Chapter 10: Thank you

He clenched his hands and promised to make them pay especially that scum ex boyfriend of hers. But he wanted to wait because he wants her to make the decision.

The tiny voice made Thiago aware that she was awake. He poured a glass of water for her. And helped her to drink it, After drinking the water Rachel was a bit surprised to see Thiago here. She was a bit confused, why was she at the hospital. Thiago adjusted the bed so she could sit. Rachel closed her to remember how she endered up her and that's when all the memories from the hours. She could believe he came to save her , she has only known for 2days.

Out of all the people who could save her he was last person .

" Hmm" Thiago cleared his throat seeing she was lost in thought

"Thank you"Rachel said sincerely.

"Thank you ??? For what" Thiago asked with a raised brow.

"Thank you for saving me " Rachel said again.

" There is no need to thank me, I just did what a normal brave human being would do." Thiago explained with a smile plastered on his face.

"But How did you know I was missing and where they took me" Rachel asked still wondering how he did it.

"I was out of the country for business and just returned. When I saw your missed call I asked my men to find out where you are , and they reported that you were kidnapped. and you know the rest" Thiago explained to her

Rachel nodded. ' No wonder there are eye bags under his eyes because he didn't rest from his trip and came straight to her rescue something she knew her ex would have never done.' Rachel thought.

A warm feeling spread through her heart thinking of what he did.

" Rachel " Thiago called seeing she was again lost in thought he started to worry.

"Is everything alright, you seem to always get lost in thought" Thiago asked with worry on his face.

"Yes I am fine, do not worry too much" Rachel said with a smile on her face

Thiago was mesmerized by her beautiful smile.

"By the way your kidnapping was a planned one" Thiago said seriously

Rachel was shocked, how could someone plan such an evil thing against her.

"Who was it " She asked

"Your ex boyfriend" Thiago said waiting to see what her reaction would be.

Hearing the name of the person Rachel was not that surprised, so this was what he meant by she was going to regret it.

That scumbag Rachel clenched her hands in anger only for her to feel the warm palm of the man beside caressing it.

" Don't do that you can hurt your self" He said " I didn't do anything to him, I will let you decide but for now it's stay late so get some rest and when can discuss it in the morning "Thiago said as he stood up

Rachel was a bit sad seeing him getting up to leave" Are you leaving" She asked him with a bit of displeasure on her face and Thiago was happy to see it.

" No I just wanted to hang my coat now sleep" Thiago said as he sat down and he watched as Rachel fell asleep almost immediately and he placed his head on the bed and fell asleep to.

THE NEXT DAY : MURRAY ENTERPRISE

Shareholders Meeting.

Diego's Uncle Aldo Murray was the CEO of Murray Enterprise but today he passed on the title to his nephew and COO of the company.

Diego was very happy upon becoming the CEO of the company. He promised to work hard make sure that his Uncle and everyone will not regret making him the CEO. After the meeting Diego took a walk with his uncle around the company.

"Diego , how are you going to break the news to Rachel. I'm sure that she will be very happy to heard it. And when are you going to propose to her I really like that girl."Aldo Murray said with a smile on his.

When Diego heard his uncle, he became very tense cause he did not know how tell his uncle about their breakup.

"Uhmm Uncle" Diego said hesitantly

"Talk Diego am all ears"

"Rachel and I broke up" Diego said very fast.

"What did just say" Aldo Murray asked with disbelief.

"We are no longer a couple uncle " Diego got courage to tell his uncle.

" Why, what happened" Aldo Murray asked with surprise evident on his face.

"She cheated on me and I can not continue to be with a cheater. I caught her in bed with a stranger. So I decided to break off our relationship" Diego said with pained expression as if he was the victim.

"I can't believe that she would do that, she looked like a nice and descent girl. Oh well too bad, I guess she does not deserve you. You will find some one much better in the future" Aldo Murray sympathized with him.

Diego was gloating in his mind that he was he was able to fool his Uncle with the broken hearted boyfriend act. He is positive that his Uncle won't find out the truth because he already has Rachel taken care off.

When Diego's Uncle finally left. He took the chance to call someone, he locked his office to avoid someone suddenly barging in.
