Chapter 12

Noah and I have been married for a few days. I haven’t spent much time together because of the fact that I have been training. I make sure I eat but sleep is another story, I haven’t slept very much in the past few days. I get about two hours. Which is enough for me, but it sucks because I want to be able to wake up next to Noah for once.

I can do that when this is over. I need to beat Fear. I take a deep breath and focus on channeling my energy like I did when it first showed itself. I have managed to channel it enough to where I can do small attacks, but I still end up drained.

I took a deep breath as I sat in the training yard Mama and Papa made for me at the safe house. I closed my eyes letting the warmth of the sun hit my skin. I took another deep breath and channeled all of my energy in small amounts. I kept all of it under control but I focused on letting it spread at the same time.
