Cynthia sits in the large living room watching the movie, Vampire Diaries, she sees a scene where Damon kisses Elena, her mind drifts into a memory, she finds herself held by a young man, probably in his mid teen, who looks into her face as he kisses her and his lips, soft and his breathe and scents are reminder of the Daffodil alongside the hill on Zachary Louisiana, where they lived before Nigeria.. He pauses their kiss and says to her "I promise to love you for the rest of my life Cynthia Tolbert" and kisses her as his hands runs wild on her body and finally his left hands settles around her waist, drawing her closer to him..
