The beginner

"The year 2019, a World where a deadly virus has hit and managed to infect nearly everyone it comes across. Fighters , dictators, leaders, bookworms, gangsters and drug lords you name it. Those who are considering to rejoin the world after the outbreak will be the first to help the world its natural order slowly but surely returning to their natural ways to coexist in this Post-Pandemic world".

[Narrator]

The date is 2021, November 11th. 2 years , 7 months, 22 days, 12 hours and 10 minutes before the world-changing event happens.

[Narrator]

During a partially clouded, breezily weather with colorful leaves start falling off the trees as an unknown person gets out of the train station and begins to descend down the staircase, lightly skimming a notepad in their hand, the person is clearly confused.

[Mysterious Figure]

(Damn, I'm lost... But there's no way I'll be late on the first day!)

[Narrator]

The person looks at the building, scouting the area before finding what it appears to be an school and decide to go inside one of the tall three doors. Inside they comes across two long hallways going separate ways with a guard sitting in the middle of the entrance.

[Mysterious Figure]

Ummmm... excuse me, where is this school located?

[Narrator]

The mysterious figure shows the security guard what's on his notepad that is written, he appears to be a student trying to find the location of a school on his notepad it seems like the mysterious figure is a student.

[Security Guard]

Oh.. I see you must be new here, Crossroad Technical High is located on the third floor. Just go up the stairs on either side and it will lead you to it.

[Mysterious Student]

Ah, thank you!

[Security Guard]

No problem.

[Narrator]

As the mysterious student walks up the flight of stairs, he comes across a door with a branding of the school name, bright red and yellow colors. He stares in awe, then proceeds to open the door.

[Unknown speaker]

Excuse me sir, you seem lost, do you need any help?

[Narrator]

The unknown student turns to their side, shocked after seeing an elderly faculty member with gray light-brown hair, shorter than average talking to him.

[Mysterious Student]

Oh, yeah! I'm new here, just transferred today I don't know where my classes are.

[Unknown Elder]

Ah, right! You must be the new transfer that was supposed to come in today. My name is Ms. Lora, you can also call me Ms. Sarinana. I'm the main office assistant manager, may I know your name? It's required for me to register you into the school's database.

[Mysterious Student]

Yes, my name is Cole Anthony Wilbur Harrison.

[Narrator]

Ms. Lora enters Cole's name into the database.

[Ms. Lora]

And what grade are you in?

[Cole]

I am in 10th grade ma'am .

[Ms. Lora]

Alright, I just finished entering your information into the database, you should be good to go, just have to give you a school ID card. You'll get that card within a week from now.

[Cole]

Thank you Ms. Lora, also may I ask for my schedule?

[Ms. Lora]

Sure, I'll print out your class schedule in a few minutes.

[Narrator]

After Ms. Lora printed out the schedule and gave it to Cole, she proposed to give him a brief explanation of the school and explain classes along the way.

[Ms. Lora]

On Mondays, your first period is art, third door on the left side straight down from where the main office is located, where we just came from. 2nd period is geometry, 3rd period is crew, you will be put into a room with students and one to two teachers that will have discussions about what you will do during school, afterschool, college and jobs. 4th period you will have earth science/ astronomy nothing much to do there but learn and study in that class. 5th period is lunch where you'll go downstairs to the cafeteria which is located at the bottom of the school building the basement and eat with others great period to socialize with 10-11 grades or 2nd-3rd year students. [Narrator]

Cole interrupts Ms. Lora to ask her a question.

[Cole]

Why don't all the grades students get together all at once?

[Narrator]

Cole expresses this in a disappointed tone.

[Narrator]

Ms. Lora appears to be showing an expression of disbelief upon her face due to Cole interrupting her and asking a question like its nothing.

[Ms. Lora]

Different grade students have lunch at different times, 1st years have lunch all to themselves on the 4th period, 2nd and 3rd years share their lunch period, 4th years just spend time amongst each other.

[Narrator]

Cole nods his head, seemingly understanding what Ms. Adams said.

[Ms. Lora]

As I was saying 6th period is Spanish, 7th period is global history 8th period is English. On Tuesdays and Thursdays the schedule is... mostly the same but the first period changes to gym class or P.E .

[Cole]

Okay I think I understand now, thank you very much Ms. Lora.

[Ms. Lora]

And Cole welcome to the school I hope you will have a great time here

[Narrator]

Ms. Lora informs Cole that it is almost time for lunch he should go to the cafeteria and meet some students.

[Narrator]

Cole thanks Ms. Lora again with a kind gesture and goes to the cafeteria. When Cole steps into the stairwell he sees an odd staircase going towards different floor levels and every floor level it does a narrow turn. Cole appears to be looking down the staircase in a worried manner.
