor the gods to make sure none of them are going to start any wars or you know, kill another one?" He waited for me to nod in understanding.

"But I'm guessing while I was here, they took off? No clue where to. I sent a few of my servants to go scout but all of them came up empty handed." Hades shrugged.

So completely disappear? Into thin air.

Just like Paimon.

"I think Paimon has something to do with it." I clenched my fists closed.

"I do too. What should we do about it?" I watched hades brain go to work as he questioned me.

"We act normal and prepare. If he has as many gods as you say he does, there's going to be a war."

God

I examined the gods and goddesses as they piled into my home. It's never felt so small but with so many powerful beings, it was bound to happen.

Ivy,Paimon, and Thanatos have succeeded in collecting their gods. I felt proud.

"Ivy," I stopped her as she headed towards the den.

"Yes sir?" She smiled up at me.

"Good work today. Did it go smoothly?" I shifted on my feet, ready to kick ass if it didn't.

"Let's just say it was like going to a family reunion except instead of asshole relatives you have warm welcoming ones." Ivy smiled at the group of men and women in the living room.

They seemed to be getting along well and all super welcoming towards Ivy.

"Good, I'm glad." I Gave her one last smile before We joined the others.

"Excuse me, may I have your attention." I spoke loudly but everyone continued to talk.

"Hello!" I clapped a few times but the lights were the only things to respond.

"Yo assholes!" Paimon called from the couch and everyone shut up.

What the hell?

"The bearded man over there- God raise your hand,"

I raised my hand and waved.

"That's god. He's trying to talk to you. Be respectful please." Paimon smiled wildly at me.

"Thanks Paimon. Hi guys. It's been forever since we have all even been in the same room. You all look healthy." All the gods and goddesses nodded and said a quick thank you.

"Now our lovely Persephone has returned home at last but unfortunately it hasn't been the warmest welcome." Everyone shifted to look at Ivy.

"We heard. I'm willing to do anything for her and I'm sure these fellas are too." Artemis looked proudly amongst her friends.

"Hoorah!" Everyone said in sync.

Was this a frat house?

"Thank you. But you must know, if you stay, there will be a war. No guarantee that you will live and no guarantee you will die." I held my breath as those around me processed.

"We already knew this, old man." Thanatos chuckled.

"Very true," Ares chuckled with him.

"Will 14 gods be enough though?" Poseidon asked while glaring at Eros.

"Not just 14 gods, 14 strong powerful ones. We will be enough."
