Nicole's POV

All I could do was stare. Stare at my reflection. Who said that? There was no one here in the bathroom with me. Michael was out in the living room and the kids were down in bed. " Who's there? " I whispered.

Surly i wouldnt get a response back. Maybe im just imagining things. I turn to get my clothes off the shelf. As i turn back i see a women in the mirror. She is older, maybe 70 or older. She has long white hair with most of it pushed behind her slighlty slouched form. What captivated me most about her was the fact that she has silver eyes. They seemed to almost dance in a mystical way. Of course something about her had to be mystical, she just appeared out of no where into my bathroom. As if on que, my mind snapped back to reality where i was standing in nothing but a towel. I quickly slipped my baggy t-shirt over my head and dropped the towel to the floor. " Who are you? " I asked the lady. She merely looked at me and smiled. " I am someone who knows you very well. Your past, Your present and your future. I am the Goddess of the Moon. " For some strange reason I knew she was telling the truth. Some faint whisper in my mind told me i needed to submit to the power radiating off this women and respect her. Yet something inside me made me ask my next question. " Why do I feel a connection to you but ive never heard of The Goddess of The Moon? " Still smiling at she simply states " Because you my dear Nicole are a werewolf. A direct descendant of my bloodline. Your father, Damon Black is the Alpha of the Blood Moon pack. Your mother took you from him long ago because she was scared of the fate that was chosen for you from birth. You have Alpha blood running through your veins. Your pack needs you. Your mate needs you. "

My jaw dropped at the truth she just revealed to me. Im a werewolf. My father is one also. Why was my mother scared of my fate. Wait, what about Michael and my girls? As if she could read my thoughts her answer came. " You are not meant to be with this human. As your kids grow older they will show signs if they are going to carry on your genes or not. But as it stands right now your real mate is in desperate need of his Luna. The Luna of The Crescent Moon Pack. Xavier Salvator is the Alpha. He knows about you. Yall have met before but something is suppressing your wolf from connecting with his. Im just not sure what that might be." She looked at me quite puzzled before she straightens up and sighs. " Im sorry to bring all this too you on such short notice. But i need you to know that Xavier knows where you are and that you are his mate. He will come for you. So my dear, time is running out and soon you will need to make a decision. " With those last few words I looked up and The Moon Goddess was gone. as if she never was here to start with.

And with that conversation my whole life has been exposed as a lie. My whole world has been turned upside down. Everything i thought i knew was now incorrect.
