Chapter 8

Raven still look at the boss monster corpse and feel anxious, he didn't know why but he feel something is wrong with the boss monster.

Red rose and andre approach raven. "Raven, thank you for defeating the boss." She thank him for defeating the boss monster, If raven isn't here she know they will lose against the boss monster.

Raven didn't turn around and still looking at the corpse, red rose and andre confuse looking at raven set his eyes on the boss monster corpse.

"Um, hunter raven, is there something wrong?" Andre asked.

Raven turned around to the two of them. "Why... is this boss of an epic rank tower is easy to defeat?" He feels strange looking at the boss monster's strength, he already go to some S-Rank towers and cleared them. They have strong boss monsters and hard to kill but this one is not like the previous boss monster he faced.

Red rose and andre look at each other. "Maybe you got stronger?" Red rose said.

"I doubt that. The tower I cleared some time ago was also S-Rank. The tower I cleared some time ago was also S-Rank." Raven didn't believe this boss monster was this easy to kill.

The corpse suddenly moved catching the attention of the three along with ashmond look away from his screen and robert with his sword looking at the corpse.

Suddenly sharp pointed appeared behind armand's cape quickly catch attention of raven and robert, armand's body float and glowed illuminating around the chamber.

"KYAA?!"

"WHAT THE HECK?"

All the hunters are shocked white light suddenly appear illuminate the whole chamber making them covering their eyes.

"How could thos happen? Didn't we defeat the boss already?!" Andre shout, he didn't expect this kind of thing will happen after they defeat the boss.

"No way...!"Raven look at the boss in disbelief. "A fake boss...?" He never expect this kind of thing will happen nor he had never seen or heard something like this.

Armand's body still glowing, suddenly there is a person wearing a blue cloak with a hoodie covering his whole body and face.

[WARNING!]

[New boss monster have appeared!]

Ashmond look at the system shocked and afraid, he didn't expect the boss he defeated just spawn another new boss.

'Shit, what kind of nonsense is this! Shouldn't we get out of the tower after we defeated the boss, why suddenly a new boss appeared, a strong one at that!' Ashmond look at the new boss causing him to have drop of sweat and tremble, he just got level up and good rewards... but suddenly there is a new obstacle blocking his way to live and become the strongest, he also not yet either get rose falling in love with him.

"Duke armand... why did you have to die on my stead?" The cloak floating man said to the dead armand.

"Why won't you... leave us alone?" The cloack person revealed to be a handsome man with white hair and blue eyes, he look at them with sad face.

"Thw true boss has shown up." Robert look at the cloack man.

Huge and wide magic blue circle appeared behind the cloack man along with the sudden appereance of many blue magic circles above ceiling.

Raven drop of sweat and feel danger looking at many magic circles all over the ceiling. "Everybody, get away from the magic circles!" He shout to the hunters warning them about the magic circles.

The hunters are avoiding the magic circles but red rose look intently at the magic circle. "Andre!" Red rose shout caght andre's attention.

"What is it, leader? Andre ask.

"I want you to take care of the others, I have something to do." She shouted to her vice guild before running to the one of the magic circle.

"Wh-What! Wait, red rose!" Andre reach shout his leader and strtch out his hand but can't stop her.

Red rose ran to the near magic circle. "I never expected this would happen, I've been waiting for this moment the whole time!"

"Hunter red rose!? What–" Raven sweat is surprise of red rose action running to the magic circle.

Red rose make a drop of sweat looking at the magic circle, she began to jump below the magic circle covering her in blue and make her slowly disappear in the flash.

Red rose shocked to see red rose dissapear. "Shit!" He began ran to one of the magic circle to follow red rose, he begin to dissapear the same process just like red rose after he appear below the magic circle.

Ashmond and robet follow suit dissapeared from the chamber leaving the only remaining hunters in the chamber.

Red rose is unconciousness on the floor, she begin to open her eyes and get up look at her sorrounding. She get up walk towards the beautiful white temple with an angel statue and a cross.

She begin to smile with open mouth. "I did it!!" She raised her hand with clenched fists. "I never thought this would happen, My luck is really good."

"UGH!!"

'....ugh!" She heard a voice and look below her, she just step a body and the body belongs to ashmond. Ahsmond began to move because someone is step on him, he is angry and began look around then look up to see red rose.

Ashmond's anger began to dissapear replaced with smile. "Can you get off of me, please?"

"Why-Why are you..." red rose startled to see ahsmond on the floor.

Raven who is unconsciousness across them began to wake up and open his eyes, he began to sit up and held his head because he was dizzy.

He began to look around. "What is this place...?" He look at the temple. Red rose surprise to see raven across them. "What the fuck!"

Meanwhile robert already wake up before the three of them, he is hiding behind one of the pillars of the temple and use his stealth ability.

Raven and ashmond began waiting for red rose explanation while red rose is nervous looking the thwo hunters. "Come on, we are waiting." Raven wants to know red rose action.

"I'm sorry..." red rose said with her apologatic face.

"The warp magic teleported the two of you along with me..." red rose said. "As an apology, just this once I'll give you two more drops than you receive..."

