Thiago decided to work from home because it was already past noon when he dropped Rachel and Penelope at their place. Thiago was busy finalizing some documents on his laptop when he interrupted by the Butler.
" Sir Please Mr Garcia and Second young master is here to see you"
Uncle Hernan (Butler)said
Thiago nodded his head and said " Let them...."
"Since when did I need permit to meet the great Thiago Rodriguez" Lucas rudely cut off Thiago.
Thiago glared at him coldly. And that's when Lucas remembered the warning he received the last time he came to his office. He gulped nervously.
'Oh Lord only you can save me from the clutches of this devil ' Lucas prayed inwardly.
Ricardo chuckled seeing how his brother's best friend is always scared of him.
Ricardo Rodriguez, Second young master of the Rodriguez family and Thiago's Younger brother who is just 2years younger.
Thiago dismissed Uncle Hernan and then shut his laptop, stood up and asked Lucas and Ricardo to follow him.
'Oh Now am surely dead ' Lucas thought again.
The duo followed Thiago to his study upstairs. When Lucas entered the door slammed shut with a click sound.
"Did you just lock the door" Lucas asked a bit nervous.
Ricardo just shook his head looking at how Lucas was acting.
Thiago ignored him sat on the couch asked them to do the same. After both of them where seated.
"I hope you already know that Antonio made a move a few days ago at our base at New York" Thiago said and
both Lucas and Ricardo nodded.
" Brother, what did he want this time" Ricardo asked a bit confused because Antonio has been lying low for like two months now without making any moves.
"Yeah because the guy is crazy and stupid or Maybe now has a stronger backer." Lucas said seriously
" A Stronger backer ?" Ricardo asked a bit confused
"Yes that's what I thought but I think there must be more to it because We couldn't track him or find anything about a backer" Thiago replied
"Or Maybe he used that to distract us from something"Lucas asked
"That could be the case but distract us from what" Thiago wondered.
"I think he is planning something big " Ricardo said
"Yes, He is expecting us to increase the security around us." Thiago said
"There might be high chance that he wants to a mole in, That Antonio guy is really something" Lucas said with a sigh
"And putting that aside Riley is back in the city " Thiago said as he relaxed on the couch.
"..." Lucas was speechless
"Brother you mean Riley Hawkins " Ricardo asked
"Wow sister Riley is back since when and why didn't she contact us. Sister Riley is sure gonna hear from me Hpmh" Ricardo said.
And all this while Lucas remained quiet, he couldn't believe she is back. Wow after what happened the last time they met. He just had a bitter smile on his face.
"Lucas Bro why are you suddenly quite" Ricardo asked even Thiago wondered why he suddenly turned mute.
"Are you sure she's the one you saw " Lucas asked
"Are you trying to say am blind and I can't recognize my own friend" Thiago asked coldly.
Lucas shook is head vigorously and said" That's definitely not what I meant "
"It's just that..." Lucas was cut off when a phone rang.

Ricardo excused himself to receive the
" Hello .Mum,"
"Yes pls"
"Okay Mum"
"I will surely do that"
"Thanks "
"Bro Mom called" Ricardo informed Thiago.
"She said you haven't visited for 6 months . And she was worried that something had happened to you." Ricardo said " But I think she is planning to set you up for a blind date"he concluded.
"I'will go" Thiago said Which shocked both Lucas and Ricardo.
Because they knew that He has been refusing to visit his parents after what they did especially his mother. She set him up on a blind date which he didn't have any idea about. Thiago hates those girls who throw themselves at him wearing short and revealing clothes and that's exactly What his supposed blind date did. He left right after realize what his mother had than. The girl went home crying and spouted nonsense to his mother that he tried to harass her and whatnot. Ever since then Thiago avoided visiting them till date and now he suddenly agrees to his mother's request.
"But..... " Lucas and Ricardo both got cut of by Thiago
"I have a surprise for her and father " Thiago said with a cunning smile on his face.
"Oh Okay" They both said together .
",Will you be introducing The new Madam of the Rodriguez Empire, Mrs Rodriguez" Lucas asked with a teasing smile which made Thiago roll his eyes and make Ricardo confused.
"I'm hungry what's for dinner" Lucas asked impatiently.
Ricardo checked the time to see that it was already 6pm. "Woah how many hours did we spend here"
At that very moment a maid came to inform them that dinner has been prepared.

"Wake up Rachel, it's dinner time" Penelope said as she tapped Rachel's cheek.
"hmmm , five minutes more" Rachel said with a sleep voice.
"Seriously do you think you are child" Penelope asked her sleeping friend.
'Ok don't blame me for what am going to do ' Penelope thought as she smiled mischievously

" Stop it Penny, hahaha"Rachel couldn't help but be fully awake.
"Penny am gonna kill you" Rachel said
"Well now you are fully awake. The tickling work. " Penny said and received a glare from Rachel
"hahaha , let's go" Penny pulled Rachel and went downstairs to have dinner.
