C-project in progress

It was the afternoon after the meeting with the three new members, Ryuu was in his room working on his next move when he was summoned by his father.

He then went in the living room. His father made him sit across him his own seat.

"What is about ?" Ryuu asked as he sat.

"You have requested for a building and funds earlier, can I know why ?" the father asked him.

"Well, I'll need to be in charge of the new members so I thought that I'll need a headquarter and equipment !" Ryuu replied.

Ryuuga knew that there was another reason but chose to trust his son, he would never do something that would harm the clan after all.

"For the funds, how much do you need ?" Ryuuga asked.

"I think one hundred million will be enough !" Ryuuji stated.

The clan leader was thinking if it would be possible.

After some minutes he finally replied.

"Fine, I give you the funds but you'll need to find a way to compensate the clan, nothing is free in this world !" the man stated.

"Of course, I'll do that !" Ryuu replied.

"Then from now on you'll help the clan in the collect of information in the underground network to help heroes !" the man stated with a serious face. "After all you are good at sneaking out without being seen right !" he added with a smile as he looked at his son.

Ryuu was dumbound, his father was already aware of what he have done.

'that man is terrifying !' Ryuu thought of his father.

"So you knew ?" Ryuu asked his father.

"Obviousily, I know everything that happen in my house !" the man replied jokkingly.

"So aren't you gonna stop me ?" the boy asked his father.

"No, after all you have aready done a great job in a single night !" the man replied. "You have helped these three men to step out of the darkness !"

Ryuu felt like an idiot, he should have told his father from the start.

"And about the building, there is ruined building not far from here, I'll buy the field and you'll do the rest !" Ryuuga stated. "I'll give you One hundred additional million for the construction !"

"Thank you father !" Ryuu thanked him as he bowed.

Then the talked ended well.

The next day, the three new members arrived at the gate at 5:55 a.m. and were allowed to come in by Hakai.

Then he leaded them in the room where they talked with Ryuu the day before, it has become there meeting room until their new headquarter is built.

"Wait a little moment, the young boss will arrive soon !" Hakai said as he left the room.

After a little wait, Ryuu entered the room in a school uniform.

"Good to see you again !" he began with a smile. "First taje these !" he said as he handed a brooch with the clan's emblem to each one of them.

The emblem was composed by the Kanji of Jiyuu between two crossed katanas.

"From now on put them, they are the proof that you are from our clan !" Ryuu stated.

"Our headquarter will be built soon, when that will be done, you and you'll move to live there !" Ryuu stated.

"You are saying that you'll grant us a place to live ?" the youngest asked.

"Yes, Karui ! The clan is like a family and it's normal to help your family, right ?" Ryuu replied.

"Plus, the Jiyuu clan was created to protect the freedom, we'll help you with your problems like that you'll be free to become someone great that you'll be proud of !" He added.

The three men were in total admiration.

"Now listen carefully !" Ryuu said as his tone changed into a serious one."I have the project to help people like you in the future, and I want you to join me !"

"With the help of the GUY that led you here, we'll helpe people in need and will stop those that use their power in the bad way !" Ryuu stated. "Are you in ?"

The three men looked at each other and noded.

"Yes we're in !" Kurushii stated.

Ryuu smiled seemed like he got allies.

"By the way, what are your actual jobs ?" Ryuu asked.

"I am a removal man !" Ken stated.

"I have no job !" Karui said.

"I am bouncer in a nightclub !" Kurushii said.

"I see, Ken and Kurushii, you'll continue your jobs for now but once the headquarter will be done, you work exclusively for the clan !" Ryuu stated. "And you Karui, you'll be my assistant, you'll be in Hakai's care of now ! He'll train you and teach you all you'll need ! There is a free room that you can use here untill we move !"

"And for your son, I've already talked with the doctor that will take care of him, he'll be fine !" Ryuu stated as he turned toward Ken.

"Thank you very much !" the man replied as he bowed.

"It's nothing, I've already told you that it was normal for a family to help each other !" Ryuu replied.

They all accepted the orders.

After that they talked a little about the project and after some time, Ryuu left for school.

