Overwhelming Power

Isaac watched as Meliodas took on Gloxinia and Drole with no effort. He thought about helping but knew he wasn't needed and he was waiting for the other Commandments to show up. There was too much bloodlust in the air and he knew they had taken notice. It wasn't long before they arrived and landed in front of Meliodas. Isaac quickly jumped down to help him.

"Isaac you need to leave." Meliodas told him as he raised his sword.

"No way in hell. This is gonna be hard with two of us." Isaac said as he slid his gloves on.

"You're mine!" Derieri yelled as she charged Isaac and began to trade blows with him.

"I'm not holding back this time." He told her with a smirk. He kneed her gut and threw her into the air. He jumped out of the way when a fire ball shot towards him. He was grabbed from behind suddenly. He turned and saw that Monspeet was holding him in an arm lock. He turned back when Derieri rushed towards him and she began to land hits on his chest. The punches began to do more and more damage until his eyes turned crimson and his magical power exploded off of him. They both got blown back by his increased power. He rushed Monspeet and punched him into the ground. He appeared in front of Derieri and stared her in the eyes. She looked at him in fear as he grabbed her throat.

"I warned all of you that I didn't want to kill you." Isaac told her with his voice sounding more feral "Yet you still try to kill me. Go away." He looked over his shoulder at Monspeet.  Monspeet was launched away by an invisible force and slammed into ground knocking him unconscious.

"Demons live to fight." She told him as he faced her again, "I'm not going to back down just because you're more powerful."

"Backing down so you can live is not wrong." He told her as his grip on her throat tightened not allowing her to breath, "I hate killing more than anything in the world but everyone keeps giving me no choice. It's starting to become something else I don't care about."

She was grabbing at his hands and arms and panic filled her eyes causing him to regain control. His eyes widened when he realized what he was doing. He let her go and she began to gasp for air.

"I can't control myself and I keep hurting people. I hate it so god damn much." Isaac told her calmly. He was shocked when he looked down and watched as Meliodas was killed. He didn't lose control, he didn't even get mad. All he felt was his heart begin to hurt.

"If I hadn't lost control I probably could have saved him." He said as tears began to fill his eyes. He flew away from the battlefield without another word. He stopped in a field and yelled out as his emotions took control. The ground began to shake from his outburst of power before he took a deep breath and calmed down. He felt Jericho appear behind him and he turned to face her.

"Merlin sent me here without saying anything." Jericho told him as she hugged him tightly, "I saw what happened to Meliodas and I'm sorry."

"Jericho I'm done fighting. I just want to settle down and leave everything to the Sins." He said as he hugged her back, "My power doesn't protect anyone I care for and I don't want anything to happen to you to."

"If that's what you want then we can." Jericho told him as she looked up at him. He nodded and teleported them to a village he knew was nearby. Isaac asked the village head if there were any homes available and he showed them to a small house on the edge of the forest.

"You two can have this home for free. The Seven Deadly Sins saved this village from a demon attack and I would love to pay you back for it." The village head told him and Isaac thanked him before going inside with Jericho.
