CHAPTER 1: CATASTROPHE

Year 2300 when a worldwide phenomenon occurred. All living beings big and small heard the sound of destruction. A never recorded catastrophe occurred that mankind's technology and knowledge never predicted as it came to their life in just a blink of an eye. The sound of thunder booming buzz through their ears. The world plunge into the darkness and this phenomenon was then known as the Mana catastrophe.

Animals begun to change; some revert to their ancestral form while others deviated to their origin thus creating a new species. But most of all they begun to possess elemental powers. The people around the world were shocked. Some piss their pants as they saw their cute cats and dogs became a monster drooling with saliva looking at them with greed like a hungry lion meeting its prey.

Tame and wild animals begun to ran amuck around the world. They became monsters ripping and eating what comes their way. And in that year the world population greatly suffered as it wiped out almost 80% of humanity. Portal also appeared and monsters begun pouring out of it. Due to that unexpected day rules were broken and everything was in disorder. Beasts or monsters begun to hunt humans as their prey.

Some do it for fun looking at their eyes full of despair, and with that mankind finally meets their sole enemy. They fought but the enemy was numbered in billions. Their nuclear was cannot be used but their guns and grenades are not enough to stop the invading monsters.

Werewolves with vampires who mankind taught was a myth fought with the enemy. Because of their bloodline and the change of the world, their powers were multiplied. At first, they succeeded in acquiring areas for people to live but with time their casualties began to rise and they failed to protect some of their kin and people.

Monsters also begun to enjoy their food for months until a human took their life. He fought them with his fist alone tearing and punching hole into his enemy. This change not only happen in a single place but all over the world. Mankind begun to mutate changing and reverting back to their human form just like a werewolf. They began to have the power of various beasts.

Martial artist who devoted their entire lives was the first to notice the change in their strength as their old wounds began to heal and they felt rejuvenated as if they were young while others said that they encountered an altar where pictures of beast can be seen. They did not know where it came from but at least they are thankful for they have the chance to avenge their family, friends, and comrades who died in battle.

They entered the place and there stood in front of them images of beast and mythical creatures. They were also given a chance to experience their trial in order to complete their change and the price for failing the second is an injury which is not fatal but for the 3rd time was death. As the number of tries continue, the harder the challenge would be would it be. They could also choose the difficulty for their challenge as the harder it is the greater their change and power.

A group of ten men entered the place but only one of them emerged and he told them their experience. That his friends were in jubilation to finally have a power and choose the harder trial which would results to stronger beast souls like dragon, phoenix and other mythical creatures. Their tries were wasted because of it and as expected they failed. And for their last time they choose the easy one that would result to ordinary animals like crow or dog and monkey but they all failed for they are already exhausted and their confidence was broken. But he the cowardly one and the last chooses the normal trial which results to an ant and although his beast soul is weaker, he knows his advantage as he is an insect fanatic.

He was rewarded the fastest ant on planet. As he changes to his beast form, he felt the powers coursing to his body. He fought with the monsters that killed his family and saved countless people for years. He was also regarded as a hero but his reign was ended when a stronger monster occurred with a greater intelligence unlike before and completely ate him.

His story and experience were recorded in the book of heroes that was passed down to the future generations. He was also titled as the First Evolver. After he disappeared countless heroes also appeared as if they were bidding their time to shine. Some possess the power of illusion, create fire or ice, and many more unique and never heard of powers.

Mankind begun to fought back intensely after discovering that place. Their beasts' forms were also divided into further levels from Beast Physique, Semi transformation, Beast Form, Beast King and the fabled realm called Godhood each level has also 9 sublevels.

They took 100 years of fighting in order to stand in front of their enemy. It is also in that war humanity knew that they had no chance to win but still they fought with their lives hoping that they could ease the burden on the future generations. In the end, almost all of them was annihilated.

The million elite troops with their 4-king class Beast King named ice tyrant(tiger), fire monarch (phoenix), drunken master(dragon), moving fortress(turtle) and many other warriors was destroyed but they succeeded in buying time.

In that fight they also experience the power of the ruler of all beasts which invited them to switch by his side and cause them to burn their life in order to increase the number of enemy casualties rather than betraying humanity. Their story was spread and recorded in books or by the government who monitored the war but no one knew what they see.

This war will be regarded as the humanity's sacrifice for their future generations.

Heroes who survived the war then proposed to create the world's superhuman Organization Instead of having their own organization selflessly and just create a branch of the said organization to a country. This was to help people became united and have faster technological breakthrough and reconnaissance to defend against the invaders.

(PRESENT TIME 165 YEARS AFTER THE EVENT UNFOLDED)

"Welcome to my channel and today I'm about to show you the worlds superhuman university or WSU for short the school which I'm about to attend" I said to my phone while there are countless of people watching me as if I was a clown. Which is I'm not because this is my way to earn money as I'm an orphan and don't have a relative to spend some money on me.

I turn off my phone after a couple of minutes of recording and if you are wondering who am I let me introduce myself. I'm Alexander Maximus, 16 and welcome to planet Gaia. That's right I'm not on earth because I reincarnated. I stood there blankly with wide eyes as her beauty struck my soul. She is beautiful. That's the only word that pops up my mind. And before I lost my head because of some wannabe boyfriends of her I decided to focus for the incoming trial.

Alexander stood at the trial's door listening to the speaker about how to choose properly and before he dies out of boredom it was finally finish. Countless sons and daughters of famous politician and superhumans stood there with the other people's children to participate the trial.

As his name was called, he quickly walks to the platform and reach out his hand to the portal and before he knew it his environment change. He was standing on a huge hall where he saw other participants and most of all pictures and sculptures animals and mythical creatures. A hologram suddenly pops up and urge him to choose whether to enter the normal or the harder trial. He chooses the harder one and choose to suffer as he trusts his overwhelming instinct or intuition who saved his life countless of times in his last life who he still currently had. A second before he decided to choose his gut feeling directly warn him a danger to his head.

He crossed his arms above his head to defend as a strong punch suddenly hit him, he knew that he can't win as the other party is greater in number. As he was being beat up a name pops up to his mind but before he confirmed it, he saw a glimpse of his attacker and he is correct.
