The Three Options

It was not the query of Vansh or Riddhima's life, it was all about the baby which is in Riddhima. If Riddhima will not pick an option, will she lose her baby?
If she rejects these three options by believing that the whole lot will be alright, what if she'll repent after lacking these choices and her baby?
