The Rose guild began to split the loots equally to the hunters, after receiving their rewards all the hunters began to go home to rest and recover.
Robert arrive at his apartment take a shower put on hi chlotes and fall on the bed. 'What a day!' He never thought there will be a hidden strong boss in the tower, an SS-Rank too.
He take out the the blue orb from his inventory, he inspect the orb and feel the mana came from the orb. This is the boss core, the boss core will appeared after you defeated the boss of the tower or dungeon.
You can use the boss core to craft an item or sell them to the hunter association or guild, the boss core can also put on the auction so you can get more money.
'Never would thought in my first day of raid, I will get my hands on this boss core.' Robert put back the orb in his inventory.
[Congratulations! You got the core of valkor, the boss of The Tower of Liberty.]
[Congratulations! You have success plundering 10.000 luck from the protagonist.]
Robert see the system. 'Success plundering 10.000 luck from portagonist?' Robert is confused then wide eyed, he realize what the system mean.
He look at the boss core in his inventory. 'Wait... does that mean this boss core was supposed to be in the hand of ashmond?'
"Ava, what will happen now that I get the boss core that should be in the hand of the mc not me?" Robert ask.
[It's simple, the mc luck will reduce to zero.]
"What happen If the mc luck is zero." Robert said.
[You can kill him.]
"I thought I can't kill the main characters that are all over the world." Robert askz stunned.
[You can't kill the main characters IF they have luck but if their luck is zero you can kill them because If you kill them when their luck is not zero the will world will do antything so the main characters can live.]
Robert is surprise he can kill the main characters because he know from the beggining killing the main characters will trigger catastrophes and the will of the world will do whatever it takes so the main characters can live because the main cahracters are the childs of luck or the childrens of heaven, so they can't die or hard to die.
Now he has a chance to kill the main characters all over the world but he needs to plunder their luck to zero so he can kill them. This world is the combination of many different novels and games so there should be many main characters in different locations all over the planet earth.
'This should be good.' He can't wait to plunder all main characters luck and oppurtunity so he can kill them, after he absorbed and understand the new information he got from the system he began to sleep.
The Rose Guild
The rose hunters arrive at their own guild after splitting the rewards with the other hunters that help them clear the tower, they began to recover the members who join the raid using healers and potions.
Red rose sitting at her office with andre on her opposite facing each other, she wants to discuss what happen with the other hunters while she was gone.
"Andre, tell me what happen while I was gone?" Red rose ask.
"Well... nothing much happen, after you were gone all the magic circles began to dissapear and we just stayed at the chamber collecting the loots in the boss chamber." Andre said.
"And then?" Red rose said, telling andre to continue his story.
"And then we just wait until you or a portal appeared because we can't get out of the tower, after we wait for who knows how long a portal appeared leading us out of the tower and the rest is we meet you with the ither two hunters." Andre said
Red rose leaned back and folded her arms, she is glad that nothing happened to the members of her guild. "Um... sophia, can I ask you a question?" Sophia look at andre asking her.
Sophia Hansley, the real name of hunter Red Rose. Andre and sophia speak with their real names when they are not hunters, hunters can use or tell their real name when they are not hunter. Many hunters who use code name have reveal their real names and can be found this information in the internet but some hunters wants to remain using their code name and not reveal their real names.
"What is it?" Sophia ask.
"What happen to you with those two other hunters after you three got caught with the magic circles?" Andre ask, curious.
"First of all I was transported to the temple of the tower along with ashmond and Raven." Sophia said.
Andre listen to her guild leader and stunned, he didn't expect there is a temple in the tower that means there is a secret place inside the tower. "A temple... how did you know there is a temple in the tower?" Andre ask.
"I bought this information with the raiders because I was curious of the history of the tower if possible obtaining treasures." Sophia said, her first priority is to obtain the history of the tower and the second is obtaining the treasure of the tower.
Andre understand red rose intention, obtaining the history of the secret place in the tower will make you quite famous among the historicals community as they want to buy the information so they can study it.
While the hunters, they will make the hunters sell the treasures they obtained from the secret place, they also will demand or grab the treasures with force If they aren't willing to give it to them. They can also steal it if they want, those actions usually come from strong and famous hunters, famous guilds, and rich people but there are also hunters who grab the treasure from the other hunters safely If they have the opportunity. This is the greed of humanity that can't be helped and can't be avoid.
Andre is shocked ahsmond got transported to the secret place with red rose but he is confuse of the name raven. 'Raven... where have I heard that name before?' Andre held his chin with his hand and began to think of the famiiliar name raven.
"Sophia, who is this hunter raven? I think I have heard this name before." Andre ask, he can't remember the name of hunter raven in his memory but he heard that name before.
"Hunter raven is one of the rising star hunter rookie and one of the youngest among the S-Rankers, he is also a mage swordsman and the appreantice of an SSS-Rank hunter." Sophia said.
Andre now remember who he is, raven have becoming hot topic of the conversation among the hunter world for the last two years. He heard many strong hunters or guilds wants to take him but he already got taken by an SSS-Ranker and make him as that ranker's appreantice.
"So what happen to three of you at that secret place?" Andre ask, he is curious If red rose gota treasure so It can make their guild more stronger and make more benefit for them.
"unfortunately, no. There is only a temple and the history of the tower in the secret place." Sophia shook her head, andre is dissapointed there isn't any treasure in that temple.
"But..." Sophia stop for a second, andre perked up waiting red rose to continue.
"Me, ashmond, and andre found the history of the tower and fight the real boss of the tower." Sophia said.
