The hand inside his black sleeves tightened. Changyi's face sank and walked out of the screen. He did not answer her, but waved his hand and sealed her in.

"Hey!" Ji Yunhe followed him.

"Answer me!"

She stopped at the seal but kept shouting while Changyi did not pay the slightest attention to her.

After yelling for a while, Ji Yunhe grew tired and sat on the bed to ponder. Fortunately, she was dying. If he could remarry then it would not be a big deal. The only thing that worried her was his jiaoren brain might not be very flexible. If they had a rule that did not allow remarriage, with their lifespan, he would have to be alone for a very, very long time. Their people could not be this stupid… could they? She laid in the bed and worried for a while then fell asleep.

She had been extra sleepy lately. Kongming said it was because her body was growing weaker. Ji Yunhe believed so too. But after dreaming of the woman in white three times, she started to feel that it was not as simple as it seemed. Tonight, it was the fourth time...

And this time it appeared a little different. Ji Yunhe felt the wind at the bottom of her feet carrying her to the woman.

That woman's face was always hidden behind a layer of clouds, so Ji Yunhe could not really see her.

"It was you who blocked my way to heaven the other day," Ji Yunhe asked her while standing in the wind.

"What are you and why do you keep appearing in my dreams?"

"I want you to do me a favor." The woman's voice came from the wind and was broken and faint.

"I don't even know who you are, why should I do you a favor?"

"I am..." Her words were partly obscured.

"Help me... jade… phoenix..."

Ji Yunhe leaned her ears over as much as she could, trying hard to make out what the woman was saying, but the wind overpowered her voice. Ji Yunhe could only gather bits and pieces. Then the support under her feet disappeared and Ji Yunhe fell again. She woke up to a startled maid who was covering her with a blanket.

One maid was covering her with a blanket, another was cleaning up her dinner plate, and a third was closing the window that had been opened to let in some air. Ji Yunhe vaguely remembered the day she burned charcoal to kill herself, she also woke up to the open window. She noted this down.

"I'm not going back to sleep, you don't need to cover me with a blanket."

Then the sound of a familiar voice came from the front of the screen. "I heard her, she said she's not going back to sleep. You let the monk come see her, why won't you trust the doctor that I bring? My doctor can cure people too!"

Changyi's low voice scolded, "Stop making so much noise."

"Mmm..." the woman immediately whimpered and closed her mouth in fear. Ji Yunhe looked at the screen and saw three shadows, Changyi who was sitting down and two women standing before him.

Changyi had temporarily dismissed the seal to let the maids in. Ji Yunhe walked to the screen, leaned against it, and smiled at the frightened Luo Jinsang.

"Little girl, long time no see."

Changyi glanced at Ji Yunhe, but did not say anything. He seemed to have allowed her to meet with Luo Jinsang. When Luo Jinsang turned her head, her almond eyes instantly turned red, and tears began to fall.

"Yunhe... Yun, Yunhe..."

She took two steps forward then stopped and covered her mouth.

"How did you... how did you get so thin..."

Seeing her cry, Ji Yunhe also grew emotional. But she maintained her smile.

"Skinny is fashionable."

Changyi raised the paperwork in his hand and said, "If you guys want to talk, go inside."

He allowed the two to interact. Luo Jinsang immediately ran up and wrapped her arms around Ji Yunhe in a bearhug. But upon touching Ji Yunhe's back, her hands rubbed up and down a bit and she cried out even harder.

"How did you lose so much weight... How..."

She repeated these words over and over again, too upset to think of anything else to say. Ji Yunhe patted her on the back to comfort her.

"You are a big girl now, stop acting like a little kid." Luo Jinsang kept crying nonstop. Then a green dressed woman came over and sighed while rubbing her ears.

"I know right, so shrill." Ji Yunhe looked at this woman and froze.

"Jade… phoenix." Qing Ji laughed and said,

"Yes, I'm that bird."

Ji Yunhe felt a moment of daze. She had just dreamed of Qing Ji, and she immediately appeared. This could not be a coincidence.
