"JAIMIE, GET THE SHOWER RUNNING ON COLD ONLY. SHE'S CHANGING NOW!!" HURRY, IT" S NOT A NORMAL SHIFT!!!" Jamie bolted to the bathroom. "Listen, (she was scared, being scared out of her brain was making everything else worse for her) you don't know what's going, but I do, keep an open mind for, and I'll explain everything later" She nodded her. "I need you to calm down first, focus on my touch. It will dull the pain. I know it hurts, but you got to look past it" Using the alpha powers, I eased the pain as much as I could. I dropped to my knees from the pain. My body is ten times worse than when I first shifted. If I'm only dealing with a slight bit of her pain, I can't think of what she's feeling now. Clenching my fist, I stood back up.

Slowly I moved my hand under her legs and headed, pulling her into my chest. I picked her and moved her into the bathroom. Her breathing was shallow, but it was the only cause of the pain. I wasn't too concerned her heartbeat was still beating strong. I stepped under the shower with her still in my arms. I placed it in my lap as I sat on the floor. Steam began to rise from her body as the cold evaporated instantly from touching her skin. Hissing from the pain, she eventually began to cool down. The pain and heat becoming too much for her. She passed out.

Sitting there for five hours, her body began to change. I laid her down, stepping away. Knowing that if she were in my arms, her wolf would become protective, mate or not, she would kill or try to kill me in an instant. It was different than a normal shift as she changed her skin light on fire. It started at her hands, then her feet. This bright blue flame became brighter and bigger as it ate her skin away. What was once hands are now paws. The blue flue engulfed her whole body. You could hear her agonizing scream as her spine broken bit by bit. Shattering every bone in her body. Then it began to change from a normal human body to one of a wolf.

What stood before me was no ordinary wolf, but she was beautiful. Pure white, almost like her hair was made out of diamonds itself. But what was she? I've never heard of a wolf her breed before. "I am a god, young Alpha," I flinched with a melodic voice in my head. "Who are you?" My voice was steel. "Don't worry. I have no matter to harm your pack. In fact, you will be protected at all times. There is a reason why you are this girl's mate."

"Why are you controlling her? Where is Anna's wolf."

The god giggled, laughing at my frantic demeanor. "If you fret like that all the time, everyone will take you for the week, and I am her wolf" "Are you not pleased?" She began to scowl.

"No, why did she not know of you? And why is she only turning now" I was angry my mate has no clue who she is. The god looked defeated. "I have been with her since the age of 5 stuck in the back of her mind. I was going to voice myself to her when she was sixteen, but something had happened. I did not want to scare the poor girl more than what she had already been through." "What happened?" I was ready for a fight. "Alas, it is something I can not tell you." Clenching my fist, holding myself back, understanding the god's way. "What is your name, I must know since you are a part of her?" She became happier a little bit.

"Most of our kind call me seline, but my true name is Diana, God of the moon" Diana stood tall with pride. I was impressed, that was for sure.

"How come she has only shifted now?" Curiosity finally getting the better of me

"I could only let her shift knowing she was with her mate. Many people know of me. Good and bad, unfortunately, most are bad." "Running for a while, showing her where she can and can't go, but her instincts did a lot of that to…I was glad when we came upon your beta. I had commanded his wolf to stay and protect us, there is only so much Anna and I can do together without alerting everyone of her powers."

"Whose is after her? Why are you here now after all these years?"

"I have been around for many years; my last human was killed before she could live life. Too many had failed to live, let alone become to know who they of age…Over time I began to sit by and let their life's going on without a worry in the world…This time I couldn't! There are people after me knowing the power I hold wanting it for themselves, and another who wants what is not his, but he will claim anyway" Diana spoke the afraid I was, not for my pack or me but her and Anna.

"I must go now; Anna has become weak and needs to rest for 3 days. She will not but do not fret. She will be fine" There, Anna laid in front of me on the bathroom floor naked. "Turn your back and leave now!" I turned to Jaimie growing protective of him seeing my naked mate. The decision was final. She was coming home with me.

"Organize for all her personnel to be collected and delivered, make sure to let her boss know she isn't coming back." Walking past Jaimie with a towel wrapped around Anna, I laid her on the couch as I called for a soldier to come to get us. Finally, in due time, Anna and I were in the car heading home to the packhouse.
