Chapter 2 Nicole's POV

I run out of the bathroom ready to talk to Michael about everything i just learned. As i round the corner of our house leading into the living room he looks up and his eyes meet mine with a warm smile. God he's perfect to me. His blue eyes draw me in and make me feel like i can swim in them. His smile makes my heart do flutters. Everything about him I love. How could he not be meant for me? How could our love not last? I contemplate telling the man I love that we are not meant to be says the women who appeared in my bathroom out of thin air. Yuuup he will think ive gone crazy.

I walk over to the couch and lay down with my head in his lap.

" How was you shower? " Michael asked. I think for a second and shrug my shoulders.

" It was alright. " I think for a second about my answer and smirk. " Would have been better if you were in there with me. "

I feel Michael stiffen through his jeans. I smile knowing it worked. When I look up at him he's still watching tv. What does he not care that he is getting hard as a rock and Im literally trying to get some. Like come on. What the hell.

I get up and roll my eyes at him.

" Well fine then. Guess ill just go to bed since the tv seems to be more interesting. "

As im walking away I hear him mumble good night. Sometimes Michael can really tick me off. Its like he never cares about anything unless it pertains to him or something he is interested in. As I lay down my mind wonders back to my conversation with The Moon Goddess. Whos this Xavier Salvator she was telling me about. My so called mate. Maybe things with him would be different. Maybe he would have more consideration towards my feeling, thoughts and concerns...

I must have fallen asleep while I was thinking because the next thing I know my alarm is going off telling me its 6:30Am and its time to get Michael up and his lunch made. As I turn over I realize he never came to bed and that he must still be on the couch. I Quickly get up and get a move on things. I send Michael off with a PB&J and a bag of chips. I get started on making breakfast for the girls knowing they will be up soon. Okay so I got the eggs and the bacon now just for the pancakes. As im getting ready to pour the batter into the pan I hear a knock on my front door. As I look at the time I see its 8 in the morning. As i slowly walk to the door I wonder who could be here. I open the door and my jaw drops. On the otherside there is a handsome man smiling at me. Heart starts beating 60mph and I could have sworn I heard a low growl for in my chest. As i am standing here in front of this man in only my baggy t-shirt i See he has to be around 6ft give or take a inch or so. Hes has piercing green eyes and a very chiseled jaw line. i move lower to his lips and man do they look like they would be great at kissing. He has the body of a God, I could do my laundry on that chest and stomach. Lawd have mercy on me!

" Ma... ma.. May I Help you..? " I asked the stranger. I try not to keep checking him out and embarrassing myself any more than I already have. But his next words Shake my world apart....

" Yes, Im Xavier Salvator and im here to retrieve my Mate. " He says as he looks directly at me. He takes a deep breath in and smiles. " Which from the way im feeling and seeing things would be you.... "