Andre is shocked hearing them fighting the real boss of the tower not finding the history of the tower. "The real boss of the tower, are you serious?"
"Yes and the real boss tower name is valkor." Sophia said.
"Valkor?" Andre ask, raised his eyebrow.
"Yes, that's the name of the real boss of the tower from the murals in the temple." Sophia said.
Andre process what red rose just said about the real boss name. "Then, what happened next?" Andre ask.
Sophia put her serious face and andre swallowed his saliva. "After we met the real boss of the tower, he teleported us to a chamber and put us in illusion. We successfully breaking each of our illusion and try to find our way out of the chamber."
Andre listen carefully and pay attention to every single word she said. "Suddenly appeared a black humanoid monster with two swords attacking us." Sophia said.
"A black humanoid monster with two swords?" Andre ask, raised his eyebrow.
"Yes." Sophia nod. "This black humanoid monster from our assumption is summoned by valkor, this monster have high resistance to physical and magical attack not to mention that monster is fast and good with his dual swordsmanship."
Andre listen to red rose describing the monster she fight with ashmond and raven in the chamber, from what she said it this monster seems like a formidable opponent. "What rank would you give to this monster after you fought with the monster?" Andre said.
"From my experience fighting the monster, I would say... probably an S-Rank." Sophia said.
Andre stunned, an S-Rank monster is difficult to kill but then he remember about the real boss monster. "Is this monster the real boss monster of the tower the three of you fought?" He is curious because many hunters nd S-Rankers are dead raiding this tower before them.
When she said this monster is S-Rank andre become stunned, they already fought an S-Rank monster in the chamber then another one pop out in the secret place. He is suspicious If the monster red rose fought is the real boss monster and the rank is the same as the one in the chamber, why would the hunters before them failed raiding the Liberty tower.
"No, the monster we fought isn't the real boss." Sophia said. "Valkor is much more stronger than the humanoid monster we've fought."
"What!" Andre shout, he jaw drop and wide eyed. "Then... how strong is valkor?"
"From the power and maguc he emits... he is an SS-Rank monster." Sophia said.
Andre is stunned and wide eyed, he know an SS-Rank monster is rare to be found and very hard to defeat. If you wajt to defeat an SS-Rank monster you must fought with the same rank as the monster or with high skill and abilities.
He didn't know how many surprises he got today, from hunter raven joining thier raid, entering the secret place, and the emergence of the valkor the real boss of the tower who is an SS-Rank monster.
"Then..." andre swallowed his saliva. "Do the three of you defeat valkor?"
"No." Sophis shook her head. "Valkor is already dead when we defeat the monster and arrive at the temple."
"What?!" Andre shout, he is stunned to hear the real boss of the tower is dead. "But that's impposible, if the three of you are fighting valkor's summoning monster, then how the hell he is dead?" Andre said, he didn't believe valkor just die out of knowhere.
"That's where something is odd. "Red rose said, she also surprise hearing valkor is dead."When we defeat the humanoid black monster the space crack at the front wall leading use back to the temple. After we arrive at the temple valkor was knowhere to be found, we assume he just hiding so he can sneak attack us but raven said If there is no boss here, that means that the boss is already dead. I want to rebuke his claimed about valkor is dead but suddenly a portal showed up leading us out of the tower."
Andre still in disbelief to hear suddenly valkor just die even after what red rose just said. "Then how the fuck did he die?"
"We still don't know how valkor just die but..." red rose look at andre in the eye. "Valkor boss core is missing."
Andre is shocked and jaw drop. "W-Wait, did you just say, valkor's boss monster isn't there?" He can't belive valkor's core isn't knowhere to be found, usually after the boss monster is dead, a boss core will pop out of the boss monster after they defeat the boss monster.
Now a boss monster just die but the core was knowhere to be found, that's absolutely impposible and nobody would believe it, even the people who spread that kind of information and already spread all over the internet it will be ignored.
The core boss is one of the precious material that can be use to craft high quality equipment, the core boss with low mana at least cost hundreds of millions of dollars.
"If that's the case, who kill him?" Andre said, he can't think of a possibility valkor just die on his own, there must be something that kill him.
"I don't know but... I know this is just theory but I think someone kill valkor when me, ashmond and raven at the chamber." Sophia said.
Andre perked up by sophia words. "Someone kill valkor..." andre look at sophia in the eye. "You mean, there is a hunter who killed him?" Andre said.
"Like I said It's just a theory even there is a hunter who get teleported to the secret place as the three of us, me or raven already notice." Sophia said.
Sophia and andre began to continue their chat about the condition of the hunters, their resources, their money and other things regarding The Rose guild. Sophia also plan to recruit ashmond in to her guild because a hunter with a special class is very rare to found and nobody know he has special class except for sophia, andre and raven, so she will use this opportunity to get him joining her guild.
Raven is at his two story luxurious house with pool, he takes a shower after he got home, wear chlotes, goes to bedroom and fell into bed. He recall his memory about today's raid from ashmond special class, discovering secret place, the appereance of an SS-Rank monster, and fight an S-Rank monster.
He really can forget about today's raid. 'What a troublesome day.' He massage his temple.
He begin to grab his phone and search for someone's phone number, after he found the person he wants to call he began to dial the phone number.
"Hello?" The person he dial picked up and answer him.
"Hello master." Raven said with respectful tone. "There's something I want to tell you about my raid today in the Tower of Liberty." The person raven called is his master, the SSS-Rank hunter.
Meanwhile ahsmond is at home talking and checking his system, he is mad about the failure of the quest defeating valkor and the loss of his reward.
