Chapter 25 Pain

"What did you just say?" Susan was stunned.

"Mom, I don't like to see you living with other men. I don't like Yaron, don't like Lana, and don't like who you are now. Please leave Yaron, okay?"

At the other end of the phone, Susan was silent for a long time.

Nelly said uneasily, "Mom..."

"Your dad is gone." Susan's voice was very calm. "I lived with him for more than 20 years, but before he left, he didn't even leave a single word to me."
