flight and encounter

ken came out of the small cave wearing a dashing black suit with a small smile on his face . he was satisfied with the surging ki inside his body and the constant radiation that his new huge origin gave off . his body cells were filled with virality and strong ki which were the source of the confidence that surged inside ken regarding his capabilities .

the main reason that ken couldn't help smiling since half an hour ago he needed his cultivation session is a message from maniac . of course ken would be excited as maniac informed him that he could fly now . it's the dream of many people to be able to freely in the vast sky which is no different for ken too . at first ken only used the ki inside his body and other ki was used to maintain his core so it was difficult for him to get a constant supply of ki which is the requirement for flight . now that his origin has formed and stabilized, he could fly using its energy for a long time and not get tired at all .

ken couldn't wait to test so he focused his mental power and guided the energy from his origin to support his body in the air . ken was a genius when it came to mental control of ki because of his supreme talent so he succeeded on his first try. ken started floating in the air 2 meters from the surface and relished the new experience for many minutes . after ken confirmed the constant ratio of energy required to fly , he took off with fast speed and ascended to the blue sky.

ken couldn't stop grinning like a child the whole time and played by flying at high speed in the air . sometimes he would fly fast and sometimes he would fly down . he continued to play in the air like an excited child and the scenery would look to an outsider like someone is painting a bad painting in the air by flying randomly .

ken could go on flying for days with the abundant energy of his origin till it depletes so he started the new journey through sky . according to maniac , he could buy many items that could replenish his origin's energy swiftly so ken didnt bother saving his power at all . ken had the map open the whole time as he was avoiding the dangerous zones which inhabited strong beasts . he just wanted to enjoy flying and didn't want them to disturb his fun after all .

ken would reach the nearest city in an hour or so if he maintained his max speed so he did exactly that . wherever he passed through sonic waves accompanied him with jet like sounds and the sharp air . ken admired the beautiful flora and fauna on the way which was totally on a whole another level from earth . the plants were abundant and even the shortest grass was larger than 10 cm in height in this wild plane so the scenery was eye opening for ken who was from planet earth where the greenery was depleted after the humans sacrificed it for technology.

even though ken was flying at absurd speed , he could see everything around him clearly with his powerful and large radius divine sense . so he was not bored in this journey as he could admire the new ecosystem on the way . ken could see that in a minute or so he would reach the barren land which continues for a while after the forest ends there . suddenly he stopped his flight and hid his presence because he saw people ahead .

" sam , why would you betray the shop ? dad trusted you ..." a girl shouted at a young man while crying because she was sad at this truth .

" hehe.. that old fool is just gullible. dont be mistaken now , I liked him because he didnt even bother checking the profits of the shop everyday . so I enjoyed all the benefits. now uncle brown has called me back so its time for your family to close the shop " the young man spewed poison words from his mouth while laughing which hurt the innocent heart of the lady .

ken noticed that both were cultivators and powerful ones at that . from the wrecked carriage , broken bottles and the crying lady ken deduced the truth that most like happened. the young man betrayed the lady and even caused the loss of her goods and wasn't showing any remorse . on the contrary he was laughing and eyeing the pretty girl with perverted looks . ken being a man saw through his intentions easily .

just when the young man was going to attack the girl sneakily , ken kicked the ground and arrived between them instantly. ken slapped the right cheek of the young man called sam which caused his head to burst and the disgusting blood and skin scatterd in the surroundings with powerful force . the girl was shocked at the gruesome sight and crouched on the ground feeling fear while ken was embarrassed because he had forgotten that most of the cultivators do not cultivate body arts mainly so unlike his strong body which wouldn't be injured by any attack except weapons till origin realm , others were different .

" cough ... sorry young lady for scaring you . I forgot to control my STENGHT there " pointing at the headless body ken explained while hiding his embarrassment. " my name is ken . I am a wandering cultivator and encountered you guys on the way to the city . " ken said truthfully and helped the girl to stand up who understood the reason behind Ken's actions ." now can you please explain your precwdement to me . I'm sorry I overheard your conversation and couldn't help but interfere when that kid was going to attack you .."

after the lady took a look at the handsome face of ken , she blushed an started talking in a meek voice . her name was Mary and according to her that boy sam and her were childhood friends. her father owned a potion shop in the city ahead where the kid worked since four years ago . both of them were on their way to deliver the goods to the next city after crossing the forest when she came to know about the betrayal of the young man and her goods were destroyed. ken felt sympathy for mary as she was just the innocent victim of the filthy schemes of sam and his uncle brown who owned the other portion shop in the city and was a rival of her father .

" now stop crying mary " ken flashed a kind smile at her . " look, I will accompany you and help you explain everything to your father . so dont cry now .." ken purchased a simple handkerchief from the system and presented it to mary casually .

" um. thank you big brother ken " mary showed a cute grin to ken showing that she was fine now but her tears told otherwise .

ken was in an awkward position as he was in truth younger than mary by a few years as she was 25 years old now while he was just 18 plus . even his age according to his past life age would still not exceed 20 years old . ken forgot about it as it didnt matter and pated the small head of the young girl Mary to reassure her while smiling .