'More drops than we receive... that's great.' Ashmond is happy on the inside, he didn't know how lucky he is getting more drop loots that the other hunters. 'Following red rose is the best decision.'

Raven didn't care about the extra drop loots and begin to look around. "Nevermind that, where exactly is this place?"

"This is the temple of Liberty." Red rose explained what place they are right now. "You can only teleport here when the true boss appeares."

"How did you know about this place?" Raven ask, he is intrigued of how red rose get to know this place exist.

"I know about this place because I bought them from the raiders for a high price." Red rose said, she tells them how she know about this temple and raven understand how she knows about this place.

"Wait... is that why you chose to pick this tower?" Raven said, red rose blushed and embarrased. "Y-Yeah, that is the other reason why I choose this tower to raid."

'The Raiders?' Ashmond heard red rose said about the raiders became interested, he never heard or know about the raiders before. "Wait, who are the raiders?"

Raven and red rose look at ashmond, shocked and confused. "You don't know about the raiders?" Red rose is shocked to hear ashmond didn't know anything about the raiders.

"How come you didn't know them? This information is common among the hunters even the civilians know." Raven said to ashmond.

"Well..." ashmond began to work his mind fast so he can come up with a lie. "I'm new to the world of hunters... so I didn't know and not search very deeper to the world of hunters, so I didn't know anything." He hope they bought his lie.

Red rose nodded his head and raven give ashmond a look before he nodded, ashmond sigh in relief they bought his lie and red rose began explain to ashmond what is The Raiders.

Robert heard what red rose said, he know about The raider. The raiders are the people or hunters who gather secret informations about secret locations, lost histories, temples, dungeons, towers, artifacts, treasures, etc. Basicly they are people that gather valuable informations in exchange for money, items or good deals, they also have their own guild.

This guild is international and expand all over the earth, they have lots of valuable information and secrets that The hunter association and many guilds have not obtained or didn't have knowledge about.

That is why many guilds even high ranking ones make many deals and mantain good relationship with the raider guild, they can't attack the raider guild or their members because they have protections from many guilds and hunter association.

The raider guild have some S-Rank hunters and Five SS-Rank hunters on their side, their guild leader said to be an SSS-Rank hunter.

Ashmond held his chin, he is interested on the raiders. 'Interesting, looks like I have got to go to the raider guild.' He thought of getting to go to raider's guild after get out of the tower to buy information so he can get much stronger.

"Based on the fact that you knew this place existed because the information you got from the raider guild, does this place have a rare treasure?" Raven look around intirgued because place hidden like this must have secrets or rare treasures.

Ashmond who heard raven said rare treasure smiling excited and have starry eyes. 'If this place have rare treasures I must get it.' He can't wait to find the treasure of this place and use it for himself.

"No!" Red rose said, she raised her hand with her finger. "There are towers and dungeons that have secret places like this, they have treasures or something valuable but not in this tower because something much more than that!"

"Right over there, the entire temple! Data on every monster is inside of this temple!" She reffering to the entire place they just teleported.

"Looking at the design and structure of the building, you can understand the climate and culture they lived in. We can also understand their origin and were curious about their existance just like we are!" Red rose approaching the paintings on the wall on her left.

"So, you can see, we can search for the history of the monsters here!" She began to inspect and analyze the paintings on the wall.

"Wait a minute, I have a question." Ashmond said, getting the attention of the two. "So you put your life and other hunters to raid this tower because for that reason?" Ashmond see this kind of thing search for secret places like this seems useless.

"What do you mean 'just for that reason'? It's a precious piece of history." Red rose look at ashmond and shout at him make him startled. "Finding a tower or a dungeon with this much data is as hard as plucking a star from the sky!"

"If I gather this information, I can be one of those people who have found secret places like this and found it's secrets." Red rose began to inspect and analyze again with the paintings on the wall.

Robert who heard what red rose said is true, finding an origin about the boss monster in secret places in the tower and dungeon is valuable, they can know the origin of the boss monster. You can also become of the hunters who search secret places like and became archeologist although there are not many hunters who are archeologist out there because they mostly find secret places like this for rare treasure or valuable items not finding the origin of the boss monster.

Raven understand red rose intentions while ashmond became dissapointed because there are no treasures here. 'Damn! I following her to this place is a waste because there are no treasures here, this place is useless.' Ashmond curse himself following red rose to this kind of olace because this secret place didn't have any rare treasures.

Ashmond look at red rose who is analyzing the painting wall. 'At least I am with her.' He throw away all those angry toughts and look at red rose.

"Come and check this wall. A biography is drawn here." Red rose touch the painting wall, ashmond and raven approach her. "What is it?" Raven ask.

"It seems to be the story of this tower's world. The story of the boss of the Tower Of Liberty, that is." They look at the painted wall where there is a giant golden circle with a man at the center.

The man is wearing a blue robe with golden stripes on his robe, he has blue skin, pointed ears, long white hair to his shouder, blue eyes and holding a golden staff. He was looked and worship by six people wearing black robe outside of the golden circle.