On his way to school, Ryuu passed in front of the ruined building that will be soon their headquarter. He looked at the it and smiled.

"It will began here !" he said as he left the place and went to school.

The courses went normaly.

At the lunch break, he went in the corridor and thought of a way to build the headquarter.

He needed manpower.

He then searched on the net for a construction company.

He found several result but one took his interest, it was a little company but from the testimony of former clients, their work was really good.

Ryuu then took the contact infos of the company.

After school, Ryuu called the company and set a meeting with the headman of the company at the field were the headquarter will be buit.

Some time after Ryuu was arrived at the field, a white van arrive. A man with brown eyes and hairs with a kind looking face came out of the van.

Ryuu went toward him.

"Hello, mister Uraraka !" Ryuu greeted the man.

"Hello mister Jiyuu !" the man replied.

"So this is the field ?" the man asked.

"Yes !" Ryuu simply replied.

They then head in the field to see the place from a better point of view.

"I sent you a plan, did you received it ?" Ryuu asked the man politely.

"Yes, I've received it !" the man replied with a smile.

"And how long do you think it will take ?" Ryuu asked.

The man put his forefinger on his chin and thought while looking at the surrounding.

After some minutes he finally talked.

"I think that it will take nearly ten months !" the man stated.

'One months after UA's entrance exam then !' Ryuu thought as he looked at the ruined building and smile.

"Good, then, when could you start the work ?" Ryuu asked the man.

"We can begin next week !" the man replied.

"Good new, then let's take care of the paperwork !" Ryuu stated.

The man noded and they went out of the field and went in Ryuu's house to fill the documents with Ryuu's father.

After that was done, Mr Uraraka left.

Ryuu called Hitoshi to come to his place for training.

When Hitoshi arrived at the gate, Hakai welcomed him.

"Welcome, mister Hitoshi ! The young master is waiting of you in his room !" Hakai imformed Hitoshi.

Hitoshi thanked him and headed toward Ryuu's room.

He knocked at the door and Ryuu opened it to let him in.

Once he was inside, Ryuu showed him something in his computer.

The title was 'C-project'.

"What is this project ?" Hitoshi asked.

"Something that will help many people !" Ryuu answered.

"And what do you want me to do in the project ?" Hitoshi asked curiously.

"Well, It's simple, you'll be a hero and we'll help you from the shadow !" Ryuu stated. "Heroes can't save everyone, and sometimes, they are restricted at the point that they aren't allowed help people that they could have helped !"

Hitoshi thought at his statement and realized that it was true, noone is able to save every single person in the world that need help but there are some cases where those in position to help are held by rules that restrain them.

Evil spreads through the inaction of good people after all.

"So that's why you don't want to become a hero ?" Hitoshi asked him.

"Yes, it is !" Ryuu replied.

After a little moment of thinking Hitoshi sighed and replied.

"I am in !" He replied.

Ryuu smiled at hearing Hitoshi's answer.

"But for now our main goal is to get into UA, so it's time for training !'" Ryuu stated.

A few moments later,

Hitoshi.was on the floor covered of sweat and breathing heavily.

"Come on man, I didn't even hit you !" Ryuu said to the purple haired boy who was out of stamina.

"You say that but I wasn't even able to touch you !" Hitoshi replied between some gasping.

The training consisted in Hitoshi trying to land a hit on Ryuu when he was trying to evade all of blows.

But Ryuu was too fast for Hitoshi.

"Well, you need to raise you stamina and.your speed if you want to get into UA's hero course !" Ryuu stated.

After hearing these words, Hitoshi rose from the ground and took a fighting stance.

"Let's continue !" He stated with eyes full of determination and a big smile.

He was determinate to become a hero and was rrady to do his best, but… ten minutes later, he was in the state than earlier.

"I…give …up !" he whispered as he was laying on the floor.

After some time Hitoshi head home with a tired look.

The 'C-group' was about to rise in the shadow, the five first members were gathered.

"This will be fun !" Ryuu said with a grin as he added the name of his friend in the allies' square.

"The C-project is in progress".
