Chapter 2: my lil trip
Before my trip, I decided to loot everything I could get before I left.
There's a place in the capital close to the castle of my family where there were the corpses of all the dragons of my ancestors every single last dragon corpse was in an underground room built by Amon Pendragon one of the first Pendragon kings.
As I walked I was wearing a cloak, covering my face and most of my body I didn't want anyone to see me after all the shit he was planning to do would get him disinherited if his father ever found out.
Heading to a large building I quickly passed there was a small barrier, but the barrier detected my Pendragon blood so we didn't try to stop me.
Open the door of the large building, and quickly go in there were no guards in this building. Due to the fact, they were not necessary because the ward prevented anyone not from the Pendragon bloodline unable to entering making the guard completely useless.
Grabbing a torch, I quickly walked down the large stairs, going to what is called the dragon pit.
The moment I started going lower to the deeper part of the stairs, I had to grab my nose smelling the horrible smell.
Why the hell did I not expect this? It smells like actual shit.
It's almost like there's a bunch of dead dragon corpses they have been here for five centuries.
Ignoring the Cunt in my head I simply cover my nose as I finally got down seeing a dozen of huge skeletons around the large room.
Some of the skeletons have some flesh in them still but most of them had mostly all their flesh removed.
But two large corpses got his interest, one of the corpses was a large skinny dragon with a large neck part of the skin of the dragon was still there, including some of his fur and scales showing white scales with some white fur.
The other one he quickly recognized how could he not that was the dragon that was the symbol of his house.
A large dragon corpse is remaining scales, crimson color, the same color as blood the dragon had one last remaining eye, which was an intense emerald color.
Years ago in this land, two dragons entered in combat but a lord built a prison around them when they were sleeping centuries later, another lord discovers them and restarts the fight between both of the dragons. The white dragon attempted to kill everybody in the kingdom on the other hand, the red dragon gained an appreciation for the land and wanted to protect it.
The battle seemed like it was going to end on a scale before the lord bonded with the red dragon and both of them defeated the white dragon.
But the dragon died in the battle the lord took the dragon as the symbol of his house to respect the dragon after his death.
These two corpses were the dragons from back then, such majestic creatures I thought to myself as I put them in my inventory.
I quickly did the same with the other corpses regardless they were in good condition or not. Honestly, if there was a possibility he could use them. He wasn't gonna let anyone keep these corpses anyway besides, they were just keeping up space here anyway.
It's not like anyone was gonna come and look for them. I'm the only dragon rider left in the world nobody else would be interested in seeing get Dragon corpses except me and maybe that weird sorcerer, my father employed to train my brother in magic.
It's probably Merlin or some counterpart considering this world is very similar to old legends of the medieval time I wouldn't be surprised, but still….
Leaving the dragon pit I made sure to get my affairs in order because I was leaving tonight as I was walking. I noticed that my system gave me a notification I had leveled up my class again.

I've been meaning to ask why am I getting skills without doing practically anything.
You level up your class depending on your actions since you have the Dragon Lord class if you act like a hothead or a traditional Dragon Lord you gain more skills and perks leveling your class even further. For example, you need to act like a Targaryen if you level up your class even more.
Well, I should've seen it coming. This world is practically Game of Thrones with the Dragon Rider concept.

I quickly sit down on the floor tired of the small little bottle I had, well shit, I thought to myself as I pull a small jar of water out of my inventory took the top off, and started drinking some of the water.

Mm, you could stop the progression of your class, but you first need to complete your class quest to become compatible with your class and then change to another one.
Understood. As I got up and started getting ready once again. I couldn't help but simply pull out my hand once again and a small purple fireball came out of it. He didn't know why, but the fire just simply had an addictive feel to it. He felt like he wanted to use more of it to keep burning with this damn fire. But I said, thought that he quickly disposed of the fire in his hands I guess that's the trick.
All the skills of this class are addictive which isn't surprising considering this class wants to turn me into a demon lord.
As he saw the dark in the sky, he simply decided to continue his travel hoping to find some civilizations soon.

Yeah, I apologize for the lack of actual story in this chapter i'll be honest half of this I wrote a couple days ago and the other half I just finished today so they might be some inconsistencies.
Also, if there's something weird in my writing, tell me I use Grammarly usually to fix my spelling errors but sometimes I it makes it weird.
As for the demon lord class yes the class is pretty OP i'm a try to balance it, but don't get used to it he's gonna go back to the dragon lord very soon.
And for some of the skills I with no shame, stole them from another fanfic I will not apologize. But for one of them, I did modify it with the text. I decided to add the class quest because the class fell to OP
