Chapter# 18 Raiding The Base

I rushed back from the party in California, and came back, made a gang, was about to complete the plan. But it had to be postponed because of my Aran, because he got my secrets and as an extreme law abiding citizen, I am sure he wanted to come here and tell everything. I kidnapped him and he is still in his base."

After listening to this comment, Harris went straight to the head of department asking him the permission to raid the base because of the danger to Aran's life and was given orders to complete the preparation as fast as he can and to halt the questioning from Chris.

After three days, Harris was standing outside of the gang base with 23 officers and a helicopter circling the base. They went straight inside with Chris's injured body in front of them. After seeing Chris in an injured state, a person called out in a microphone that only three officers would be allowed inside and no more, and that they must bring Chris with them or they will resort to violence and will not allow to enter.

Police accepted these conditions, and Harris entered with two of his officers with Chris. They took Chris to their infirmary immediately. They were led to Aran's room and were led inside. Harris asked the officers to stay out and went inside himself after knocking.

Aran's office:

After getting inside, Harris gave Aran a hug immediately and told him not to worry. Then asked if he knew a way to get out. And to draw him a map of the base as much as he knew. The map included the basement enterance and whatever was inside it but not much to it.

Harris said that they might want to trade Chris for you. He asked Chris about what he should do, to which Harris's amazement Aran replied that he should never do it. For Aran was living peacefully here rather than Chris.

And then he told Harris everything about the talk with Chris while he was here. Harris listened silently and caught all the lies from Chris while in torture cell.

Harris then went back to the base front and asked them to give Chris back and was asked to wait outside of the room. After a little while, Harris got curious and peeked inside the room.

Harris saw Chris lying on th bed with no one around. He tried to open the door but found it locked. He fired two rounds on the door lock to open it and rushed inside. He found nobody in the room other than the body on the bed. He removed the sheets and found Chris's dead body.
